Horrible experience

I order. Ed some chubbles for my dog's really bad Arthritis. And 4 weeks later received nothing reached out to them. And they told me sorry. As soon as you ordered it, we were out of stock. I had no email, no updates. No, nothing and then to top it off. Now my dog has no Arthritis medication. And I had an extra international charge added to my credit card today. 4 weeks later and still have not received my product. I ordered this in a timely manner so I would not run out. And now I have run out. I will. This is my first and my last time ordered from this company. Very poor communication, very poor customer service. As far as I'm concerned, they should not be selling. But anything to do with animals

I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Nutriessential has been so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn others. I placed an order totaling $967.05 on May 30,2025, for essential health supplements. Nutriessential promised delivery within 5–15 business days, but it has now been well over 20 business days, and I have still not received my package. Despite multiple emails, I received conflicting, vague, and often misleading responses from their customer service team. At one point, I was told my parcel had arrived in Bahrain and was with customs. I checked directly with Bahrain customs—no package had arrived. I was repeatedly fed empty assumptions like "it's likely at customs" or "tracking will update soon" without any actual evidence. I asked for a customs reference number or official USPS confirmation. Nothing. No proof. Just more delay and generic apologies. Worst of all, after over a month of delays and false information, Nutriessential has still refused to offer a partial refund or any compensation—despite the stress, wasted time, health impact, and the extra $68.50 shipping charge added without my consent after checkout. I've received shipments from other companies via DHL and FedEx within 3–5 days during this exact period. So blaming "delays in Gulf countries" is just more excuse-making on their part. To make matters worse, my last two follow-up emails have been completely ignored. No tracking. No accountability. No ownership. Just silence. This experience has been not only unprofessional but also deeply damaging to my health, as I was depending on these items. If you are an international customer—especially in the Middle East—do not order from Nutriessential. Their systems are unreliable, their shipping choice (USPS) is the cheapest but worst possible option for international delivery, and their customer service will waste your time while offering no solutions. I trusted them with a large order and my health—and I regret it completely.

I ordered a order worth of $480 SGD around end of September... till now I have not received the order. The first time I wrote in, they mentioned that my order had to be on hold for security review. I thought it was a scam but after a month of waiting I realised and replied, that was end of October. Few days later, they wrote in that the order was shipped out. Yay...? No. I wrote in again in the beginning of November about the order. Their reply was that the order was shipped but now under USPS and that they could not do anything about it. Now its nearing the end of 2024 and I have yet to receive the package... USPS does not even offer a contact point for international shipment. I do not know what to do, seems like I will not be receiving my $400 back and will not be purchasing from nutriessentials anymore. Please do not purchase from them or you'd probably suffer the same loss as I.

Absolute worst customer service/experience. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. Fraudulent company. I haven't received my product, which was ordered two months ago - and they refuse to provide a refund. If they resolve the issue, I will remove this review. As long as this review is up - the issue remains and I lost $150USD. Unacceptable. Order #: *******

Sophisticated SCAM – Stay Away
An incredibly well-designed and trusted portal with very proactive customer service, fast email responses, etc. HOWEVER, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE any product shipped to you, despite many assurances and emails sent.

Additional costs

I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.

I bought some supplements and they never arrived, I sent them several emails to request information about my package. They tell me I have to contact customs! That awful! It's your job because I paid for the shipping! Definitely be careful, do not buy from this site.

How is it that Nutriessentials.com shows a product as available, take your money and when you reach out to them after 10 day and have not received tracking info on your order, they tell you that the item is not in stock. Even till this date, the website still shows it as in stock. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they tell me they will give me store credit. Why would I buy from a company that does not deliver and has such shady practices? Buyers beware, do not shop here as they will take your money and ignore you.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. I am still waiting 5 months later for a supplement I ordered in January of 2024 and we are in May. After many attempts to contact them, they make excuse after excuse for not being able to respond. I wanted a refund and they stopped answering my emails. They do not let you add comments on Instagram because they know it will be full of negative feedback.
I work hard for my money. Although it was only 70 dollars and not more that I spent, they stole it. I didn't get what I ordered and they are running and skipping all the way to the bank because I was stupid enough to not so my research about this lie of a company.

Bad customer service

It was very difficult to track my order. The USPS tracking number never shows any information. The customer service was not helpful because they were all the time asking me to refer to the tracking number. But no update on the website! I finally received the parcel 19 days after, I ordered.

I ordered some Wobenzyme N, waited and never received so I reached out and was told they won't be in until late April, in the meantime I found elsewhere to purchase the product. I reached out for a refund and that is where I'm at now. Very poor communication still no refund numerous emails about how they are reviewing my case, very very hard to work with. I will not use again. They seem to be an overseas company do be very careful if you do business with them. I highly recommend you do not.

I purchased a product May 18th. They told me that it had been shipped. I kept asking for the tracking number. Then they told me that in fact the product was out of stock. Some days later, a different agent sent me a shipping number, May 31st, but the USPS tracking number has not shown any movement since June 3. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I wrote a review for the Better Business Bureau, which they refuted, and the Better Business Bureau investigated and substantiated my claim. Do not buy from them.

They stole $531.18 from me

I placed an order in October (order #*******) for over $500 worth of supplements. After 10 days without any news, I contacted the customer service again and they explained that my products were not available. I was then offered a refund or to choose other products. I immediately asked for a refund which I am still waiting for 4 months later.
Customer service told me several times that my refund was in process. But I never received anything and the support ended up not answering me anymore. I am desperate about this situation. The amount of money stolen is huge for me.

Never order from them.

Nutriessential, I remain at your disposal so that the refund can finally take place. I will then withdraw my review.

I purchased a product back in April and we are in July and I keep getting promises and excuses after another. It is ridiculous how they are still claiming to be wanting to make things right with expedited shipping and nothing. I am disputing them and there is no doubt they are a fraud. I can't even get a phone number to talk to a representative it's all been through email communication. Buy somewhere else don't waste your money and time.

We have been in business for over 16 years now and have over 150,000 customers with very high retention rates. We also include backorder products in our shipping policy the following statement in our website: Some popular products can become on back-order the day we try to place them with manufacture so we will reserve them for you and once they become available you will be a priority in the waiting list to receive them and it will be shipped directly to you from the manufacture or their main distributor with expedite shipping.
