The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Good seats selection and easy to navigate the site. The only negative is the high cost for processing order per person.
Terrible company, terrible morals, don't waste your money trying to save time. Go to any other ticket website!
Super fast and easy. They offered floor plans in order to decide where to sit. The prices are perfect, and the site was super helpful and descriptive.
It was so easy. Amazing! I've never been to this venue before and it's great they have a map of the place.
Buying tickets on secure tix cost me 3 times more than buying from the box office, and box office tickets were available. They even say 100% satisfaction but after that they say no refunds under any circumstance. It's my fault for being in a hurry but never again. I'll not buy from this site again! Horrible.
Horrible service charges. The John Legend Ticket is $162, but the service charge is $48.50. I would not choose to use this site for tickets. The box office is under renovations so I could not avoid by using cash.
Great on speedy delivery of tickets. One of the easiest and best ways to buy concert tickets. I'll most likely order tickets this way again in the future.
Same here! I ordered tickets yesterday and was evacuated from Marysville four hours later, so I called to get my refund for my tickets today since I had not gotten the download for the tickets yet and was put on hold by the manager, Brandon while ironically my tickets got sent to me. When I asked to talk to his boss I was put on hold yet again and then was told by a operator that my request could not be processed. DO NOT EVER purchase from them unless you want horrible customer service!
It was easy to order the tickets and get help if needed on where the seats were and the cost and what was recommended for me. I wasn't expecting them to arrive so fast, but they came like 3 days after I purchased them.
It was a grate experience I just hope I download it and printed Right. I would recommend this sir to my friends
Paid over $200 per ticket for an upcoming event, once I downloaded the tickets, the price indicated on the ticket is $99.50. The event is not for 6 months so Im not sure why the ticket price was so much higher. Should have shopped around
Good so far. Waiting to see if they accepted at the door then I will be happy I always worry when showing up with a printed - at - home ticket.
Purchasing tickets online can be grueling, but they have a site that is very easy to navigate and I felt comfortable purchasing the tickets. I was able to print the tickets just shortly after I purchased them. I would recommend this site to anyone purchasing tickets.
Will my tickets be emailed to print or mailed? New to this and not sure.
I received a conformation number..
I ordered three tickets, then within minutes found out my husband had already ordered tickets to the same event. He went through the venue website and paid HALF of what I paid! I called within 5 MINUTES to cancel my order with OnLine City Tickets and they refused. Admitedly it was my fault for not noticing that I was buying from a secondary seller, but the event was still a week and a half away, so they definitely could have refunded me and re-sold the tickets. HORRIBLE customer service to refuse to do that. The service fees are ridiculous, too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have to, and be VERY sure before you hit that buy button, because you will not be getting your money back unless Hell freezes over.
Purchased tickets and they were delivered to my email within minutes. Easy too use and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
First time user of this ticketing site. Purchased 6, $35 tickets online for e-delivery. The purchasing of the tickets was a breeze.
However, receiving the tickets was just in the nick of time I hate to say.
FIRST ISSUE - $10.00 each surcharge for tickets + taxes of course? High.
SECOND ISSUE - Tickets were purchased 2 weeks before the show. Our tickets did not arrive until 10 pm the night before the 11 am show. TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT for e-delivery of tickets.
The only saving grace? - a 5 year old grandson who could care less about any of the mechanics getting there, and seeing his face marvel at the spectacle that is/was the "Greatest Show on Earth".
Use again? Really Questioning.
Too expensive charge for email me the ticket is to much money, for the next timeI going to buy in the event,
Didn't actually know tickets were issued by Ticket Master. Like to know if your site is a broker for Ticket Master.
Got what we were looking for at a price we could afford with no hassle. Super excited! Can't wait for the concert!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
