Believe it folks, Nordstrom delivered a worn, stained, filthy, and smelly garment with no tags or belt to our house and had the audacity to tell me that there's nothing they can do to remedy the situation. I requested to speak with a customer care specialist at the corporate office, a female supervisor put me on hold for more 30 minutes and never to the phone. This garment smelled of cigarette smoke, has damage markings on it from being worn severally and has yellow stains on it, as well. By exposing us to the cigarette smoke, the safety of my household was jeopardized by Nordstrom's negligence. I have continued to sneeze nonstop since this lethal bomb was detnanated in our family room on the eve of 3/27/23. Per Nordstrom supervisors on 3/28/23, I am required to drive to the post office or a local rack store which is about 20/25 minutes away from us and return their piece of disease infested garment back to Nordstrom rack. If they choose to mail it, then I'll have to wait for several weeks for it to make it to their warehouse and my account will not be credited during the waiting phase. Customer service was unable to tell me how they could've shipped this atomic bomb called a faux leather shirt to our home knowing that all of humanity is terrorized by viruses and bacteria at this present time. It's deplorable to say the least and I am highly dissatisfied and appalled with Nordstrom rack.com employees lack of empathy and inability to be of assistance.
Your account will be closed if you make too many returns. So I guess they want you to keep the items that you do not like or that don't fit. HELLO you are an online store so things do not fit or are not what you thought once you receive them in the mail. Just dumb and lack of common sense in the corporate office. Who are they to tell you that you made to many returns? So don't you (PPL IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE) buy a thing and return it, just keep the item and waste your money.
I see all the other bad reviews, obviously the lack of customer service is not satisfactory.
I ordered sneakers, paid $8 in shipping and 10 days later they still didn't arrive. The tracking online showed they were at a facility about 45 minutes from my home. I called, customer service had me on hold for a long time. After 20 minutes of waiting I found out they were "lost" and it would take another 8 business days to investigate the situation and track them. I asked to cancel my order. The rep said only a supervisor could do that. I had to call back to speak to a supervisor because I could no longer sit and waste time on the phone and they refunded my money. However, they were unwilling to send out another pair of sneakers using expedited shipping (at their cost) to accommodate me so I could get them as soon as possible. They also were not willing to do anything for me because I was inconvenienced. I told them I would not shop there again and they acted like they could care less. I have seen other reviewers on this site say the same thing. Clearly Nordstrom Rack doesn't need our business or our money. I am not sure this company will survive given that Amazon and other stores out there can provide free shipping and quick delivery.
I went to the Norstram Rack i Beavercreek Ohio. The manager with dark long brown hair, the African American associate with the red sweater and the associate with pink hair were the most rude and unprofessional associates I have ever came across in my life. I will not shop there again and do have a call into the supervisor.
I shop at Nordstrom Rack in Willow Grove, PA. Service is always excellent. I commend the staff, in particular, an associate named Sharon, who goes above and beyond. Thanks!
Good selection and prices are reasonable. I have found many nice items. Love to shop online. I am a bargain shopper but sometimes I just go for it and buy something not within my budget.
I ordered something from Nordstorm Rack, as a gift (was sending to somebody else in a different states residence) then a day later I came on here and seen all the bad reviews so I decided to try to cancel before it ships out (beware it does say to cancel within two hours)
I see all these comments saying they got the wrong thing, or didn't get a shipment (email notification too)
I just called them, was patient with them through a period of maybe 7-10 minutes, was told I'll get a cancellation email within 24-48 hours.
Got the email & refund to my bank by the next morning
I personally was satisfied with the customer service.
** I DID USE PAYPAL** not sure how much of a factor that is.
Don't get upset with it too fast, just be cooperative and patient with them and try to cancel within the next day because that's what I did.
This is the most incompetent online shopping service I have ever used. It took a full week for them to ship my order of four sweaters even though they charged my credit card immediately. I had to call several times and wait on hold to find out if the order was actually going to ship. Finally, two weeks after placing the order the delivery day arrived... but instead of four cashmere sweaters, Nordstrom Rack sent me a tiny box that contained two sets of gold rings and a receipt for a woman in California. The address on the box was for me but they sent someone else's order! I spent an hour on the phone with several people to try to fix it but the sweaters I ordered two weeks ago are, of course, no longer available. And the lady in Pasadena, California who ordered the rings will not get them. I have never had an experience like this. It is shocking that Nordstrom, with its reputation for outstanding service, would allow its name to be used by a shoddy bunch of idiots who can't match a label to an order correctly.
