I don't understand and will never get why companies like this charge you a service fee; and for what? If anything I SAVED them a service/money by not having to have wast an envelope/paper/printer ink/stamp/time. I'm still trying to figure out who gets paid from these "service fee" when there technically was no service performed.

This was my first time using this site and I am highly impressed. The web site was very easy to navigate and user friendly. The concert tickets that I purchased were also available for download immediately after I purchased them. I will definitely be recommending this site to others in the future who plan on purchasing concert tickets.

I had trouble trying to get a ticket from a booth and it took way too long and the person was not being clean so I left and found it way easier and stress free.

$75 per ticket charge seems excessive. Particularly for an online service with virtually no overhead.

The process was quick and painless and my ticket download arrived within 12 hours or so. I ended up paying significantly less for tickets very near what's still on sale at the venue.

Quick and convenient although printing my tix was the Only option and a $ 7.50 Fee applies + the gouging $ 7.75 Service Fee Per Ticket turned a 4 ticket of $ 100 total purchase into a $ 138 purchase :)

This is my first time using Online City Tickets. The purchase process went well enough, and the instant download of our tickets went well enough. As long as our tickets work fine on the days of the concerts, then I will HIGHLY recommend Online City Tickets. The days of our concerts are 07/28/17, and 08/14/17.
