The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Good. When will tickets to neil diamond be available? These are for me and my twin sisters 60th birthday.
Thank you for making this an easy and quick experience :) I ordered the tickets and they were emailed to me right away. The directions to print out were easy and the followup email was much appreciated!
I have to say rhis is one of the easiest amd simplest site ive ever order tickects from. I got a good price on the tickets i orderd. In the future ill use this site to order tickets for shows i want to go see.
Thank you
Tammy Richardson
A very efficient system to buy and obtain the tickets. My only issue was the very hefty "service fee". Other than that all went well.
The response was quick but where are my tickets and this business of a review is annoying please just get the info as to how I get the tickets
Thank you, very easy process. New to the Omaha area, this was super easy, and much appreciated. I like the mail brochure that we received it was very helpful.
Thanks for making buying tickets for the best seats so easy! It definitely beats trying to hurry up and get into line or even camp out for concert tickets...
I bought Tickets for my brother in law, and nephew for a event this past Friday. Everything was very easy and quick. Plus i was able to print them out right away which saved a lot of time.
Would have liked to have seen exact seats first, not just row we are in. This would have been best. Maybe this can be set up for future purchases.
A response would be nice. Purchasing them was extremely easy. However I haven't heard anything. A tad bit nervous. I have never purchased tickets this way, i usually get them sent to my phone
Fast easy to navigate, hoping I wont' have trouble downloading my tix, wish there was a mail to customer option. But I guess that's whey we are charge the service fee not
Event is this weekend, tickets via e delivery, printed and ready to go! Convenient and easy. So far so good!
Was easy to do especially for a low tech person like me. Never been to MSG before, but able to see where seats where. Was a little concerned about the tickets when you hear so many stories but I heard only good things about website I decided to go with it. They where great seats, my husband's birthday present. Next time I need tickets to anything, I know what website I will be using. Thank you for a great night!
Security took care of findong us seating after the event started. Said it was ongoing problem. Would like to know why
Your electronic ticket charge is a bunch of bs and then makeing be give you 100 characters bull shir
The tickets were expensive, at $187 a piece, but I wasn't surprised or upset by that. I also expected that there would be additional fees, and in any case, I accepted them before paying. But NOWHERE on the site did it say that the money was in USD, even though I was routed there from the Canadian Rogers Centre website. It ended up costing me about 33% more than I bargained for to the tune of $1350 rather than $1000 for four tickets. I only found out when I looked at my credit card transactions.
Excellent process. Would do it again for those shows that slipped by us the first time. The additonal fee for processing was worth it. It would have been nice to identify the exact seats.
I can't wait to see Chris Brown this was the best website to get the tickets from! My friend and I are going to have so much fun!
I will never get tickets again. 4 Tickets that were supposed to sell at $21.75 ea. Canadian ended up costing me $68.90 each for a total of $275.59 Canadian.
If that is not CRIMINAL then I do not know what is.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
