In my opinion, buy somewhere else. I spent almost a thousand dollars and nowhere did it say the seats were obstructed view until after purchase. They will not help you in any way. The site did not let me review my tickets either, wish I hadn't bought from PnlineCityTickets.
The overall shopping experience seems to have gone okay, but the poor UA on mobile made the site not look reputable at first. I appreciate the effort to include a confirmation email and survey, but as the tickets could have possibly shipped already for me to verify the order, it's pretty hollow. Perhaps it would be better to cross reference the date tickets are supposed to ship with each order and send a confirmation email around that date.

I would prefer to have paper tickets in hand. My daughter and I went to a concert this past May and she had tickets on her phone and they wouldn't process at the gate. It was a big pain in the neck. I don't want to go through that again.

Ordered tickets for Foreigner when tickets scanned at gate were told someone else had already used the tickets. We were then told to go to the main gate which had the box office. We found out the tickets were over sold that only the first ticket holder was admitted. After spending 120 dollars on tickets we were given 2 tickets by the box office which were not as good as what we originally bought. Beware when using this site when you try to call all that you get is a recording.
