I placed an order with walmart.com who then ordered through on commerce on May 17,2020. As of today June 18,2020 I still have not received my merchandise. I called on commerce 4 times and each time I got a different reason and excuse why my merchandise didn't ship and when I called them. Out on the bogus excuses they didn't have a defense. Finally today a month later I canceled my order and am hoping it doesn't take as long for my refund as it does for them.not to ship merchandise.

I bought a bunk bed from them on Amazon. They sent it and when the freight company called they said they would not take it off the truck because the company did not pay for a lift gate truck. I was able to get the bed delivered after complaining. This was a Christmas present and it finally arrived on late and broken. I was told by the freight company that it could not be refused. I contacted OJ Commerce and they wanted to know what was broken. I told them it was the rails. They asked for the part numbers. They said they would provide the parts. They never sent the parts and now since it has gone past 30 days, they refuse to honor the request at all. AMAZON HAS BEEN NO HELP! Rip off!

I bought a stroller via Walmart and apparently OJ Commerce was the one who shipped it to me. Stroller was too small, so I contacted them for return. To my surprise they dont provide return shipping label as well they charge 20% restocking fee. So basically stroller costs 50$. Return would cost 30$ and restocking fee 20% (it will be 10$), means they will refund 10$ from 50$ i have paid. You SCAM. Terrible Terrible Service. You are the worst!

I purchased this Sauder book case. It came as promised and was in good condition -- all parts were there and there was no damage from shipping. My sister and I put the unit together and it went well until we stood it up to move it into my office. The book shelf broke apart at the junction where the upper and lower come together. The pieces that fit into the cams broke out of the wood. The unit is not repairable. I went ahead and put it in my office. The damage is on the left side and is not visible when you enter my office, except that the left side of the unit is higher (will not fit back down) than the right side. I will never be able to move this unit and I feel I wasted my money and several hours of work/time assembling it. Since I had put the unit together, I could not return it. I am a very unhappy customer and will not use this company, nor purchase any other Sauder product.

Thank goodness I went by reviews and ordered furniture for the first time on line. I could not believe it shipped the same day. Fast delivery. I was able to put the chair together myself (I am 76 yrs old female). I had given up on finding a swivel, rocker, recliner until this unknown company -- to me-- popped up. Everyone loves this chair. It is so soft and comfortable. The cream color is very light but that is what I wanted. I bought the Naomi Odelia Swivel Gliding Recliner at an AMAZING price. Thank you OJ Commerce!

I bought a $200.00 Christmas tree online through Walmart.com, the company is OJ Commerce.com. First of all they want a 20% restocking fee, which is $48.00, THEN You have to pay the shipping which came to a whopping $ 108.00 to ship back. Which comes to $ 156.00 for a $238.00 tree ( with tax) I could not believe it! What a rip off, they sent the wrong Christmas tree and they think I'm going to that much for sending it back! DO NOT BUY FROM this company! WHAT A RIP OFF! I will let everyone I know not to buy from them!

We needed to purchase a replacement kitchen chair for our cabin in Tennessee. We visited a couple of stores in Pigeon Forge and did find a chair that was a close match to our existing ones, but the vendor wanted about $200 for the chair. So my wife looked online and found a couple of chairs on the Walmart webpage that looked nearly identical and ordered them. Both chairs cost about $120 which means we'll have an extra one when another chair breaks and they only cost us $60 each. When she placed the order, the webpage indicated that the chairs wouldn't show up for about 3 weeks which was OK with us. They showed up about 10 days later which was earlier than we expected. I opened up the box this morning and the chairs were packaged very well and looked to be in brand new condition with no scratches or defects and with all the parts needed for assembly. We were very happy this this purchase and the shipping.

Purchased item on eBay at priced listed. Next day received an email from eBay stating that the item had been cancelled at my request and that I would receive a refund. I contacted OJ Commerce stating that I had not cancelled the order. Their response was that the listing was wrong and the price would be adjusted - higher. I contacted eBay and informed them of the situation. They said that this is against their sellers agreement policy as a purchase is a contract. Also because OJ Commerce said that I cancelled the order, I am unable to leave seller feedback on eBay. Ebay is looking into removing "buyer initiated cancellation" so that I can leave feedback on their site. They also are reporting this violation through their escalation channels.

I bought the South Shore Axess Printer Stand and I couldn't be happier. Arrived well packaged with no damage. I put it together myself (2 are recommended). The directions had minimal words, just pictures, but if you pay attention they're very easy to follow. The result is a very study, attractive and useful product. Small enough to fit in a small space but big enough to accommodate my printer and all supplies with enough extra room on top for a wireless phone, WIFI router or a personal tchotski (sp). The drawer is smoother than the ones in my kitchen, and all fit and finish are outstanding. Excellent product family owned in North America!
