Given extenuating circumstances I asked to cancel my subscription with OneFlare. I thought it would be reasonable given that I have really severe circumstances affecting me (which I explained to OneFlare) at the moment that I request a refund for my subscription fee. Oneflare would call during work hours so I was unable to pick up, and every time I tried to get a hold of my account manager I would be met with instant voicemail. I left voice messages with the business to call me back but no response for a week. Finally got a hold of somebody and had to wait for the account manager to call me again. I was met with hostility that I didn't notify the business within 15 days to cancel my subscription, I explained to the account manager that I had extreme circumstances and I was pushed for time to use the OneFlare platform due to family issues and full time study - her response: "Oh but you can still use the platform to create leads." I just wanted a refund given that I am having family troubles and can't commit time to creating leads. Really frustrating and horrible experience with them. I wouldn't recommend the site to anybody as the subscription fee is ridiculously high, you need to go out of your way to ask your previous customers to review you on the site, and while they "promise" leads it is very hard work basically cold calling people to get jobs.
