All they do is put fake jobs and send those as leads to all the registered traders, charge money to all traders and nobody gets the job. Fraud business. They will charge you for 20 fake leads and then award you a small job worth few dollars to keep you going and show that portal actually works.
Received 3 quotes within hours of posting my work request. Of the 3 quotes received 2 came on site the next day to view the site before submitting quote and the other supplier had previously provided work and was familiar with the site. The successful supplier completed the work required the following morning. All up from submitting quote request to the work getting completed was about 3 days. Excellent outcome, professional supplier and completed on time and at the right price. Oneflare is the most convenient way of procuring services and saved me all the leg work.
Given extenuating circumstances I asked to cancel my subscription with OneFlare. I thought it would be reasonable given that I have really severe circumstances affecting me (which I explained to OneFlare) at the moment that I request a refund for my subscription fee. Oneflare would call during work hours so I was unable to pick up, and every time I tried to get a hold of my account manager I would be met with instant voicemail. I left voice messages with the business to call me back but no response for a week. Finally got a hold of somebody and had to wait for the account manager to call me again. I was met with hostility that I didn't notify the business within 15 days to cancel my subscription, I explained to the account manager that I had extreme circumstances and I was pushed for time to use the OneFlare platform due to family issues and full time study - her response: "Oh but you can still use the platform to create leads." I just wanted a refund given that I am having family troubles and can't commit time to creating leads. Really frustrating and horrible experience with them. I wouldn't recommend the site to anybody as the subscription fee is ridiculously high, you need to go out of your way to ask your previous customers to review you on the site, and while they "promise" leads it is very hard work basically cold calling people to get jobs.

Oneflare has being more then great for my business. Once you work on your profile and make sure you get good reviews for your work, it becomes much easier getting leads. This is where the paid subscription comes in. With a good profile and paid subscription my profile is featured for up to 25 suburbs that I choose. This really does boost the leads you get.
Very important to understand, you have to put in work. Don't just subscribe to Oneflare and expect leads to fall on your lap. You have to work on your profile and be quick to quote and follow up when you get leads.
Hi, will like to say that was super easy and fast to get quotes. At the end we didn't required the service. However the website and the facility to be able to compare was great! Will keep that in mind for anything in the future!

I have been a valuable customer with oneflare and I signed up for gold plan, due to health emergency, My credit got expired for almost $300.00 If I am buying a credit, the credit should stay in my account even if I dont use it.
I am very dissapointed with their policy and I would highly reccomend to refund that credit or else I am closing my account.

I used Oneflare to get a gardener in and 3 gardeners responded to my request almost immediately. We got 2 of them out to quote and they were prompt to come out to my place and quote. I couldn't have been happier with the response. It took the pressure off me to try and contact gardeners personally. I just didn't have the time and energy to do that.

Fake advertising effecting other businesses! They say 10 best asbestos removalists in Brisbane, yet every single junk company they recommend is on their third party site paying them fees! Jims Asbestos removal had a lot of bad google reviews until they shut down their google acount and created new ones. These people also don't verify if the asbestos removal service is even legal.
These companies should be shut down. No qualifications & just bum off firms that put the actual work in to get licensed and qualified.

I had never hears if rhis site and of course with wedding planning was apprehence at first however I was very suprised and happy. I received at least 3 responses within 24hrs and all were very professional, great customer service and reasonably quoted. I ended up hiring Kerin & Joy celebrant sisters who have been amazing to deal with. I would definately recommend them and this site.
I contacted Oneflare and within minutes I was contacted by three tradesmen offering to give us a quote on doing our job of pointing and painting our roof. Within three days we had selected a tradesman and exactly one week after contacting Oneflare we had a tradesman on site prepping the job :)
I have just been informed that if leads are uncontactable or do not respond suppliers only have 72 hours to request a refund on that lead otherwise your Refund will be declined. We feel this is not enough time!. Sometimes we may not get hold of leads for afew days! This new 72 hour time limit was put in place on the 3rd January 2019 When most tradespeople are closed down for the xmas break. I was informed I should have read the email that was sent out on the 3rd January. I found the email in my spam folder and no where in the body of the email does it mention a 72 hour time frame to request refunds. I guess this is just an extra way for them to make money. When I mentioned this to them they claim you have to 'click' through the email to 'Find Out more.' A very disappointed long term supplier on Oneflare. I guess we are just a number now.

We apologize the email wasn't more detailed. We included the main points of the change and why we were changing it and then urged the reader to click the link to be taken to the Help Centre article we had explaining all the finer details.
We understand that we implemented this change just after the start of the year and so some businesses were on holidays and may not have opened the email, or, in your case it had directed to your Spam folder. This is why we had a banner displayed at the top of your account with a link to the detailed Help Centre article.
The reason Oneflare implemented refund requests is to give businesses easier and quicker access to refunds and to encourage you to contact the customers immediately after quoting - which has been proven to be the optimal time to get in touch with them. If you're unable to get in touch with a customer, you can request a refund at anytime within that 72 hour period so we can investigate for you.
You stated that sometimes you don't get hold of leads for days, the refund request is the perfect remedy for that. No more waiting around trying to contact the customer, just let us know they're not responsive ASAP and we will take care of the rest.

This is a rort, good money making for them and bad for us the worker.
There is no way of auditing the leads and ensuring they are genuine.
They say they only send out 5 leads, but who checks they don't send out to 10 or 50 and then they get 10 x $7.
If I am the only lead then I get the job it is and investment.
If I don't get a lead then it is a waste of money.
They could be using bots sending out false leads.
How do I know they are real people and not false leads, there is no way of monitoring.
The person requesting to get 5 to 10 quotes should pay the $7 for getting Oneflare to arrange for 5 - 10 quotes.

Every job request that comes through is checked for validity by our team to ensure that it is a real lead and then sent out to businesses. If the quotes sent to the customer by a business, are not viewed or the customer changes their mind, we are able to return the quote back to the business. I used Oneflare to find a removalist company and was very happy with the results. I was given 3 excellent quotes. It was easy to correspond with each company and to choose one and decline the others. If needed I could have received further quotes. A great service, very useful.
I was looking for a quote for a removalist for a short distance move. I sent my request and was contacted by three reputable companies within an hour. I was very happy as it took out the hassle of having to shop around.
You quote and quote and no one cares and they are just want cheapest job and each quote cost you $20 and you will have to pay even if you dun get the job, waste of time and money, system is full of crap, you find them on top link at google search doesnt mean they are good.

We can assure you that this is not the case - every job request that comes through is checked for validity to ensure it is real, and then it is sent out to nearby businesses as a lead. However, there is the possibility that the customer chooses to go with another business that has quoted on the same job, and in that case, the other businesses have not won that job. There are some cases where the customer doesn't see a quote that a business has sent and paid for, or the customer no longer needs the job done. In that instance, it is possible to have the quote refunded to you.
