Whenever I've had to call the staff have always been very polite and helpful. They found me a good deal when I re newed my contract although it would have been easier if I could have done it in store

***STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY***
I was lead to believe they would waiver the cost of switching companies and they would do everything frm their end. 8 weeks later im getting charges from my intial supplier and threating legal action if not paid. Along with this I was miss sold the package, which I was lead to believe we were getting a calls and broadband package only to find out from BT that we are still with them for our bb. Absolute waste of time and frustrating energy!
They will try and tell you its your fault and nothing miss sold, read all the reviews they speak for themselves. Customer service lol, they go straight on the defensive because they must be used to these complaints going round in circles is their main phrase.
Issue with registering a device which Vodafone took over 2 calls and 2 hours with and could not was all resolved in 20 mins. Great service, very clear and positive.

Called to update services on vodafone contract via Onecom and had the problem sorted out within five minutes and a network update in place to activate the solution. Excellent service!

They are brokers don't own any network. ONECOM to be avoided sell phone and internet contracts you could take directly with the companies in question such a Vodafone. With onecom to be avoided you end up paying a much expensive internet and mobile phone services to cover their commission. ONECOM to be avoided will convince you that by signing up for a three years contract you will save loads of money NOT TRUE. Stay away from ONECON, that's what they are.
I spoke with Karl Davies 2 years ago when it was upgrade time, and his service and attention to detail was excellent. So imagine how pleased I am when it is Karl again for the current upgrade

I had trouble with this company from the second I stupidly signed up with them! Incorrect billing followed by dreadful customer service. Terrible company that I would not recommend
He is straight down the line and honest which is a rarity in the industry. I've been using OneCom for around 6 years now and they've always been great.

Was persuaded to change by a sales guy, promised a package with broadband included. The inference was that they were somehow aligned with BT openreach. Paperwork came, no broadband. Told them we were not interested, they still switched us from BT without authorization. They are no trying to charge us for a contract we never accepted and never signed.
DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE, BEWARE.
HadLive chat with Simon W & Elysia B today re setting up new phone and sim card to keep old number, both were very knowledgeable and helpful, did not know i was with one com til yesterday always thought i was with Vodafone, phoned yesterday spoke to Tai(sorry if i got it wrong), who sorted out my upgrade and sorted my new plan out, he was also very helpful and knowledgeable, new phone came at 1000 this morning, great service and friendly staff, far better than vodafone.

Answer: There is no mention of the 3 year contract when the salesman cold calls you.
Answer: Ignore them. You cancelled the contract because it was mis-sold. You have cancelled the DD, just make sure it is not re-instated by them. Given the reviews I have just read I doubt they will take it down the legal route. You can always try threatening to sue for harrassment but, personally, I would just ignore them. Don't delete emails though - they are evidence should you need it.
Answer: If you can't through on the phone send them an email - what they do with it is their problem but it will be proof you cancelled in time. And if later than the cooling off period, you were mis-sold anywayso have a right to cancel. Then cancel the DD and go back to your old supplier. Good luck
Answer: They are very carefull with the way they word things for instance "we will endevor to waiver your ETF" so what there saying is they will try, And this was done by there legal team (consists of 2 people with no legal experance calling BT and pretending to be the customer saying because BT have up there prices your legally allowed to leave the contract free of charge, with BT just saying the charge is valid, and now they dont have a legal team atm so there not to concerned about customer happyness its a fly by company
