The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

This site had the seats I wanted and the prices seemed competitive until I got to the very end of the checkout process... then the fees show up. $118 per ticket is a bit extreme. I made the purchase but will not be coming back soon. Plenty of ticket sites that are less greedy.
I placed my order and it was an easy process and my order was delivered to me in an efficient manner.
Tickets were decently priced but due to an issue with my ordering process I ended up paying $10 more for each ticket and then the fees on top meant I paid almost double over the original price I had selected. Unfortunate outcome but still excited for the concert.
I had to buy a ticket last minute for a concert, and this was really fast. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
I ordered tickets for Coldplay for my son and I. My receipt stated $140.62 (which was high enough). But then my CC was charged $181+?!?! I wasn't aware this was USD! I'm ordering tickets to a concert in Canada - why on earth would it be AMERICAN DOLLARS?!
Waiting for the email to confirm my electronic transfer delivery. Till then I will be here..."...
This was an easy process but I didn't want to have to write a 100 word essay. I would like to just finish the ticket process without having to come up with a 100 word essay. Thank you and please consider making the process quicker
But expensive. Really expensive. But its worth it to see Pete Wentz. He's hot. Really hot. Is there a package to touch his butt?
It was cool, easy to use. I think their fees are really too high though... a per person service charge AND a fee to send an email is a bit much. It's a trick because you think you got this great ticket price, then everything jumps up like $70 over your ticket costs... it's really ridic. BUT... the site is easy to use and fast. Since I live in LA it's better than trying to drive to the venue to buy the tickets, but I just wish vendors weren't so greedy! I mean $7 to send an email...? Reallyyyyy...
The service worked as easy as they said, had my tickets in minutes. I'm not very happy with the service charge amount, a little excessive, if it were a little more affordable I would consider using it more frequently.
The site is overall easy to use, but I had to wait almost a minute after every letter & number I entered. It took almost 45 minutes to finish my order. Depending on how good the EVENT is, will decide whether I use this site again.
I found this place though Google and think that it is a great way to purchase tickets for shows. Would do it again!
The service is set up very well and is easy to use.
It's a shame that they leave you feeling violated with their outrageous service charges PER TICKET. And then to add insult to injury, they charge you another $7.00 to send an Email?!? What is that... If I did that in my restaurant I would be out of business in a matter of days. First and last time I plan on using this service...
I recieved my tickets right away, I thought the service charge was a bit much, but hey I bought them any way didn't I.
I purchased tickets from this site before, therefore, I put my trust in them again.
Tickets were ordered as a gift for my Son and his fiance -- the tickets arrived with obstructed view noted on the tickets. When trying to call to resolve, I could not get a human on the phone. I was told to send an email which was never answered. I resorted to calling back and pretending to want to purchase tickets. Once I had a salesperson on the phone I convinced them to send me to Customer Service. I was told by Isabelle, in customer service that the tickets were not obstructed view and that the only reason that was noted on the ticket was because they were on the side of the stage. Imagine how horrible I felt when I received a picture from my son of a huge pole that was in front of him the entire play. I paid twice as much for these tickets as I planned and I am completely dissatisfied. Had I known the truth, I would have ordered another set of tickets and considered the first set a lost cause.
I Like the ease of service on the site. I received my tickets very quickly. I wasn't happy with the high service charge added to tickets. A bit much. I wont know how happy I am about the tickets until I attend the event. Then I will know exactly what type of review to give
A bit pricier when you include the service charge; however, I was able to obtain much closer tickets than those available on Ticketmaster and other such retailers.
Thank you for the opportunity to honor moments like this with my son Matheus Thank you for the opportunity to honor moments like this with my son Matheus Thank you for the opportunity to honor moments like this with my son Matheus
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
