The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Very easy and Quick! I'm very happy with the purchase process and happy to see a confirmation request to make sure my order was received
Really? Being charged a $7.50 delivery fee to email me a PDF link to download my tickets. That is really sad and taking things a little too far. I've sent items overnight for physical delivery and paid this amount.
Will Definitely NOT recommend website to other.
I purchased tickets from OnlineCity and paid a premium price. The event was re-scheduled to a date when I am unavailable. I tried to contact OnlineCity to exchange the tickets for a refund or post them for re-sale. I could not reach a person to speak with when I called them. I followed the instructions and sent an e-mail. They did not respond. The venue (Wells Fargo Center) said they would offer a refund only to the original purchaser who bought the tickets. I did e-mail OnlineCity when I first noticed the name on the ticket as was assured there would be no problem. They should be avoided at all costs!
Good fast service! Easy to navigate, and love you can use paypal. Would use this site again! Can't wait for the concert! Very excoited!
I got VERY good seats to see post Malone this September! I purchased floor seats and it was so very simple to do on this website. The only thing is that the price on the physical ticket isn't what I paid but I'm not complaining because the price I paid was still very bad inexpensive for me especially for floor seating, and it was a little over a hundred dollars cheaper than most sites!
Awesome site! Not even 2 min after placing my order I had an email with my tickets. Great place to buy your tickets.
Completed my order online everything went smooth download it my tickets and I'm ready to go was very disappointed with the additional fees out rages
I like how they actually send me an email to see if I got the tickets, and how it was really easy to order the tickets, and it didn't take more than 3 minutes.
I am extremely disappointed that I have been duped by your business while buying 4 tickets for an upcoming Stone Sour concert in KC. I will share my negative experience with everyone I know and will never buy a ticket from you again. There are two reasons for these feelings. First, I spoke to a friendly guy named Louis about the best prices and options for this show. I was on your site because the midland site sent me there. Louis told me that you were the largest seller of tickets in the country and I couldn't get them cheaper anywhere else ( for the ones I wanted on the floor). I hung up with him and went on and ordered 4 tickets. So I call my buddies and tell them that I got those 4 for $74 a piece. One of the friends says he needs one more so he goes to a different site and bought the same ticket for $54 all fees included. All were ground floor and listed at $37.50 each. He had the option on his to come USPS for $3 and I didn't have that option... I had to pay $14 to ship UPS. He got his the same day that I got mine! What a rip off! That's my second reason. I will enjoy the show but I'm pissed off that I overpaid by about $90!
Your fees were nearly as much as my tickets. Unbelievable. Not to mention I had to re fresh several times after inputting my information.
I was disappointed that seats aren't next to each other. One behind the other instead. Didn't say that in description! How can they both be in row A if one is behind the other!#!#
Watch very carefully how tickets are quite a bit cheaper than what they sell them for. We bought $59.99 (each) tickets for Lionel Richie but were charged $357.24,,, this company gives a new low to the word scalpers. You think you're paying the 5999 but when the invoice comes through and you excepted the Chargers are much much higher. Best to buy your tickets through stub hub.
Come off it, $7 for the download plus $21.85 for the "service"? The service worked, and I have been able to download the Ticketmaster ticket, but it should not have been resold for more than its face value, which it was.
My first time using this one for a concert, it is user friendly as many of the online ticket sights but Holy Moly! Their service fee & email charge are almost the price I paid for a ticket!:-(
All good. Didn't compare any prices though. Hate surveys. Hate surveys. Hate surveys hate surveys
I was amazed at how fast I received the e-tickets for the Janet Jackson concert. I definitely will be using this site more often. I'm truly excited about this concert and truly pleased with the service I got. Thanks
Great so far... now as far this review goes what can I say painless and easy... but do I really need to describe it in 100 characters or more?
I bought tickets months ago, GA at fiddlers green and now we are 48 hours before the show and I have yet to get them. There service fees are high and their customer service is HORRIBLE. USE A DIFFERENT SITE!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
