My daughter ordered her dress 5days ago for party to be here today, Friday 14 July, i paid for fast track delivery. Its still sitting in the UK for the last 3 days no movement, no dress how upsetting, shame on you oh polly,

After speaking to the customer service team (Ellie & Alexandra) I have to say I am completely satisfied and would like to give my thanks to them both for sorting the issue out so quickly and effectively. There were no issues and they couldn't do enough for us! Thank you both so much!
The courier had marked my parcel as delivered but the parcel was nowhere to be found. I got in touch via the instagram ohpollyhelp page and spoke to Jess and Annie who were both so lovely and helped resolve the situation unbelievably fast. Thank you ladies.

The customer care in Oh Polly were absolute game changer in online shopping for me! Never ran into a business that has left such a good image on my eyes when shopping online. Instead of cancelling my order I contacted ohpolly via their website to change some of my order details, making an existing order enquiry. Within 24 hours I received a direct email from ohpolly customer service to say that my order had been updated and would be on it's way as soon as possible. Definitely don't hesitate to get in contact with the company if you want to cancel or make changes to an existing order that is still being processed.
Georgina, Emily C., Lucy and Graeme were so helpful and kind, we got my concern addressed right away and they even express shipped my package just so that it will get arrive on my for my birthday. They were very personable and professional, they really exceeded my expectations!
I reside in Canada and placed an order for a few months in December. I noticed that the tracking was not updated and no additional information was provided about my shipment. I contacted oh polly support and got in touch with Nikki. I was given the information I needed in a matter of hours! Amazing customer service and quick turn around time. Will definitely reorder in the future.
I accidentally received the wrong dress and I emailed oh polly's customer care team. The two people who helped me, Tyra and Lauren, replied extremely fast and were so kind throughout the whole process. The questions were easy to answer and they were able to ship out the correct dress immediately. I will definitely be buying from them again!
This was my first and last time ordering from OhPolly. I ordered the lunar mini dress in orange. However, that was not the order I received. I received a blue bra instead. How does this even happen and where is the dress I paid for? I've reached out several times via email and Instagram, and have yet to receive a response. This has been the worst experience and I will never ever spend my money on OhPolly ever again. At this point, I just want my money back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Over the last few months, it has been difficult keeping track of all of the return period extensions due to Covid, so when I found out that I had missed the return period by 3 days, I was devastated. Luckily, I reached out to the team and Jess and Katie were able to help get my issue resolved. I sincerely appreciate their help, great customer service like theirs is so wonderful to encounter. I will definitely remember this when shopping here in the future.
A very glam company that appeals to women with slim bodies and no breasts hence why most dresses are cupped which will not really fit anyone passed a d cup. I don't have good credit so I will ask my dad on occasion to place an order for me (which I pay for) I live on my own so my dad sends it to my address under my name but oh Polly always label it under my dad's name to my address which is really annoying especially when the driver asks "is Mr cooper in" someone from ohpolly is clearly doing this on purpose as this has happened on more than one occasion. They sent me a link to leave a review after making me wait like 3 days for a response.
Sizes are off. All of them are small for me even though I used their size chart! Moreover, I was expecting a great quality regarding my two dresses (for their price). I liked the corsets I ordered, though, and the skirt. Again, small for me but ok.
They charged me for a dress, then sent an email saying it's been cancelled (money had come out). I emailed to ask when my money would go back into my account they said 72 hours max nothing went in I emailed again they emailed to say it had been declined when clearly on my statement it was withdrawn. What a joke!
My favorite brand by far. I started ordering from ohpolly about a year ago and now it's the only place I get my bathing suits from! I've recently started ordering from Bo&Tee and I'm obsessed! The quality is amazing and I always get compliments wearing their sets! The customer service is fantastic as well. Always a quick response and always extremely helpful! Alexandra and Annie are amazing! I would highly recommend ohpolly to anybody!
As we all know, COVID has caused a lot of delays in shipping. I appreciate all contact regarding my order being time-sensitive and consistent.

I have ordered so many dresses from Oh Polly and have never had an issue, apart from one dress being too small as i hadnt checked the sizing guide advising to size up. If you check the sizing guides you cant go far wrong, absolutely beautiful dresses and tops, nearly all my friends shop from here too and they all love it, highly recommend!
I have ordered a couple of things from Oh polly and I really love the quality of their items. Same for my friends. Plus they have the best costumer service, if something isn't right they fix it straight away. 10/10
