Saw a table for 600 bucks and they required you to buy the white glove service for an additional $200 bucks. Stay away. They lure you in which a competitive price but won't sell it unless you buy the white glove service. It's a scam and should be illegal as its not written on their web site.
I purchased a number of items over several months. Recently purchased some faux flowers and two of the flowers received did not resemble what i had ordered. But as it was a final sale - no recourse. BEWARE of the final sale - many items are classified as final sale - and I believe this is a way to push less than par items to unsuspecting customers. I have decided not to shop there any more.
I ordered some glasses and they took over a month to arrive and then one was broken. When I contacted Customer Service they said the item was no longer available and they would process a refund. I now have a set of 5 glasses--ridiculous!
Ordered a hall table. Looked great on the website and wasn't inexpensive (I think around $400) so I thought it would be decent quality. Well, the table was made in China and is sooo cheaply made. Paint is flaking off in certain areas and drawers are hard to open and close, and they feel so cheap. Wasn't anywhere near worth what I paid. The kicker is that I noticed they raised the price of the table substantially over the next few months after I ordered it (by at least $100)! Major rip off. Will never order from them again.
Our dining table arrived without a top. We noted it on the delivery recept. The shipping company encouraged us to wait a couple days to see if the top would show up. I contacted customer service a few days later. They actually doubted my story, sent me an email a couple hours later to say the shipping company claimed they delivered our item. Well, yes they did, but it had no top. I was asked to send in a picture, so I did. More than two weeks have passed, no credit, no return information. This purchase totaled almost $2,400. We called again today to check on the status. After being placed on hold, I was told that a rep would call me back shortly. I've not received a call back. We had to dispute the charges through our American Express. I'll never order here again.

I bought a side table (Aldrich End Table, Penthouse Mahogany/Silver, SKU-*******) for $5,204.50 dollars and the company failed to deliver the table arguing that the vendor would not be able to deliver the table for 3 months. However, that clearly was not the case because the company's website continued to offer the same side table for more than $8,145 dollars for immediate delivery. On top of that, the reimbursement takes 6 to 10 business days!

Although i was happy to have a site where so many tasteful things can be viewed, upon other searching i found the same products for sometimes less than half the money! On a few occasions i saw items that i had seen in nice boutiques here in L. A. that were almost tripple the cost! For example... i saw a fun "french" wire vase that was sold at one of our most beloved garden shops for 90$... pricy but still ok if u really loved it. But one kings lane had it for over 200$! We're talking about chinese twisted junk wire here, folks! I still shop with them but laugh at most of the prices...
This site is nice and the prices are lower than what you can find online for the exact same item... however they are still pricey. I have bought quite a bit, I like the quality of the items and they do a good job packing the items to make sure they reach in good shape. I did have a problem once with a bent poster and they did not have stock of the item any longer so they told me to keep the item and they refunded my money.
I ordered a bed from One Kings Lane. They messed up the address and sent it to a different state. It was delivered to the totally wrong address and I never received my bed. They were terrible at communicating this to me and I had to reach out to customer service everyday to get any sort of answer. Customer service kept telling me they would resolve the issue but never did. This was a huge inconvenience to me and I will never order anything from them again. They refunded my order, but did not provide me with a new bed. I am terribly disappointed on how they handled this issue.

We discovered, together, that FedEx made a mistake when rerouting this bed. It's unclear how this happened considering the case notes for you and what the agent provided to FedEx show the agent requested the bed be delivered to the correct address within your state.

We saw that your bed was delivered to a place in IL that we believe is one of our vendor’s warehouses. At this point, we are awaiting confirmation of its delivery and visual confirmation of its condition and quality to ensure it was not damaged in shipment.
At this time, I deeply understand your frustration with the amount of work that you had to put in due to the lack of communication from our agents. Having spent the time reviewing your case and listening to your phone calls I definitely see an opportunity for increased training and will be overseeing this personally. I wanted to replace my two LL Bean end tables. They are beautifully made but the only had one drawer.
The end tables I ordered from OKL had three drawers but they were very poor quality. Drawers were difficult to pull out and you can see on the side of one of them where it is separating.
I would return them but such a hassle and I will bring them to our place in Maine.
Wish I read these reviews before I bought them.

