Pésima empresa, pedido realizado el día 19 de Diciembre de 2022 y cobrado en el acto, que ha día de 3 de febrero de 2023 ni ha llegado el producto ni me devuelven el dinero, NO VOLVERÉ A REPETIR puesto que me han enviado un código de rastreo que no coincide ni en fechas ni en tránsito con mi pedido, ESTAFA, DINERO Y TIEMPO PERDIDO.

They took about 2 weeks to ship the products ordered. Then about a week after the goods were shipped (nearly 3 weeks after the invoices had been issued and paid in full) without any further authorisation they put through a further charge of US$108.25 on two packages that I had already paid about US$50 to ship. They also charge state taxes on exports on what are exempt transactions. They need to be investigated by Florida's Better Business Bureau (to whom I will be reporting them to) for their misleading and deceptive business practices.
