This is a horrible merchant. I bought a watch and it was obviously previously used, did not come in a box, lacked a manuel an a warranty card. When I asked about condition and lack of paperwork and manuel they responded with " We told you where to get the manuel or if we have to we can send you one." Didnt say anything about a watch being used without a box, but did add that they would send me back my PRECIOUS $4.95 shipping, if I needed it. These are rude deceptive individuals and can't warn people enough about staying away from them. If you want a used watch with no paperwork box or protective covering and even ruder answers then give them your business.

I don't know where all those positive reviews are from. I received the broken watch, sent it back, paid for it including insurance. So, they received it and accused me that I switched the watch from working to broken. Seriously? Where would I get a good one, if I found that particular model only on their website? I never buy from unknown sources, but I wanted that Lacoste watch so badly that I took a risk. I was smart enough to pay via PayPal and took a video of the watch showing why it doesn't work. I dispute them now on PayPal. Stay away from this fraud! P.S. PayPal satisfied my claim and I received the refund.

I placed an order Friday and already regret it. The one good thing I CAN say is that it is being shipped today so the shipping process is prompt (2-3 days). However, their customer service department isn't open on weekends and the hours during the week are very inconvenient. I called this morning to ask about shipping time and return process and right off the bat was not greeted professionally on the phone. In addition to that, the man was very short with me throughout the entire phone call and then proceeded to tell me that "to be honest" it wasn't worth returning my watch because it was only $40. He may be right, and I may deem it not worth the process, however that was not his place to say. His tone was very rude and as a company they should care about every purchase, no matter how small. Will NOT be buying from them again.

I originally bought from them on eBay about a year ago. They sell under eBay id 4-watches. They had about 50,000 feedbacks and 99% positive feedback. The good thing about eBay feedbacks is that I know that they are actual customers ratings and not fake positive reviews from the company itself.

Since then I have purchased few g-shocks and one timex watch from their website and so far I did not have any problems with them. One of my packages was lost and they did claim the insurance and refunded me.

At first I thought oh no... I didn't get my shipment and the tracking numbers weren't working. So I emailed nywatchstore a few times telling them my situation. Well to.my surprise they got back to me immediately and shipped out another band... got my band in a timely manner and it was as expected. Brand new in the package. I'm happy with their customer service and have made other orders which have been filled and shipped out on time.

I purchased a Citizen watch from Nywatchstore recently. The price was much better than the prices offered by Authorised dealers. Although I selected the cheapest postage option the watch was delivered to me (Australia) in 6 days, which was impressive. The watch itself appeared to be new; no scratches and no signs of wear. The box was obviously not the standard Citizen watch box; it appeared to be made by a third party. There was no warranty or user manual in the box, only a one page colour brochure on Citizen watches. The quality of the box and the missing warranty and manual don't bother me at all; as long as the watch is new and doesn't stop working, I'm happy. And that's where I have a small lingering doubt: was the watch new (and not a refurbished return) - I will have to wait and see

They are grey market sellers and ship out watches without even inspecting them. Then customer service was extremely rude. I had to use PayPal for my refund.

My order was placed and once processed I was notified through email how to track my order... delivery came on time before deadline... the package label didn't give off any clues in case you have snoppers all up in your business... your watch will come with an authentic designer tin canister... the quality of the watch is perfect... I got the silicone band... it's lightweight and casual enough for any day wear... I'm 100% satisfied and recommended your monies worth... this company has top brand names for the fraction of the cost... definitely within any buget and will definitely order from again
