The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The tickets are for the seats I chose and paid for but they say issued to Jessica Edison. My name is Debby Jenkinson. That is confusing but I'm not sure its cause for alarm.
Great fast service! Would highly recommend your service to someone in the future and I will definitely use you again.
Purchasing the tickets for the event was easy and quick. I'm hoping the event is as easy to access and carefree as the ticket purchase process.
This has been the easiest way to buy tickets. Website is designed really well to show exactly what tickets are available and where they are located. Email responses are quick with tickets that can be printed. Would use over and over!
I made a call to confirm that what I was doing was correct, and then continued online. Printed out the tickets. - easy.
I received my tickets via email almost immediately. Thank you! I did not have to wait and wonder, am I going to get these tickets, did they just rip me off? Great experience, I will definitely come to this site in the future for event tickets. Thank you.
Even though I don't understand when tickets are posted by the venue at $65, Why then do we have to purchase them by legal scalper sites for 100%-200% of the original price, OnlineCityTickets site was better than Ticket Master, and other sites... price, accessible, and less than other ticket legal scalper sites are my three thumbs up for this site.
The website was very easy to use and response time was very quick. At no point was I confused about what I needed to do.
Thanks for helping me - i just really wanted to go - it was great to see where i could sit for a limited amount of money
I was on the Infinite Arena website to order tickets for a concert. My browser crashed and when I went back to the site (or so I thought it was the site) to order the tickets I did not notice I was on another site. After clicking through and paying I realized I had ordered from online city ticketing rather than the arena itself. As it turns my tickets were $180 more than the ones on the Arena site. I immediately called to see if could stop my charge and they said no. I asked if they would be willing to lower the service charge as I was unaware at the time of purchase it was so high since I was unaware I was even on their site. They said no.
Here is the issue - Online city pops up when you type in the actual arena name (correct name - Infinite Energy Center but this pops up infiniteenergy.arenaduluth.com/). Online city has purposely made their url similar to trick people into purchasing tickets from them. I get it in order to get business they have to trick folks into purchasing from them.
From your phone you are not able to see clearly that this is not the actual arena - the sites even look similar... Online City is using per subterfuge to take unsuspecting peoples money. I would be happy to order tickets from Online City if they would be above board, state what they are doing clearly, that they are in fact not the VENUE (not easy to decipher on a phone) and not bolster on such incredibly high service charges. As a matter of fact I ordered circus tickets from them in the past and the charges were acceptable.
When I spoke to Online City for the 2nd time and mentioned I had ordered tickets from them in the past and the fees were not so unreasonable- the supervisor informed me it depends on the event. I get it now. They totally pick and choose which events they would like to add higher service rates to and which they would not---price gouging!
I would love to see this business put out of business. They are nothing more than scalpers.
The entire process was so quick and easy!
I will definitely recommend this site for tickets. Just pick an event and search.
It was very easy to use but I just wished that the exact seat where I was sitting would have been shown when I bought the tickets.
Very satisfied with order, quick delivery, will let yoy know if any issues with tickets. Excited for concert. Would recommend to friends and use again.
I went to purchase tickets for the Chris Brown concert in Philadelphia and the Wells Fargo website lead me to here. I bought 4 tickets for $415. When we got the concert they said they were false tickets and to go to customer service. Come to find out the tickets I bought were re sold on this website with a stolen credit card. They could not do anything for us and I have to contact them to get my money back. I will never buy again from here and I will get ever penny back. This is the worst experience ever with ticket purchasing.
These folks evidently don't have the tickets in hand when they send them. Mine arrived a day later than promised, which is probably not that big of a deal, except i was supposed to be on the road to Nashville tonight but had to wait on the tickets. Still resolved without getting the company involved, so I give 4 stars. The fees charged are higher than I'd expect & not revealed until you've already agreed to the purchase. This should be the other way around.
I'll rate when i get my tics. Online search for seats, pricing and selection of tics was super easy.
See title. Your handling fee was nearly as much as one ticket. I'll be more cautious next time..."...
Great amazing experience it was good and nice and amazing and nice very nice yeeeeeeeeessssss fun lit
I could not find any place to enter my TOGO's $5.00 discount. That's the end of my review. I don't know why it has to be 100 characters in for me to submit it.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
