Shipping is their No. 1 problem. Unacceptable, to order an item and have to wait an entire week for them to get around to boxing it up and ship it. Then it takes another week before its delivered to your door. Other retailers, have things delivered within 3-4 days. So, if you don't care about what you're ordering and don't mind for it to arrive someday. Thats what you'll get from Nordstrom Rack. But, I would advise anyone that there are other fine luxury retailers (neimans, saks) that see the value in you purchasing their product with your hard earned money. And, will deliver it expeditiously. Not at NR.
Um wow Nordstrom rack. I ordered 9 dresses (and every time I buy I typically place a big order) and was a week late on needing to return due to visiting my a sick relative recently and coming home later than expected. I was trying one one for an occasion and was planning on sending all the 8 others back, maybe keeping a few if I liked them for other things. The app wasn't working so I called them. They at first said no can't return, over the 45 days. I was puzzled and asked is there anything they can do just this once since I'm a loyalty customer and ship there a lot. I got put on hold for five minutes just to be told that she asked her supervisor who said no. WOW. I then asked if that was worth losing a customer for life and she just said "so sorry". Unfathomable to treat your customers this way who routinely make large orders (and doesn't return anything) absolutely outrageous! Now I'm stuck with 8 dresses I won't use! Perfectly fine ready to be returned!
Can't use gift card unless you put in cc info, had to call customer service delete account 2x. It took over 30 mins to pay. Supposed to arrive yesterday saying train derailment but would still arrive, 8 pm next day still don't have it. I understand this I'd Nordstrom rack but giving Nordstrom a bad name.
I been a member of nordstrom for almost 3 years but this experience is been the worse, i order some shoes online and its taking more than 10 days nordstrom rack lost my order ontrac never pick up communication is bad and the supervisor Karen Haywood told me that she was gonna cancel my order but she sent me an email stating that it was not possible what a horrible experience this was supposed to be a gift now they made it a nightmare worse service. Delivery person took a pick of delivered package but it wasn't there when i opened the door. ( i was home all day) shipping company had over 2k review and they all 1 star. Poor! Why would Nordstrom use such a horrible company to deliver their goods. Some reviews was similar to my situation. Delivery guy took a pick, garbed package and left without realizing that there were multiple cameras.

My mother would say "Son always keep two things. Bubble gum and patients". Having five kids and working with them all day, I run out of both long ago. I was told that it takes 5 days to ship. Wait to ship? Yes to ship so the winter will be over before I get the coat? So I ask to just return the shoes and coat so I could go to Macy's and buy them? No I have to wait than send them back. I get the pandemic and all but to ship sounds insane.
Ordered a Versus Versace watch in January, well that watch is now broke as the screws in the bands have fallen out. I reached out to customer service and since I was 2 weeks pass my 45 day return/exchange date, they stated they could not help me. I had already reached out to the authentication company on the card and they also could not help me. I asked guest service for the warranty info, and they said they do not have it. 130 down the drain.
Ordered gifts for baby. Explicitly requested items be mailed directly to giftee. Spent 30 minutes on phone gave both billing address and mailing address for the recipient. Did this because I was going on extended vacation which they CSR and myself discussed. Indicated what I wanted on gift card. Of course I got an email and to my dismay the order was shipped to me. Called customer service and was not items were in transit. This all occurred within a 24 hour period. Saks will be the future online site for me
Planning to buy sone raybans at rayban.com and a friend told me to check out the new nordrom rack in lancaster, but i was informed by their teenage staff that they closed early today. Such an inconvenience for me to drive there and find this out. I won't be back.

Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
Tried to buy stuff on line. Checkout does not work! Contacted live chat, they said to try their phone app it is working. It did not work. I am asking them to please take my money so I can get stuff and they offer no solutions other than try again tomorrow. Stuff I am trying to get is in limited supply. Stay away from this company and their APPS!
Have had 4 orders delivered from this site and everything was as described. Fast delivery to Australia. Drawback that prevents me from shopping here constantly is the huge international charges... more than twice the price of other sites... but the dresses I bought for my grand daughter were beautiful and other items were exactly as expected. A Betsey Johnson watch had some problems and they were dealt with fast and courteously. One of those sites that makes you want to live in the US.
Exactly what Amanda K. Said. I am a Nordstrom card holder and Nordstrom Rack cancelled my account with no notice due to my purchase to return ratio. I had to call them to find out after I wasn't able to log into my account today. I shopped with them exclusively for almost 10 years and spent tens of thousands of dollars. Like any consumer shopping online, I would purchase multiple items and sizes and return what didn't work to my local Nordstrom Rack. So fine, change your return policy and let customers know they need to keep a certain percentage of their order so they can be more selective of their purchases. But to make this rule and then blacklist everyone who violated said rule before it was even effective?!? Absurd. Nordstrom has lost a loyal customer and credit card holder.
This company should stop deceiving customers with their empty advertisements. They sent promotional emails, and even if you will open this email next minutes after you received it, you'll find out that HALF, really half of the items already have "sold out" status. Company is so disrespectful to the customers, they don't even bother to check the inventory and update the website BEFORE sending false emails. I'd give them 0 stars if it will be possible.
They charge you $7.95 for delivery with a stated 1-3 working day dispatch date.
I may be stupid for believing it would be here by Friday when ordering on a Monday morning, but i got a dispatch notification today (Thursday) to say my delivery date is now next Tuesday. Amazon get you your stuff next day for less than half that cost!

I placed an order for a gift and the delayed shipping and had the nerve to refund the money starting it was sold out! It is pathetic that these $#*!ty businesses don't follow the first come first serve policy. My order was purchased and payment went through with ease but some derelict behind the computer should not process my order on time. Now I have to continue to ahop around. If I could give a negative 4 star I would! I made two returns one for 54.97 and 189.97 that was returned to my account. I have contacted customer service just for them to call the store and the store won't return my call. And after 6 attempts still nobody will help me or open some kind off investigation to find out ( here's the best part) who's credit card the number she supervisor read of to me. When I said that was not any count of mine she's said oooohhhhhhh you need to call the store so for the 6th time I'm waiting for a call that will must likely not come. Tampa Florida Nordstrom rack is not only a dump it clearly stills from people. But for all my troubles I get free shipping on my next order. I ordered 2 Vneck sweaters one in black and one in Navy. They emailed me saying it would be split into two orders. They both arrived at the same time and one was a black shirt by the same brand NOT a Vneck, and the other box is a 420 dollar woman's designer coat. I am more disappointed that someone is going to miss out on such an expensive coat and get potentially a Vneck instead. Sad that it's a lottery of items to recieve. It's not very hard to also your employees to do their job right or replace them.
Hello, I love Nordstrom and often shop at the RACK as well. Recently, I purchased a large amount of items and returned one the next day. I noticed they put everything I bought the day before on sale by 20% I asked for a price adjustment and they refused. I then told them I would bring all the tagged items back, & just return/re-purchase to make it easier for them. They said NO, that would not be able to re-purchase them. They said it can take 24 hours to re-process the item and return it to the floor and I could not re-purchase. What? That is worse than any retailer around. I thought it was an affiliate of Nordstrom. Buyer beware of this, and their hard line return policies. I am sorry I every shopped here.