Scored a great deal on nightstands, which qualified for free shipping, according to their own site. I was still charged for shipping and had to contact customer service who and was told they would credit it when item shipped. They didn't. They just cancelled the order, and then I was not able to re-order because they were "out of stock". Spoke with THREE reps about this throughout the painful experience. This was not a complicated order, and they botched it. They offered a 20% discount on any replacement; which was the SAME offer posted on their website at the time, LOL! I don't trust this company and you shouldn't either.
I recently purchased 2 pieces of furniture from OKL. I received the first set of nesting tables and immediately knew I was had. It looked cheap and something I would not have accepted even if somebody offered it to me for free. The pics always look great and are COMPLETELY misleading. I was holding my breadth wondering what the next piece would like. No surprise. The more expensive EVERETT bench is a complete SHAM. The dimensions are misleading and unlike the pics ( all my friends thought it was beautiful) it looks like a doll bench, the seat is less than 15 inches and very uncomfortable.The wood looks nothing like the pics. Wow, what a SCAM and such a shame with a so called reputed site. How does this co. Stay in business?

Ordered an ottoman in early November. Was told 6 weeks and it would be shipped. Called, emailed with very little response. Only to be told on January 14th the vendor was no longer in business and they could not fulfill the order. Horrible customer service. Barely apologized. Company is unprofessional and has expanded to the point of not checks and balances. Would not recommed! Has messed up the whole design of a room being installed in 10 days!

This website is a total rip off. They sell things for twice the price you can find the same items other places such as amazon. I bought faux moose antlers for $250.00. They came in a box from China. They are cheap looking and non-refundable. Before I got them, I also ordered a shoe shine kit for $69.00. The same kit is on Amazon for $34.00. Even at $34.00 I wouldn't be happy with it. The brushes are literally 2.5 inches long. It is cheap looking and made for a doll. The other items I ordered still have not even been shipped after a month and a half. I would not buy anything from this site. Whoever does the marketing is a genius. The site is beautifully done. But the items are junk. Stay away.
If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I ordered one dresser - they sent and charged me for two but said if I refused to accept one of the dressers and sent it back with the delivery company they would charge me $300 for a restocking fee. Before I received the dresser it went on sale, so I called to have they adjust the price -they don't do that -just awful customer service. Our upstairs was under construction when the dresser was delivered (by they way, the delivery company never looked at the dresser) so when we finally unwrapped it and put it in the bedroom there was a large hole in the side - I called to have them replace it -they don't do that because it was over 3 months! I would NEVER buy anything from them and I will tell everyone not to deal with them.

I cannot say in words that are fit for public airing what i think of this website. I ordered a buffet for my daughter the first week of November as a combo bday/xmas gift. As of December 21 she has yet to receive it and they will not refund my money. They have no concern for their customers satisfaction and they feel absolutely no responsibility to ensure delivery of their products. They are shysters and none should do business with them
BUYER BEWARE: Do not order from here! I received the wrong bed I ordered (after waiting the typical amount of time-1 month). I called to get a new one shipped and after going through 3 customer service representatives who all gave me different information, I'm still waiting to hear back if they even offer the bed that is listed on the website (it may "misrepresented"). Its now been ONE MONTH since I called about the wrong order being received and I don't have any update to know if they even offer the bed. They were unwilling to work with me or make their mistake right. Customer service is not a priority. I'm so disappointed because their furniture looks quality and I planned to outfit my entire house. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, buy from AllModern or Wayfair.

I have gotten a few things form One Kings Lane, and over all, it hasn't been as bad as some reviewers have said. Furniture was sent on the appropriate date and arrived intact; it's good quality stuff and ALMOST as described. It's the "almost" that keeps OKL from getting more stars. They just don't get the colors right. The chair I ordered was supposed to be beige. It was a light greenish-gray. The ottoman was supposed to be made of light rattan. It was dark. You would think that these people could at least have good photography, since there is no store. I mean, that's it. There's just the photograph. You can never see the product. You can only see the picture. And it's misleading. That's just, well, wrong. Just wrong.

What is it with these websites that think they can ship stuff WEEKS after an order was placed? It is ALWAYS those store websites whose prices don't quite justify the low cost but you get suckered into it anyway... Well, throw it the vague shipping dates and unreliable delivery and well, you get One Kings Lane shipping procedure. They must wait for stuff to fall off Amazon's truck or something. Whatever your thoughts are about the selection, understand that if you buy something special for someone and expect it to arrive within a reasonable 3-4 week window, forget it Make sure you have a back up and make sure you can return that special item or someone will want it someday... when it actually arrives.

I haven't had good luck shopping on One Kings Lane. When I received the first order it was the incorrect item. The second order, 2 years later is, is broken in the box it came in. I immediately opened the box when it was delivered, emailed the company, didn't get a response, emailed them again and was sent an automated email saying they would get back to me within 24 to 36 hours. This company won't let you return items until you have a return authorization form from them. You only have so many days (14) to return merchandise so it they want to drag it out it makes things impossible to return. I am not shopping on their site again and would recommend other people to not use them as well.
