The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Manny was awesome and helpful and friendly and a great customer service rep! He ensured me of policies and made sure my purchase was secure and informed me of all terms and conditions.
Ok so far I haven't received the online tickets yet so I'm a little confused on how I'm going get in the event but I'm going do some research on how to use a online ticket. This is my first time using a online ticket I've only been to events that takes tickets at the door
Very happy with this fast and easy way to order tickets. Next time you need tickets I will have to order from here again
I bought great seats to see the Rod Stewart and Cindy lopper concert for myself and two of my friends who are coming in from out of town. I bought them weeks in advance. Great front row tickets and today I got an email saying that the tickets were no longer available and that they offered me horrible seats for $35 back for each ticket. They had no upgrades for me nothing available. My friends and I were so excited to get these great front row seats and Now we are forced to have crappy seats or receive a full refund. I don't understand how they can do that. Someone with more money came in behind me and paid more money!
Said the show was almost sold out. I felt pressured. Hooefully i will gave decent seats Anway thaeater club c-f row 1. Because ticketmast had what seems to be closer seats for the same price
I have been to Barclays a few times and they all have been WWE wrestling events and seats has always been a problem for my wife. She is disabled can't hardly walk she is also overweight and just found out she has cancer so I purchased these tickets to make sure she is comfortable at her seating and customer service was great thanks for your efforts!
Easy to find seats and purchase. It was a last minute purchase for my daughters birthday. I may order tickets this way again and I like the fact I can get the tickets through my email.
I bought Kid Rock Concert tickets with online City Tickets and the transaction was so smooth. Everything was clear and easy to understand, the tickets were already less expensive than other sites and I got a 10% Discount. How fabulous is that!
I spoke to a representative who said someone from a support group would call after I sent them an email of your page showing a cancel line. I told him that I could not find a link for the cancellation, So far I have not heard from anyone. Please contazct me at *******835, I am not on facebook
I ordered tickets and opted for the overnight($24.95) so I could surprise my hubby. It didn't say ANYWHERE that I could see they consider "overnight " as when the tickets get to UPS, not when you order. I got my tickets 4 days after ordering them. I don't know about you but overnight is the next day delivery not 4 days later. They refuse to refund my 4 day "overnight " fee. Hope they enjoy their Starbucks lattes on me with suckering me out of that one!
Purchasing tickets for this event was fast and easy. I'm sure if anything comes up on my end where I'm unable to attend this event, I would receive a full refund. I also believed that everything being done via email is a great way to leave an electronic paper trial in case something goes wrong or misunderstood. For this to be my first time purchasing tickets with this company, I can say that I'm truly satisfied with the process.
I purchased tickets to the Charlie Puth concert and when I got to the event they woudl NOT take my printed ticket. I was ushered to the ticked office and they were not abl to help me. I almost did not get to see the concert! I was able to get in by taking a picture of the bar code and it allowed them to scan. This was not a good experience for me and you need to advise if a printed ticked will not be allowable to get in at a venue.
Anthony was very good at what he was doing very compassionate man I was wanting to please the customer I was very satisfied with his actions very good rep
You have hidden fees and the only option is to download the ticket for another fee. It is not fair it goes from $31 dollars up to $46 with all the hidden fees and extra charges.
Good but want to view exact seats. Site was easy to use and purchased what I wanted w the exception of detailed seating chart
It was easy to navigate the site, although, I will say, the price will increase quite a bit after actually clicking on the tickets. I ordered two $80 tickets and my total ended up being $230.
Do NOT use this site. This is not the site you think you are using. You will NOT get the tickets you expect. You will pay more than the face value of the tickets in their fees. I payed for $91 tickets and received $59 tickets, while paying them an additional $59 in fees. No customer service at all. [unfortunately I cannot find zero stars to rate them]
Im seeing people say their tickets didn't work - This is my birthday party concert - I hope I'm not being scammed!
I found Online City Tickets quite convenient! I. I highly recommend this ticket purchasing option. However, the service charge is very high but the selection of
Tickets good.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
