Nutri Essential

Nutriessential has no intention of fulfilling your order. I placed an order April 9,2023 and after 7 emails requesting tracking info, was finally provided tracking info that was fraudulent, and not for my package at all. They now won't respond or offer any assistance, and will not process a refund.

Order never shipped (it's been eight months). Customer service does not reply to emails or answer any of their phone calls or return voicemails. Not recommended.

I love nutriessential for their quality vitamins and their decent prices. I am always surprised by how many other items they sell besides vitamins it includes skin-care, eye-care, fitness supplements, etc.,
They also provide the best discount deals throughout the year

Ordered $76.50 product. After no correspondence and no product received after 3 weeks I inquired. Was offered a completely different product, which was much cheaper than what I originally purchased, and in no way comparable in terms of ingredients/dosage. I politely declined and asked about the original product ordered. The customer service team informed there is no way to estimate when this product may be back in stock and absolutely no way to estimate when it might be shipped. So I waited for it to arrived. After more than a month with no product I reached out again and asked for a refund. Emails ignored. I have followed up more than 10 times and I either get no response or offered a completely different (cheaper, not comparable) product. It's now over 2 months since the original order was placed... no response, no product, no refund. Filed and complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be calling the company every day to escalate this matter. Completely unacceptable.

On Dec 7,2019 I rec'd an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. Ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec'd them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors.

I sent them thousands of email at their support centre no one replied back after telling them that i need details how to return.
They just waited just to pass that 1 month return policy.
Not recommend for anyone. I lost my more than 700$ cad.

I waited 2 weeks for my pre workout and once I received it the seal was completely burned and damaged. I emailed the company several times with no help whatsoever. It's been one week and I'm still waiting for a solution. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend Nutriessential and their wonderful products. They went out of their way when there was a problem with my order recently and did everything possible so that I would receive my products as quickly as possible. BEWARE of Nutriessential

I placed a order and there site says 2 to 8 day shipping 15 days went by with no update and when I reached out they said the item was in stock and would be shipped. Another 15 days went by and nothing I emailed again and nothing. I had to open a case with my bank to get my money back.

Company posted an item for sale that was D/C and not actually available. They charged132.00 (Canadian) and after several requests for a refund are not complying. They keep recycling pre written emails from their customer service lady Victoria Miller, wanting to substitute to completely different products then saying my request for full refund is being escalated. It's been almost 1 month and they keep recycling the same emails to me every few days and no refund. I do not recommend dealing with this company!
Update after writing review: I wrote Victoria one last e-mail after posting the review, mentioning that upon reading some similar reviews that they, in short, may not be a real company and they could prove me wrong by refunding my credit card. Grateful for the refund but no one should have to go through this experience with a company.

I'm so glad I found NutriEssential! After doing a lot of research, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. They have a great selection of quality nutrition and health products at reasonable prices. The customer service is superb - they're very helpful and knowledgeable, and they make sure my order arrives quickly and in great condition. Highly recommended!

Cynthia Shaw, The Senior Operations Head has been avoiding replying me for a refund of 300£ since May for more than two months now.
They refunded me the money after doing some bad reviews on the company.

Im not normally one to write reviews, as its impossible to know certain circumstances that can happen to hinder things on a businesses end, but this particular company is shocking. I read the reviews here and it seemed fairly mixed so I thought I'd give it a try, if your reading this and thinking the same, DO NOT attempt to but anything from these scammers. There has been NO contact about what is happening with my order, after almost three weeks no shipment notifications of any kind and zero response to emails enquiring about it. I am now trying to get them to refund the money but its a bit like trying to get blood from a stone as I still can't seem to get a reply.
