The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Site was great it was efficient and effective and it was just a pleasure and I recommend this site if you want to purchase any type of tickets
Site was easy to navigate, good experience from the get go. Would like to see exactly where the seats are though
Pretty good service billing needs to be a little easier had a few complications with it but finally got it
I highly recommend you not go through them. We went to our show and the tickets did not work. I called them and was on the phone with the for over an hour. We missed most of the concert due to them. They did upgrade us after I sat and argued with them on the phone. They then took over a week to review my case. They said they could give me $150 store credit. Why would I want to go back when my tickets did not work. They only gave me $100 back. I paid over $400 for my tickets. I will not go through them again.
I bought these tickets very last minute and got a great price and it was so easy and only took about 5 minutes to find the seats i wanted and check out. Overall a great experience.
The fees are exaggerated. For instance, there's one thing called the service fee, and in addition another fee ($7.5) called 'delivery fee'... the delivery was sending my my tickets by email, that can't cost 7.50. On top of that, I wanted to purchase an additional ticket for another friend who wanted to join our party. The website said I cannot purchase a single ticket. It's 2 minimum. Next time I'll try another website.
My tickets were $63 each. We bought 2 tickets. Total bill was $175. That's $25 in fees per ticket. Seems outrageous... why is there an "email" fee? It's free to email/download. It just seems that the company is taking advantage.
The site worked great but the fees were very high. $25 on each of the tickets + then $7.50 to electronically download the ticket. That is just out of control!
I have bought tickets from 2 other suppliers, and it was a much easier process.Other apps., I ordered tickets, I paid less than some flash seats, and I received actual digital tickets I could see and print out! It's nice having that comfort of knowing I have an actual ticket! My last set of tickets I ordered, I didn't know if I would get in or not! My phone went down, I had to get a new one, and I had to transfer my whole email to my new phone. Electronic tickets is a stressful process, especially so with flash seats!
Very straight forward thank you for this service. It is our first real event in the America we are going to as we are flying from England!
Andy J was fantastic! Worked with me to get the tickets I wanted at the price I could afford, Thank you so much, transaction was fast, tickets were in my email directly. I would call them again for tickets, anytime.
Not sure why the service fees are so high. Sort of baffled that the tickets to this concert were not available on Ticketmaster...
I bought two tickets for hamilton for $187 each, my total bill was $500... Fees were like $54 per ticket.
I was surprised by the undisclosed cover charge. Didn't find out till the total was disclose. I save a total of $4 from the original price of the ticket.
The advertised price was very good but the cover charges were outrageous.
Getting the tickets printed was easy. Took me less than 2 minutes.
Hope that the tickets are good and valid.
Hope these tickets are good. Paid a lot of money for $99 tickets. I went to ticket master and could not find any seats together. Scary the ticket have someone else's name on them.
Awesome thing to do my experience with the process was very easy and very simple, there were a lot of information to gather.
What a scam. UNETHICAL. THEY DELIBRATELY MAKE IT APPEAR AS IF THE SEATS I BOUGHT WERE SECTION A, NOT A BENCH SEAT IN THE BACK OF THE GREEK THEATER. I BOUGHT 4 SEATS THINKING WE WERE UP FRONT. WITHIN 20 MINUTES A FRIEND NOTICED THEY WERE BENCH SEATS. ONE FRIEND HAS A DISABILITY AND CANNOT SIT ON A BENCH FOR THAT LONG. I CALLED THEM BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO MAKE A CHANGE. THEY STUCK ME ON HOLD AND I WAITED FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND HUNG UP. THAT PERSON WOULDNT REFUND ME, NOR WOULD SHE LET ME SWITCH SEATS. SHE SAID ALL SHE WOULD DO WAS SELL ME MORE SEATS! I CALLED AGAIN AND GOT THE SAME BS. MY FRIEND BOUGHT BETTER SEATS ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE AND I HAVE 4 EXTRA TICKETS FOR JACKSON BROWN WHICH IS TONIGHT. SO IVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH PAYPAL AND THEY ARE HOLDING THE ALMOST $300 FROM THESE THUGS. I HOPE THEY DONT GET AWAY WITH THIS! I SPOKE WITH 4 PEOPLE WITH THIS TICKET COMPANY AND THEY ALL PRETTY MUCH ADMITTED THAT THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND WHEN IT DOES, THEY TOO GET STUCK PAYING FOR TICKETS THEY DONT WANT BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE IN A DIFFERENT SECTION!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
