The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Additional service charge was a bit much considering all they were doing is transferring tickets (not even an option for a paper copy so if your phone dies you lost your tickets) but that was about the only way to be assured of getting them.
Fast! Very easy to maneuver & to buy tickets, fast! Totally satisfied with the service provided from this service. Will definitely use them again!
I'm from Argentina, so english is not my native language, but the website is super easy to navegate.
Even when I have to confirm the purchase with the credit card bank, it was super fast, not like I'm use to
Quick and easy. So far so good hoping everything works out. I've never used Ticketmaster before online. I'm hoping everything works out. Very quick and easy. If everything works out I would be willing to use them again if not I never will ever use them again. But then again I might not use them again if I have to put in 100 words just to verify that I'm happy. This seems to be a little ridiculous.
Bought tickets from them. They did not deliver them and because they have an all sales are final policy i dont get my money back either.

Quick, easy better be legit! I have my tickets already in my hand. Kind of expensive. Better be worth it.
I do hope if I ever have to call again that I reach Caesar! He was perfect in every way! I had forgotten to purchase parking tickets, yet with only less than a day remaining for the event, Caesar got me VIP parking at a reasonable price! I am totally impressed!
Very easy to use great tickets for a good price. Can't wait to see Flint at the professional Bull Riding in AC Saturday.
Purchased 2 tickets at $177 each for Lyle Lovitt in Mobile. Put in credit card number, apparently did not see additional charges. Total bill was $469!
$115 charges for 2 tickets? Had I seen these charges I would NOT have used this company.
It was beyond an excellent service, I will be sure to ask for Ceasar next time I purchase tickets!
When I called to purchase tickets from this company, I specifically requested all paper hard copy or printable tickets. I was assured I would get that. But when I get the email confirmation, it says they are Etickets. I call to complain. They say "read the fine print", they have the right to change it. SURE ENOUGH. We were denied entry with the Etickets. Apparently they were fakes or scams. I had invited 3 friends for a Bday celebration and the whole thing was completely ruined. It is 3 weeks later and I am STILL trying to get a refund and it appears that I will not be getting one. On top of that, every time I call, I am put on hold for 1/2 hour. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. Use StubHub instead, have never had a problem with them.
I was glad 2 get cheaper tickets here vs. other sites, so decided 2 go last min. Thx. It was quick & easy
Dont have a smart phone gentleman on phone helped me find tickets for email... made it easy and quick and now me and my bestie are going to see Cher!
Will not use this application again. I called in, with plenty of time to get help in purchasing an aisle seat, (because I use a fold-up walker). Was told that the venue was already sold out, and there were no more aisle seats. Are you kidding me? Just laziness, and not willing to help.
No notice it was so extreme used to a little mark up BUT site was easy just not worth the money. Not it wont except my review without 100 characters dont have anything good now to say!
As long as there are no glitches and we get to the concert it should be great. I hope there are no additional costs involved, like I'm reading in the reviews.
The shopping was easy and couldn't ask for a easier way to get tickets. The only thing I don't get is why the tickets say $99 but I was charged $325 for two tickets.
The site is great and fast totally satisfied I will make more purchases from this site very satisfied
Other than the service charge being high the process was easy. Didn't notice the service charge fee till after the transaction was complete. I may have overlooked this but it was a surprise. The process overall was smooth and easy to follow.
I don't know if there were other options available to purchase the tickets but this is the one the news article led me to. Would consider using again in the future but may also look into other purchasing options.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
