The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Would like to know where seats are - I'm in row 6 but not sure of seat numbers. I will look at order confirmation again to be sure I didn't miss something. Also was rather surprised by the almost $40 service charge fee. A bit misleading at beginning of the booking.
The customer needs to know the service charge up front, and why is there a charge to down load the tickets. Shouldn't that be included in the service charge?
$30 Service Charge fee for one ticket then $7.50 to download is fricken Rediclious.
Some one is reading these is laughing his $#*! off as he drives to the back to collect his millions.
This was very convenient and easy as I purchased tickets last minute. I hope they are legitimate :).
Sincerely hoping that everything goes smoothly and without any incident, tickets and service charges were rather expensive.
At first I was a little nervous but after receiving my ticket through my email as soon as i paid helped so much. I will definitely order from this site again.
The ease of placing the order was seamless, however the processing fees and shipping fees of $57.65 for two tickets is a little high. I realize this is a service and a business, however, this is not competitive with the industry. The processing fee if anything should be per transaction, not per ticket.
I received my tickets within 24-hours of purchase; however, the extra service fees are ridiculous. I realize the buyer needs to make money; however, charging the service fees per ticket is unreasonable. The service fees should be "per transaction". I paid and extra $84.43 in fees, including $6.50 a piece to e-mail my tickets. Really? Since when does sending someone an email cost money? I will definitely chose another online service in the future.
It was really quick and safe to buy the tickets. Great service! Thank you! The only thing i don't like is to write a review, it's no necessary please!
They showed up, i see a seat number and row number which is weird considering i bouvht floor tickets, im hoping it's just a formality because i bought 2 more for 2 more friends and im hoping we arent separated. Ml
Very easy and delivered quickly, just wish the processing charge wasn't almost 1/3 the price of the ticket. I think that is a bit too much.
It really is the best deal and it's my first time. My brother told me to try it out and at first i didn't want too because it was my first time. I'm glad i did though because now i get to see some of my favorite artists.
Got my tickets but paid $36 each in extra fees plus $7.50 to download them. Not to mention the original ticket price was $70 and I paid $131 for each. This whole "re-seller" industry is disgusting!
The artists want prices to be reasonable so fans can see them live. I just paid $180 extra for 2 tickets for what? Use of their stupid website! They suck!
I ordered tickets for Steve Miller concert the 1st of May. Money was taken out of my account on May 4th. I have yet to receive email with them. Tried calling customer service and can't get an actual person. They just say in recording look at your spam. Well they aren't there. I paid $145.27 for these 2 tickets and want them sent!
Did not receive all of my tickets for Hamilton for June 18th. How do I get them! It's this weekend paid a lot of money for these tickets and no tickets. Thanks for helping me.
Charging a $25 plus per ticket service fee is an absolute screwing. $10-12 is more like it. I do not care what other sites are charging. There is no way any site can justify charging service fees in this amount. They are screwing people just because they can!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
