Avoid this company at all costs! 5 months on and I'm still waiting for a copy of the legal agreement they made over the phone. They seem to think this first conversation I had about possibly moving is legally binding! They won't put anything in writing but have said we're bound to this now
Do not agree to anything over the phone, ask them to confirm it at least via email first. They messed up our contracts and at present we're paying £100 more per month than with EE and they were supposed to save us that much!
Their deals really are too good to be true. I had the misfortune of dealing with Kylie Bowering, avoid this lady as she will tell you anything to get the deal through.

I just wanted some quick help without spending half a day searching for offers that are not what they seem. Karl was very helpful finding me the right deal quick& easy. He explained everything in great detail but also understood that I was in a rush. Karl's very approachable and friendly attitude makes you feel very comfortable when signing your "life away" for the next 24mths to Vodafone :). Good customer service. Well done Vodafone finally you upped your game when it comes to call centres.
If they phone you, do not go near them, very hard sell and despite twice telling them that I did not wish to go ahead with the contract they did it anyway without telling me. When trying to resolve the issue met with nothing but arrogance and utter disrespect and that was supposedly from manager! Appallingly customer service.
Cheated my wife in to signing up for them. Have cancelled after two years - and they're still charging us after two months since we switched back to BT. They are telling Bt we've switched back (slamming)
I'd like to meet one of these c@@** and give them a good slap.
Perfect as usual the customer service is outstanding. Always polite and happy to help. Today I was given all information I needed in the live chat in a few minutes no long waiting times. Adviser was knowledgable and answered all my questions. I have never had any problems with onecom keep the good work up guys

I upgraded my phone today and had the very good fortune to be looked after by Karl Davies. His patience was second to none! He listened to what I wanted and provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time. He asked what I needed in a phone and
Expectations and didn't try to sway into something I didn't need! Thank you Karl, you have the patience of a saint from a very happy, non technical phone user. I'll be back

Look Onecom, if you need me to tell you that Karl is doing a great job and I find out you haven't fed that back to him and rewarded him for it I'm going to take this towel off and chase you round the yard whipping your behind. Nobody wants that so do the right thing and give Karl a raise!

Just had cold call, good sales patter but when I told them I had just signed for 2 years to XLN (who I would very much recommend) they got shirty, avoided direct answers to my questions and they hung up on me! I'll bet they've managed to scam a hell of a lot of businesses and people. Customer service? What's that then?
I was promised deal after deal to join onecome. My final contract was agreed and signed at £36 per month. I am now 4 months into my contract and I haven't seen one bill at the agreed price. As well as the £36 deal I was gifted two free perks and a WiFi dongle to entice me over from another company. These items in fact were not free. I paid the FULL amount of these items in month one leaving me a bill of £150 plus. Then in months 3 and 4 paid more than double my agreed contract amount (this eill also continue untill my contract ends)
When I contacted ONECOM I was met with no help in the matter what so ever and told to look at the 'terms and conditions' and that there is nothing they will do.
I now have seen countless other reviews with the same issue knowing this company to be a scam.
Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Following a wasted morning trying to resolve a Sure signal issue with Vodafone I was eventually directed to Simon W at Onecom and hey presto its now sorted. My error - I should have contacted Onecom in the first place! Excellent support.

Almost got caught!
Do not agree to anything on the phone as this is your contract that you will find very difficult to get out of despite being told you have 14 days to reject from the paperwork they will send you. Their rep James is very plausible who then passes you on to their accounts and this is where the recorded contract begins. So Beware!
I had been having difficulty accessing our bills online. Once I had raised this as a problem it was dealt with speedily and very efficiently all through emails. To be honest I thought there might have been more of a delay in picking up emails and dealing with, but there was none. I am very happy indeed...

I contacted OneCom regarding my new mobile telephone and other gadgets via 'online chat'. The person who dealt with me, Eurika, was first class. She dealt with me regarding my queries very quickly, comprehensively and, above all, clearly in a language I could understand. I tend to get confused when it comes to mobile phone contracts/tariffs etc so I was extremely relieved when Karl explained everything in simple detail. He was friendly, helpful and processed the upgrade for my wife and I speedily.
From a state of uncertainty on Tuesday I am now eagerly awaiting delivery of my new phone this fternoon.

Onecom currently supply my landline and broadband, I have had no issues and the change over was easy. It's cheaper than my old contract with BT and I now have faster broadband. I see a lot of reviews for a company called True Telecom on here which an employee of Onecom made me aware they inherited when they bought them out. Onecom have been wonderful to deal with and the customer care team are brilliant. I will recommend them to friends and family.

I have experienced frustrating times trying to contact onecom by phone in the past so this time I tried the direct online chat feature. I had a text conversation with Daniel H who was able to diagnose my problem and send over detailed instructions on how to fix it. The service was quick and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. If you are struggling to get through on the phone line then I would definitely recommend you try online chat.

I was experiencing network connectivity issues with a new phone I had purchased. I used the online live chat and explained the situation to service advisor who came back to me very quickly with a few possible solutions. Instruction/feedback was clear and simple which helped me understand what to do and I was able to resolve the matter swiftly, thanks to the help of the advisor. This was a much more time-effective method than phoning the customer care line which was my original pursuit. Thanks to the advisor for the help, much appreciated!

Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
