Two weeks ago I required help to correct a msg on my computer which kept popping up. After many attempts it was finally removed but then "Ace," the tech who was helping me tried to sell me an extension of my contract. I said I would have to think it over and Ace said it was only good for that offer. When I did not accept he became very abrupt and did not respond to my second request and hung up. That certainly was the wrong way to treat a customer. Virginia M
Any scams with omnitech tech IT... they fixed my computer... paid for a year of support, they asked twice if I do banking on my computer I don't... 4 months later I phoned for more support and never answered phone and never answered my window on the computer for help on the trouble shooting.( let the phone ring over 50 times, twice, left the window open for 24 hrs hoping someone would get back to me). They phoned me last week and tried telling me my computer was being hacked... I said I called and tried to get a hold of Omni when I needed support and u guys would not respond, tell me why I should believe you and he told me to f*ck off and started laughing. Don't think they are a real company,,, now im constantly getting junk mail from Africa telling me I have inheritance and money coming etc etc. all just bull crap. So are they a real company or scammers?
I filed a dispute for no service with my credit card company. Their process is not to contact the vendor but to contact the bank that vendor used. Two months are allowed for the vendor's bank's response. No reply was received so my entire purchase was refunded. In the interim I had contacted another tech company and was told that Omni had gone out of business.
Not be computer savvy I needed help recover my password so I didn't online chat and found people who were not disable but very willing and patient to help me succeed and recovering my password kudos to you all
I got a pop up saying to contact them for an infection. I paid them 220.00 to get rid of this.my computer continued to run slow and had to call back several times. After 6 months they called me advising that my computer had been hacked. They wanted to sell me a anti-hack program. Never let them access your computer. I had to contact Microsoft to get rid of their spyware.
I would like to mention the outstanding service I received from Omnitech administrators and technicians. They were very professional and caring for my problems. I would especially like to thank the wonderful woman Porshe who showed me the error of my ways(private joke). Omnitech also gave me an additional 30 days of support.
I had a horrible experience... with the indian techs. The only reason im leaving this good review is because anthony deserves it for his dedication and hard work in resolving my issues. Cheers to him. Great work.
During the two-day period I spoke with a few or more technicians and was impressed by each one of them. I am amazed with their depth of knowledge as they moved around my computer at seemingly lightning speed. All issues were resolved.
Knowledgeable technicians, courteous, and reliable. OmniTech Support is a bit pricey but good insurance against unforeseen computer problems down the road.
Only minor complaint-- it takes a very long time at the beginning for technician to check the records and begin analyzing the problem. Plan on staying on-line for an hour or two.
I had an appointment with a T5 technician whom not only knew his stuff but was also patient enough to teach me what I did not understand. I as able to get my password reset, printer fixed, and emails deleted and sorted. Great work.
Even though I am somewhat tech savvy there are always things I can't fix. Omnitech does this all day everyday and are really on top of things. I was helped by Anthony but there are many other talented techs with the company as well. Give them a try.
Thought I was contacting Microsoft but got directed to Omnitech, was pressured into purchasing their support. After spending over 8 hours online in 3 sessions with their tech support people being transferred to various levels of support right up to supervisor my issue has never been resolved even though they guaranteed it would be. I have no intention of contacting them for any further support regarding my issue even though it hasn't been resolved, it's just a waste of time in my opinion. Everyone should be aware of this service.
I was having some trouble installing some programs on my computer. I kept getting an error message. I called them and they not only installed them for me, but showed me what they did just in case it happened again. And offered a few suggestions to better the laptop. I really appreciated Anthony's help
Yeah they did the same thing to my brother, he is elderly a retired vet. Just got out of the hospital a week ago after being in for over 70 days, and just wanted to reset his hotmail password. He is currently staying at my home till he gets back on his feet. He was using my computer, they mislead him, he was using my computer which he told them and their tech downloaded a program so they count take control of it. Took me a while get the program off but i finally did. I was out of the home at the time but when I got home I saw what was going on. Found out they got him to sign up for a tech support program for $250 on my computer, Now im having to check it for programs and virusis they may have put on it. I feel they took advantage of his lack of computer knowledge. I was able to talk to the so called supervisor he assured me they would refund his money which he needs very much, but so far they haven't. OMNI TECH SUPPORT ARE VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE
In this instance, the complainer hasn't revealed any details with which we can use to determine if this person is actually our customer in the first place, or a competitor who cannot match our quality and pricing who is trying to malign us. We are not scamming anyone. We invite this person to provide some more details like his/her email address and on what date he/she came in to us for help. If the customer can re-contact us, then we can research his/her concern. In that way, we can fill him/her in on what the issue was. If his/her issue has not been resolved, we would be happy to continue work on the issue until it is resolved and to provide a full refund if it cannot be resolved. To get a refund, just the customer needs to send an email at support@omnitechsupport.com or to call us at 'Toll free number'

Generally, our technician runs a free diagnosis on the customer's computer to uncover the root of the problem as initial troubleshooting step. Some issues are obvious, such a help being needed in setting up a home network, but in others, the diagnosis may uncover registry errors or malicious software. We cannot create any "fake" errors, as we are using a respected 3rd-party diagnostic tool. Later our technician might convey the customer about the scanned results and possible errors on the computer after the hackers left some traces. We don't charge anyone $199.99 just to reset the Hotmail password. This is what we charge for subscription services, so along with the issue fix, we offered other services like, fine tuning of the computer or 6 months of tech support andcloud back up as add-on. However, we are not in a position to comment anything here. As always, we are here to assist people who truly need our experienced technician's help regarding their any software related-issues at any time, day or night. That's why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which tells about our success story and trustworthy service at any point of time.
