I ordered a Luminox Nighthawk F-117 and the watch was a fake watch. It is extremely obvious that it is fake, the exterior part of this watch is supposed to light up like a flashlight. I returned multiple luminox watches to save up for this one and it is very easy to tell the difference between real and fake. The worst part is he sent a fake watch and sent me a F-117 GMT not a standard one which I ordered. I have called his number multiple times and no answer, I have emailed and had not answer. I hope that this guy doesn't steal $634 from me because that would be awful and I worked to pay off this watch the past month. Its clearly a guy named James he runs this one man scam business himself.

LUMINOX WATCH HAS ABRASIVE BACK THAT IS JUST BAD Luminox should fix this and nobody should sell this watch until it is fixed.
I purchased a watch over a holiday weekend. Shipping was delayed by a day because of the holiday. I emailed NYWatchStore to check on the status of my order and they responded the same day. The info they provided was spot on and the watch even arrived a day earlier than the carrier initially projected.
Paid for two watch straps 2/16/22. As of 2/26/22 USPS has continuously refused to "accept" the package. Seller unilaterally offers reversible credit, so it can take payment again if item EVER appears, next week, next month, next year - preventing "cover" - replacement - for the goods I bought and it failed to deliver - unless I want to risk having have more straps than I need or want. Good solution for NYWatchStore - bad for the customer. Risk of loss is on seller under UCC until delivery to my address, NOT on buyer. Not acceptable solution for failure to deliver paid-for goods.
They are grey market sellers and ship out watches without even inspecting them. Then customer service was extremely rude. I had to use PayPal for my refund.

Unfortunately, my jeweler said the band wasn't designed to replace my model TW 73! He had very difficult time to make it fit! I accepted the fact when he told me it wouldn't fit like the original band. It looks and feels ok! I knew when I researched TW Steel web site they no longer made this model and couldn't find one other than from your Company. Yes, I'm disappointed but I can deal with it.
