We lost our credit for $106 and when we asked for it, oh polly customer service said it's past 6 months and you can't use it anymore and that they can't offer anything to us. So basically, they took our money and the returned merchandise, which is fraud. When we checked to see if we even got the credit in the first place, we realized they never sent it after we returned the items.
I bought three items, only keeping one dress for my birthday meal. I returned the other two in the SAME parcel and they're trying to say I never returned the most expensive item so don't buy from here! Returns are awful and you won't get your money back. I have always shopped at oh Polly for my birthday but as I have literally been robbed of the item and the money I won't be buying from them again.
My daughter ordered a dress for her birthday and it has been lost in delivery. Tracking information says that the post office received the package. The post office says that there was nothing in that package they don't have anything to deliver to my daughter. And now apparently in order to get refunded for something that you never received you had to buy purchase protection. To me that sounds like a scam pay extra money and we'll guarantee that you actually get the item you ordered? Shoddy customer service my daughter spent her hard-earned money as a 19 year old to get a dress to wear for her birthday which is long past and never received the dress. Will never order another thing from oh polly again.
Sizes are off. All of them are small for me even though I used their size chart! Moreover, I was expecting a great quality regarding my two dresses (for their price). I liked the corsets I ordered, though, and the skirt. Again, small for me but ok.

I ordered 5 items of clothing from Oh Polly, totaling $400. I added express shipping as well. When delivered, I received 3 items from oh Polly, none of which were any of the 5 items i initially ordered. They asked for me to send the mistaken items back, but on the return page, there was no selection to return the items that were sent to me by mistake. All i asked was to still expedite my initial order as i ended up sending back the items that were sent by mistake. They said they could not refund my money although they can see that i sent back the items that were sent by mistake. I asked multiple times that i would rather receive my initial items then a refund. They refused to do so and had the nerve to tell me that i can replace my order even though i have yet to be refunded for my initial order. There is no phone number to make this process easy. It's all via email that appears to be automated. Since i spent money to expedite my order, i would have thought they would just still send my initial order.
I ordered on oh Polly 16 days ago and it came YESTERDAY. And it's really frustrating cause I ordered early so if it's too small or too big I can return it and get a new one. But because it came this late I have no dress for prom. And they said on their website that I have to pay 5chf and I had to Pay 27chf and that's a lot if I except 5 or lower. And I have to return it now and it cost 25chf and that's not their problem but If I would've know that I had to pay 27 I could get the money but now I can't. And Idk what to do now. Really NEVER AGAIN
So they "shipped" my dress and I emailed to ask for an estimated ship date because their tracking doesn't even include one. And it's been a few days now and no updates (can't even tell if it's moved or not, the tracking doesn't update until it gets to the next shipping facility). I emailed to ask about it and it turns out all orders were delayed? So everyone's has been pushed back an impercievable amount of time. And everytime you email customer service you'll talk to someone new and it's always the same "Tracking says this, sorry about that." I just bought another dress for my event (that was a month away originally) and you're better off buying one of Oh Polly's dresses secondhand.
I just ordered a dress and I wanted to change the size the same day I ordered it. They did not let me change the size or cancel my order. Not even an exchange. Instead, they are making me wait until the dress arrives and I have to return it back and pay more money just to return it instead of just canceling my order. It has not even been shipped yet and they do not even want to help. The customer service care was ELLEN and at least she responded to my second email fast
I recently ordered from oh polly rounding to $113usd in total. However for one the sizes are way too small. I've always been a size 0 yet it seemed even smaller than sizes 00 and I was really disappointed. When I returned my dress I had to pay an extra $4.99usd for us shipping and I'm only getting refunded $94usd when I spent $20usd for shipment originally. I understand this is a UK company and I'm from the US but this has unfortunately made me lose a lot of unnecessary money so I'm not going to order from them again sadly. If you do though size up and hope you'll like it because if not you're losing a lot of money
If you actually have to buy anything from them, just buy it secondhand. I wish I just did that because now I have to find something else to wear to my event last minute. Thanks you trash company. I've had packaged from China that get here more reliably and faster than this. This is pathetic, especially for this stupid price point and the quality and the $8 shipping for nothing.
I've been trying to make a payment using different way of payments and during 4 days couldn't make a purchase because of their issues. Customer service is useless and don't help in any way. All time answeing by created template with no help
This company is terrible. The size chart was completely wrong and they don't cover the shipping cost you paid when you return it, instead you pay an additional $5 when you return it. Worst company I've ever bought anything from. I'll never buy anything from this worthless company ever again. I hope they go bankrupt.

Inoltre sulla busta non c'è il numero dell'ordine, il che mi impedisce di effettuare un reso ed essere rimborsata. Conclusione: sono stata truffata. Non comprate da questo sito!
I was so happy every time I bought leggings from this company but this time I bought a couple of stuff and one of the leggings was ripped so I'm not gonna buy stuff from this website anymore. I'm really sorry for that but this actually never happened in this 4 years buying from oh Polly but now I'm kind of mag and upset.
Oh polly is a scam. They don't ship your order so you are unable to track it. They do not do free returns either.
My package was stolen from my address and I have been attempting to reach out to customer service for the past week. They have not been replying to my many emails, they have ignored all of my requests for help since the first reply they gave me stating "I needed to reply within 72 hours for a refund" which I DID. They have still refused to reply to me and begin the refund process for this missing item. I AM NOT PAYING FOR AN ITEM I DID NOT RECEIVE.
I made my order and paid extra for delivery believing in their delivery estimate that my order will come ON OR BEFORE 10/4 because I need it by 10/8. However, it's 10/6 now and the package has not even entered my state.