I was pretty sceptical about the website from every review I read but once I seen that my shipment was arriving a couple of days early I was intrigued! The packaging was well put and the maxi dresses are beyond beautiful! It looks like celebrity's clothing wear. I would really recommend others to give this online web shopping a try because other people have different experiences and for what it's worth I defiantly received what I paid for. I AM ACTUALLY ONLINE LOOKING FOR MORE CLOTHES THAT ARE DISCOUNTED!
Tried to exchange not return a gif without a receipt, at the Columbia MD store. Although the tags was still attached they refused. Will never shop there again.
I don't really do designers and so this is not one of my excellent stores, but it has great items if this is your style. Even with the sale, it still a little expensive.
I was hesitant to order from here because of all the bad reviews but i went for it & ordered a pair of ugg slides, they came in a week & have no complaints about my order
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed a shoe order for my husband in a size 9m, they sent me a size 10. Refused to fix their mistake. Made me go through the entire return process. It took me 3 weeks to get refunded. Horrible Horrible business practices, if you make a mistake own up to it and make it right for the customer.

Nordstrom Rack has bad employees those responsible about the orders by online.
They have control about customers orders

Very bad company, it's like fraud or scams
I purchased the Kora Crossbody (Madden Girl) on the nordstromrack website and was severely disappointed when the item arrived. I had purchased it in the color "smoke" which on the website looks tan however it was brown. The color wasn't even close. I could understand if the lighting was slightly different but this color was just wrong. On top of that the item was damaged! The seam at the bottom of the bag was completely ripped. Why would they send out a damaged item? They sent out a poor quality item and I still cant get all my money back because I have to pay them so that I can return it. Never shopping on this website again.
First off they don't even offer overnight shipping or even quick shipping you literally have to wait a week even if the item is in stock. Second the manager I spoke to on the phone was no help whatsoever, didn't seem to care at all. I explained how ridiculous that is that I have to wait so long just for it to ship and she just kept telling me she's sorry and didn't offer help. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered a pair of Brooks Transcend 6 running shoes from Nordstrom Rack because they seemed to have a better color selection than Brooks' own website. Within two days of ordering I received a tracking number and a very reasonable estimated date of delivery. Days began to pass and I noticed the package was never actually delivered to UPS. Instead, only a label was created. I reached estimated delivery date at the same status. I called customer service and was told they could do nothing about it and would not cancel my order. Then, I contacted via Facebook Messenger and I actually received help. Whatever that individual did, the shoes finally shipped. I received the package today and opened the box to find a totally different, much cheaper model (Launch 6) inside the box with the sticker on the insole for the more expensive model I purchased. I was blown away - this was either 1) a huge mistake on their part; or 2) a blatant attempt to deliver a very similar looking and much cheaper product in the hope the purchaser would not notice. I immediately contacted via Facebook Messenger again and sent pics. Now I have to go through a return in the hope I will eventually get a refund. This has been an awful online purchasing experience with ridiculous shipping problems and potential malicious delivery of the wrong product. I would never purchase from Nordstrom Rack in the future and will caution everyone I know against it.
I tried to track my package calling the costumer service, Flavio Priano took my call, my package were a lot of dildos extra large, and he confessed to me that he stole my package beacause he always wanted those kind of dildos, and that in his country they don't have it. He also told me that he already used my giant dildos extra large what kind of company is this? I want my money back
This site is a waste when ordering, they are not effective in tracking orders or updating with shipping details, i bought an item and 8 days after no info on my order, until i called they told me it was lost, without asking if they can find a replacement they instead issued refund which takes another 5 days, what a waste of shopping, i would not ever in life refer this place or shop again with this site this is a waste of MY TIME OR ANYONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Answer: It took roughly 2 to 3 weeks to process my order. I placed a similar order with a different company and received the items by the end of the same week.
