Before purchasing from this merchant Top One International (web sites are nywatchstore.com and 4-watches.com), I asked if their merchandise was brand new. I was told yes. I'm a real watch lover and wanted to order 4 watches but since I had no experience with them, decided to just order one and see how things went. Boy, am I glad I didn't order more than one watch. The watch arrived in very used condition and the merchant refused to pay to have the watch shipped back to them. They also said if I returned the watch, they would not reimburse the shipping costs. I was aghast, I had never heard of such a thing. Only a dishonest, unreputable merchant would do such a thing. I sent photos showing the used condition of the watch and they still said they wouldn't pay to have it shipped back to them. AVOID THIS MERCHANT; LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS BELOW AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, IF YOU SEE A WATCH YOU LIKE ON THEIR SITE, BUY IT ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
