NYWatchstore.com is a website run by criminals. I ordered a watch, they charged my credit card but they made the following additional requirement before shipping the item:
' Can you please email and/or fax us a copy of the front and back of your drivers license and the credit card used for payment before we can accept this payment with a sign letter that you authorize us Top One Inetrnational Corp to ship this package'

Responding to this request would be like giving them a license to plunder my credit card.

Worst experience ever - I made an order on 6th of Septebmer, after a month I ask on the shipping, they told that I have to wait 45 days and then I can complain.
So after 45 days I wrote a complain and filed an Insurance claim.
After one month here I am without any response. I wrote them two times but they did not write me back at all (yes, I checked my spam folder). The best part is: Not that I did not receive the watch but they did not give me my money back. If you want to get pissed of for $105, order from this site. :(

I recently ordered a watch band online and realized that i ordered a black steel when i wanted a stainless steel. I called and spoke to a very kind and understanding gentleman named James who assisted me in correcting my mistake and directing me to the proper band and assured me my purchase would be shipped the same day.If all customer service people were as kind and patient as James was, the world would be a kinder place, he is certainly an asset to the company! Thanks again James..

I ordered the watch on this webpage, after 2 weeks I write to ask about it, they say that it's still not being shipped and that it was written that it will be shipped after 4-8 weeks after purchase. Ok, I said, ready to wait more, even though I never noticed this 4-8 weeks while buying the watch.
3 weeks later, I contact them again and they told me that watch isn't available and it won't be available at all, thua THEY are cancelling my order.
Lost more than a month, waiting for nothing.

Never again, you will find good prices, but who cares if you won't get what you order.

The product received was as advertised. Even better. I called customer support when I received my watch and was greeted by James. He was professional, Knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Their priced are excellent and great service. I would highly recommend the NY Watch Store when looking for a quality watch at a great price.

My father sent a watch, through Walmart online to my son for his 7th bday. It arrived defective. It is 27 dollars. Walmart put me in touch with NY Watch Store. They asked me to return it, print label and go to post office. I explained I have a heart disease and not leaving the house during COVID. I took pic and sent to them. I asked them to send me a replacement and they said not with out returning it first. Catch 22. I explained my situation, I dont have a printer. No empathy whatsoever. The agent told me, you can complain all you want, wont bother us a bit. I was ready to buy it but at some point principal is more important. Do not do business with this company. Thanks alot NY Watch Store, I expected more from fellow NYers.

I have bought a couple of watches from NYWatchstore in the past however I came across my first "hiccup" when purchasing for a friends wedding present.
It was a metal watch that arrived with scratches on the wristband from the tin in which they were packaged from the manufacturer. I discussed this and then sent it back for an exchange (which I was a little wary about) and the new item arrived a not two weeks after I sent the original back to the USA (from NZ)
I could not be happy enough to recommend NYWatchstore to friends and family! Thank you again!

This is an unrelieable, unserious company. I have ordered a citizen watch from them, what does not arrived. After three weeks i contacted them, they told me I can expect the package, should be problem from the site of post office. After many callings and negotiation, i had wait 45 days from the shipping day. And have to claim my money back from the insurance company. At the end I got my money back... it takes about 2 months... while I received my money back. By the way same happened to my friend!(but once she received from them a watch wath she ordered. So 50pc chance, or less). I can not recommend this company to anybody! Dont risk your money! And not talk about the money(because i received back it). Dont waste your time! Do not order from this company!