With the customer satisfaction rate of more than 90%, Omnitechsupport.com has emerged as a pioneer in the field of tech support services. Very friendly service and easy to work with, once I understood what I was suppose to do, like leave the mouse alone!
This really is good service for the value. The people are generally quite knowledgeable, and helpful with all situations. I have found them to be honest and fair in their pricing. My biggest problem is the timeliness. I would like to see it not take so long for the service to be done on a product I need assistance with. In this computer age, I feel that most of us have a difficult time doing without our computer for any period of time. But, it is easier to give up a few hours than 1-2 days. As I have used this service many times before, I see the increasing numbers that are using this service. I feel it would be nice to have a few more corporate technicians available to provide quicker service. And, the only real issue I had with this service was 1 of the agents told me my computer would be ready in an hour, yet she knew it would take more like 2 hours. I would appreciate honesty as my time is as important as theirs.
I have been using Omnitech Support for 4 years. They are the technical support for Microsoft. I have found them very efficient, knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the problem. I have never - ever - had a bad experience, nor have they not been able to solve any of my problems. Some people think they are a scam company - wrong - all you have to do is call Microsoft and you will be directed to Omnitech. For the problems I have had solved, it is well worth the money.
When I retired from the corporate world, I no longer had access to the tech support team for my computer(s). Omnitech Support was a great find, since they are always available to assist me when I have a concern, issue, or just to answer a question regarding something technical. I also like the fact that they are regularly scanning my computer to keep my information safe.
I have contacted Omnitech Tech support several times in my first 2 years and have had wonderful results. I don't know what I would do without the help they provide. They are always been wonderful and I love the chat sessions. -No worry about language. I just signed up for another 4 years. Wonderful.
I needed support to help fix my laptop which has every file I have created or saved over the past 3 years on it and was worried I would not be able to retrieve it. Luckily Anthony was able to help me out and everything is okay now.
Answer: Never had this problem in the three years I have used them.
Answer: I paid in U.S. dollars

Directed? No organization including Microsoft directs anybody to us. The customer came to us. Anyone wishing to go to Microsoft for support, merely needs to go to www.support.microsoft.com. When someone contacts us, we always clearly identify ourselves. Our opening chat statement itself confirmed that we are not Microsoft or some other Tech Support company. We are OmniTech Support, an independent global Tech Support organization which has been running successfully with pride and passion more than 12 years. Our technicians are trained and certified to work on all e-mail issues in addition to working on other software, networking, setup, registry and virus issues.
On May 28,2014 Mr. Wayne King Contacted us for help with regards to issue “Receiving Spam Emails and need to remove viruses and infections in the computer” accordingly we connected her to a technician to diagnose any issues on her computer. To diagnose the cause of any issue, we access the customer’s computer, only with the customer’s permission, using a well-known and trusted remote 3rd-party access tool called “LogMeIn”.
Our process is very transparent. The customer can watch and control every movement of our technician and, can terminate the remote control by a single click. Once customer revokes the remote access, technicians cannot re-establish the connection by their own without customer’s assistance, our technician checked her computer and diagnosed the issue. We offered him out One Time Fix plan for single issue and where customer can get back to us with the same issue within 30 days of sign up. The customer voluntarily agreed and signed up with us paying $149.99.
Accordingly, our technician performed the required resolutions and fixed the issue for him. Then, Mr. King confirmed to us in the chat that the issue is fixed. If he is maintaining that the issue was unfixed, even though he had c confirmed that it was, he is welcome to come back to us, so we can determine if it is the same issue. If it is, we will fix it. However, since his initial issue included viruses, his computer may have been infected subsequently to our removing his initial viruses.
Wayne King: ok, will give it a go see how it is working. Thanks
