"Awful awful awful, what more can i say. They DEFRAUDED me. Took my money then returned LESS (they waited until the exchage rate went in their favour). They then claimed my account looked suspicious and I am out money and no watch and they refused to send me the watch. A Disgrace of a service they stopped answering my emails and i will NOT be using them again. Honestly stay clear, if you value your money! It is quite the SCAM they have going, to make money for free! They take your money when the exhange rate is looking good for them, then when it looks bad for you they return it, thus making money! Full money back garuntee? I didnt get that?

All you people with negative reviews are whining about, "I didn't get my watch and they kept my money." You are all dumbasses! I have never had a problem with any company! What the $#*! banks are you using?! All I have to do is call my bank, Bank of America, and tell them I was charged and never received the merch and they do a claim and actually put the money back right then and there. They do a little investigation and a month later I get an email saying it's over and my refund is permanent. So again you guys are $#*!ing stupid if you let them keep your money and deserve whatever you get! It is a FEDERAL OFFWNSE called CREDIT CARD FRAUD! You have the correspondence and the companies info... address, phone, etc. get off your $#*! and quit whining LOSERS! ROTFLMMFAO! They saw you coming...

I ordered a watch for my boyfriend's birthday gift who is a watch lover and also appreciates quality. I had the option to buy it from Amazon with a cheaper price, but I honestly thought if I buy it from this vendor, it would come in a nicer and better shape and packaging. BIG MISTAKE! The watch came on time with no problem, but to my extreme disappointment and surprise, it did not look brand new (in spite of what they claim in their website)! The packaging was torn and the booklet and the warranty papers looked messy and obviously opened before. Worse than that was the watch itself. The cover plastic that suppose to protect the face of the watch was clearly opened once and put back on it. I immediately called the customer service to let them know about my issue. To my surprise, the rep was very rude, argumentative, and inconsiderate right off the bat! He basically said that all their watches are brand new and if I saw any problem, it had to be because of the country that made the watch since not all factories make them perfect! I told him that I had to return the watch because I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift because it did look like a used watch. Instead of understanding my issue, he just threatened me (as if it was my fault) that they would only accept returns or exchanges only if everything was in a good condition and not used. I told him that if it was in a good condition, I would not send it back in the first place! This phone conversation went on for a while and the customer service rep got ruder and ruder to me, until I had to discontinue this stressful conversation with extreme disappointment. I am going to return the watch anyway, and wait to see how they deal with it. I will update my review afterwards to let you know how it goes. Meanwhile, I strongly suggest to reconsider buying anything from these dishonest people.

We received our order, it was wrong we never received the free band or engraving that we paid for!
The bands did not fit as our fossil watch as it was too big, asked for refund told us we had 90 days.
Sent everything back including emails going back and forth about the order we received. Now they tell us no refund because we used the pin and link removal tool. The website did not state if it was used the toosl that we would not get a refund. Called them spoke to someone who does not have any customer service skills nor gave his name. He didnt even ask if we wanted our order back! Calling CC company to dispute charge & get my money back! Also reporting them to BBB.
