So I ordered a dress for an event, not only did it take two weeks to come but it came in torn and damaged. They keep trying to give me partial credits I want my full refund, not only did the inconvenience me but gave me a damaged item.
If I could give this business zero stars I would. The customer service is pathetic, they do not care if you receive your product or not - once they have your money that's all they care about. Nothing but a scam. I would recommend staying away from this company and trying somewhere else - ie: babyboo or pretty little thing - much better customer service
I bought two dresses, they send me the wrong sizes, then they tell me, in order to return them. I have to pay for shipping. Why would I pay for your mistakes? Then they said, we will give a 20% discount on your next purchase. NO, I WANT A FULL REFUND and I WANT YOU to pay for the return. Keep mind, they tried to blame me, for ordering the wrong size. They said, I was shopping at the Aussie site. I took screenshots and showed them. I ordered on the American site. Disgusting. They can't even admit to their own mistakes.
I have ordered from OP before and usually am content with the quality of the materials. However, my recent experience, June 2022, the fabric and material felt much cheaper then what I assumed. The dress I ordered was also super wrinkled up and made the try on part look very cheap. I was deeply disappointed since I relied on it fitting like previous dresses and will be returning. Sad to say, I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a matching set and the zip for the skirt was faulty. I have made a purchase the other day for the Sunset Lover Cross Strap Dress to retail at £0.00. And my friend has also made this purchase. Apparently it was a glitch on Oh Polly's end, but they allowed some of the orders to ship, but they have cancelled my order and refuse to refund me. I have made a purchase of another 2 dresses totaling $18 each and I will not be refunded? I should be at least refunded since they are cancelling my whole order. They refused to send me the other two dresses that I paid for. This customer service is actually a bunch of incompetent useless individuals. They could not even spell "does" correctly and the grammar of their preset messages just sucks. I will be telling my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is completely unfair as a new customer, I either would like a full refund or to get my items.

I ordered four dresses for my birthday in January, they did not arrive by the time my birthday came (although they said they would), and so I got an email asking me to pay $149 of duties ( I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS) for dresses that were not even going to be delivered in time, so I refused to pay and told the shipper to just send it back. It's APRIL and I still have not received my refund of $390. No one is answering my emails or trying to help me. I lost so much money, don't ever buy from here!
I placed an order and paid for express shipping in order for it to be here on time for my family event. They shipped my order the same day but the tracking number never updated. When I tried contacting them they claimed that my package is "lost" and refunded me $11 for the express shipping. I didn't ask for a refund I seriously need my order I bought 3 dresses and planned on wearing one of them. I work for a shipping company and know that they basically printed out my label but never shipped it really, and now I'm stuck with nothing to wear.
Contacted multiple times about a refund, it's like pulling teeth trying to get to them. Once I hear from them they say "our refunds are temporarily not working". Sounds convenient. I reach out again after another week of no refund and they say "our technical support team working on this are not responding". Never ordering from here again. Don't let there easy returns fool you cause you will never hear from them again or see your money back.
Im not sure if this brand is a scam or what because i ordered items over two months ago and after a month and a half of waiting it says they lost the package. I re ordered but was only able to get one of the items because the rest were sold out and they charged me DOUBLE for shipping and ONCE AGAIN they didn't deliver it, it said incorrect address. And I have still not received my refund for the other items that were sold out. STAY AWAY from this terrible brand. I just hope i get my money back or I'll make sure to warn everyone to stay away.

Horrible service! I spent over a $100 on some dresses that should have been shopped to me 3 weeks ago. I called fed ex and was told oh Polly never sent out the items but when I reached out to oh Polly they said fedex has the items and they only refunded me my shipping fee which I still need to assure was even sent back. I am not happy with this company at all, worst service ever. Hopefully, this matter get rectified soon.
This was my first time ordering from the company. Ordered a dress that I needed for an event and it never came. The communication between Oh Polly and I was okay but super delayed and drawn out due to it being via email only. Waited 2.5 weeks for the dress and to no avail. Probably won't order from them again.
Ohpolly is such a horrible and useless online shop ever... It steals your money and time. While purchasing the item it says all tax included and once the parcel handover to the post they will ask you to pay the taxes which is a lot. The sizes is horrible, i ordered S and I received the dress toooo huge like XL. And when I returned I was asked to pay the post cost again which was a lot. Please dont order from ohpolly.
Never ordering from this company again. Beautiful clothes, disgusting customer service. I was a loyal client before this incident, and I used to order a lot despite their incredibly inconsistent sizing. All I wanted was a size exchange, but apparently that was too much to ask and they refused. They basically stole my money and refuse to refund me, send me the correct size, or send me the original item back. They claim they do not have the item... but the problem is, neither do I. They act real broke for a company with that much "business". The customer service is so bad, I wanna give them a ZERO. But thats not possible. So I give them a ONE.

Please kindly return your item for an exchange or refund. Additionally, in regards to the tax query, if you are an international customer you will be subject to a customs duties tax which is different to value added tax, apologies for any confusion caused.
