Purchased a faux flower arrangement through a big box store and it was fulfilled by "OJ Commerce", more specifically DW Silk. Item came in a huge box. There is a 20% restocking fee and the customer must also pay for shipping. They initially told me too, that they don't handle the returns.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

There could have been a few extra pieces in kit. Broke 4 of the wooden small pins. No replacements.
There were several scratches initially but still is nice.

The hammock is great. Everything was included in the box that we needed. The best part is you don't need any tools to assemble. This was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. The hammock holds 2 teenage girls with no problem! It even came with a cup holder and a storage bag and I didn't even realize they would be included.

Not all parts were labeled and some were not labeled correctly. Doors did not line up properly, the pilot holes were not drilled very deep

I recently ordered a Gardman Bird Feeding Station in Antique Bronze. It was priced very competitively, arrived on the date it was promised, and is of good quality. Purchased 60 inch TV stand. Product is nice. Looks as advertised. Very pleased. Shipping was a little slow.

Bench was not worth 70.00! Seriously... It looks like it cost less than five dollars to make it. So disappointed.

The kitchen set came faster then exspected and was what we wanted. The only thing that I thought should be better was the Finnish on the set. It is painted and does not look like it will take the beating it will get from the use. We will see.

Ok so I ordered a microwave stand an when we finally got it the peices were wrong an there is no way to put it together an I dont know if i talk to Walmart or you guys i need help please.

The stand was maybe worth $20 at most. Product was very cheap... delivery time was decent... I personally won't make another purchase from this company on purpose or suggest family and friends to do so either.

The SUV was assembled in 45 minutes and the girls loved it especially when we used the adult remote (youngest is 10 months and oldest 3 yrs were all smiles).
