Watch band was lost/delayed in the mail. After reaching out to the company they offered me a reorder or refund. I needed the band, they stated they would reorder. The next day I received my original order. I notified the NYWatchStore, they responded the reorder was already sent but keep it when received..

The watch band and the tool are easy to use back in November and my band just broke today when I got caught on the door.

I placed my order and received a call the next morning to confirm my order. I purchased a gift for a niece and I was called to confirm the shipping address since it was different from my billing address. I appreciate the follow up. My niece loves her watch so we are all happy customers!

I purchased a watch over a holiday weekend. Shipping was delayed by a day because of the holiday. I emailed NYWatchStore to check on the status of my order and they responded the same day. The info they provided was spot on and the watch even arrived a day earlier than the carrier initially projected.

Paid for two watch straps 2/16/22. As of 2/26/22 USPS has continuously refused to "accept" the package. Seller unilaterally offers reversible credit, so it can take payment again if item EVER appears, next week, next month, next year - preventing "cover" - replacement - for the goods I bought and it failed to deliver - unless I want to risk having have more straps than I need or want. Good solution for NYWatchStore - bad for the customer. Risk of loss is on seller under UCC until delivery to my address, NOT on buyer. Not acceptable solution for failure to deliver paid-for goods.

I ordered a Luminox Nighthawk F-117 and the watch was a fake watch. It is extremely obvious that it is fake, the exterior part of this watch is supposed to light up like a flashlight. I returned multiple luminox watches to save up for this one and it is very easy to tell the difference between real and fake. The worst part is he sent a fake watch and sent me a F-117 GMT not a standard one which I ordered. I have called his number multiple times and no answer, I have emailed and had not answer. I hope that this guy doesn't steal $634 from me because that would be awful and I worked to pay off this watch the past month. Its clearly a guy named James he runs this one man scam business himself.

The order i made never reach the postal service, and they make look is in the postal service.So i never receive the item. This is ilegal and totally fraud. Stay away from this website.Don't buy anything.

I first saw this company on eBay and did some research and found their website. Prices on their site was lower than eBay. They had a lot of G-Shock and Baby-G watches to choose from, which was what I was looking for. I bought a pair of watches for me and the wife, picked the free shipping and got my package in about 3 days. Every thing looked good, new and genuine so all together I am pleased with this purchase. I do not know about their customer service because I never had to contact them.

Unfortunately, my jeweler said the band wasn't designed to replace my model TW 73! He had very difficult time to make it fit! I accepted the fact when he told me it wouldn't fit like the original band. It looks and feels ok! I knew when I researched TW Steel web site they no longer made this model and couldn't find one other than from your Company. Yes, I'm disappointed but I can deal with it. I have purchase two genuine Luminox model (4220 and 3803) watches from NY Watch Store at competitive prices. My orders were processed and confirmed with tracking numbers the same day. Both watches arrived, brand new, in the original Luminox boxes with tags and protective plastics in place. I have spoken to James on the the phone a couple times to ask questions. James is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, regarding all of the watches offered on their website and very customer oriented. I highly recommend NY Watch Store.

I read with concern all of the negative reviews but took a chance and ordered a watch from them any way as they had the item I wanted at a price at least 15% lower than anyone else. I am a domestic purchaser and saw that a number of the negative reviews were from international purchasers. I promptly received exactly what I ordered in brand new condition with the manufacturer's warranty. They provided e-mails confirming the order and the shipping information. My expectations for product and service were fully met - 5 stars.

I am an Australian purchaser and have found NYWatchStore to be honest and fair dealers. You get what you pay for and their follow up service is the best I have had when dealing with an overseas store. The products are genuine and true to brand. I will not hesitate to deal with them again.

I originally bought from them on eBay about a year ago. They sell under eBay id 4-watches. They had about 50,000 feedbacks and 99% positive feedback. The good thing about eBay feedbacks is that I know that they are actual customers ratings and not fake positive reviews from the company itself.

Since then I have purchased few g-shocks and one timex watch from their website and so far I did not have any problems with them. One of my packages was lost and they did claim the insurance and refunded me.
