Nordstrom is the best retailer in the US for product, service and customer service. Nordstrom Rack has few if any of the admirable features of Nordstrom and shouldn't even bear the Nordstrom name. Several years ago I had a pair of shoes at Nordstrom that after a year, the whole sole came unglued. Nordstrom replaced them with no questions asked. Recently, I bought a belt from Nordstrom Rack. Inless than three months, the belt had a mechanical failure. Normal channels failed to get any satisfaction. I had to end up calling NR where I got an RMA after paying a fee for outside the 45 day window. CHEAP! Will not be returning to NR anytime soon.
Will not price adjust if item purchased goes on sale even one day after purchase. Ridiculous… stores everywhere having trouble and they try to make it harder on customers.
I ordered a dress from Nordstroms paid for overnight shipping. Called on Tuesday I was told Monday they were closed for Presidents Day and it would be shipped Tuesday and received on Thursday. I rushed this dress for my 50 birthday party that Friday. Wednesday dress did not come so I called and was told the order was canceled and they no longer have the dress. NO notification at all. Too late to order another dress. Called customer service explained why I was so mad and all she said was sorry we no longer have the dress. I asked why no notification and she said they did via email which was a lie. No email came I even checked spam and absolutely nothing. Buyer beware. I will never order from them again.
People please do not order online. Nordstrom Rack has the worse customer service and the most redisculous policy I have ever heard. I have ordered few items online, after submiited the order. I got the confirmation back and realized one of the items that ordered by mistake and it was nonrefundable so I called customer service to see if I can refund or exchange the item and they said NO because of the policy they cannot do that. This is totally unacceptable, I caught the mistake right away also the website offer 25% extra off but did not applied the deal.
I hope no one can make the same mistake like me.
They will say your package is in transit but it is not! They use OnTrac. I ordered a MK watch for my friends birthday and they never ship it out! When i called Nordstrom rack customer service they said the warehouse is waiting for the carrier to pick up the package. And when i called OnTrac they said they are also waiting for the package to bring it to them! WTF?! They're both waiting for each other to pick up the package! So crazy! Please stop ordering from this shop, they don't care about their customers.

I ordered some boots that had a cognac shade on the website and it took 10 days to get to me. Although the description said "taupe" I wasn't expecting a light grayish brown boot. The boot in the picture looked much more expensive in the way the stitching was but the boots I received looked cheaper. I still liked them despite the color so I am keeping.
Customer representative Samantha is very unprofessional. I wanted to change the shipping address before it was shipped. She told me she was not able to change for me. Then I said I am going to cancel the order and replace the order, she said she is not able to help me either. She is very rude. Then I opened a new chat and chatted with Kayla B, She is super nice and updated my shipping address immediately. Samantha was trying to tell me that it's not her but the system's problem. Apparently, it's not the system but her because Kayla helped me with the same system in a second. If it's not Kayla, I will probably never come back to Nordstrom Rack forever because of Samantha's unprofessionalism and rudeness.
Wish I had sought out reviews BEFORE I bought online. I always thought Nordstrom Rack would be just as easy to deal with as Nordstrom's. Not the case. These people are horrible. The shipping company they use for online orders is OnTrac and it is by far the worst delivery service in the industry. After 12 days they have yet to find my package while lying to me on the phone and via their tracking order number system online that it would be sent out via next business day. Nordstrom Rack did nothing to help! They just put me on eternal hold and never ever addressed the issue. They continued to tell me to call the shipping company- making it MY problem. Never again! If I could shout this complaint from the roof tops I would- DON'T BUY FROM NORDSTROM RACK ONLINE.
I ordered a pair of Converse shoes online, the sizing said they were unisex, I was unaware that ment mens sizing with a womans size tag also! So when I order my shoe in a size 7, I received a mens size 7 which is a womans 9! Of course I was in a time crunch by the time they arrived so i went elsewhere. I don't have a store near me so I opted to return ship... my original $43 purchase included fees and shipping and then I was charged additional shipping and fees to process the return and I end up with $29! I was originally told I would be getting $35. I understand it's not a big difference, but when I went to another store to get them I was only charged $24 for my shoes and they said they would pay for returns if they didn't fit... what a difference! Figured that "a higher end" store could atleast be decent! What a joke! That is terrible customer service! Their site should have stated the size difference and surely should have returned my funds!
It's been two years since I shopped on line from Nordstrom rack last time, and it was all right though. I recently placed three orders from them, two of them had taken more than one week to reach my apartment and one of them seemed never to be sent to me. I called the customer service and even chatted on line wondering why they never ship my order cz it's been two weeks. I gave them my order number and they told me there would be a delay of my order. And then I asked when my order would arrive, they said they had no idea. I also asked them to cancel that order and they told me they couldn't cancel my order. So what I have to do is only to wait and the service will never solve your problems. Never shop from rack again!
So, trying to order boots from a Navy workstation, their web site was unuseable. Going through crappy customer support, I eventually got to Wendy- A supervisor who extended my order for 24 hours (supposedly). From a regular workstation, the order again bombed, the last pair is gone, and I am frustrated to the extreme. Nordstrom gave me a $15 credit due to the crappy experience yesterday - Please ask foe the additional $15 SSG DeGraffenreid discount when you order for pulling the chain of a wounded warrior. Nordstrom Rack is not competent for e-Business, or worthy of Brick and Mortar sales. Across the board, they are a screwup. Do not trust them unless you are in-to disappointment.
I do a lot of online shopping and I mean a lot! I just happened upon Nordstrom Rack's order status page (that I had never been to before) and saw 2 orders pending from 2017 that I had NEVER received! They certainly charged me on my statement and never credited me. I called customer service to see what they would do. NOTHING. They would rather loose a valued customer over $150 worth of orders and one that will tell everyone she knows rather than to do anything? I get it. 2 years ago but YOUR website states I never got the package. DO SOMETHING!
I ordered a blouse from Nordstrom Rack and on the same day ordered a jacket from Neiman Marcus Last Call and another blouse from JJ Jill.com. I received the order from Last Call nicely packaged, wrapped in tissue paper in a box to prevent wrinkles. Then I received my order from J J Jill.com, also nicely wrapped inside a box. Finally, I received my order from Nordstrom Rack. It was stuffed into a plastic envelope, stuffed in my mailbox, and was wadded up in a ball. I couldn't even iron the wrinkles out and had to take it to my dry cleaner to get it professionally ironed. And it's not like Nordstrom gave me a good price for shipping. Never again.
Hate when they use UDS to deliver my packages. I have had nothing but my orders being delayed with UDS. I was told a delivery date several times but my package didn't show. I was told by agents yesterday if I did not get my package by the end of the day yesterday, I could contact back and request a refund. Today I reach out for a refund since I didn't get my package, the agent decided to tell me they can't do that for me and to basically wait til the 12th. So then they transfer me to someone else and they tell me they can't do a refund because it was out for delivery today. I am beyond pissed. Whether it was out for delivery or not I still should get a refund. Their customer service and policies suck. They do not care how you feel or go by what they tell you.
I am SICK AND TIRED of your FALSE ADVERTISING low prices on items that you KNOW that are not in stock. I am tried of getting excited that I scrolled through for hours and found great prices that were on sale only to find out they are not available and this is AFTER YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE ITEMS. Bad service online a shoe online and waited and still waiting for the product. Service is clueless of when the product will be sent out. BAD BAD BAD service. Will NEVER order from nordstrom rack again.
The Nordstrom rack app was updated and somehow my old address was on it for shipping and I didn't notice until after the order was placed. I called 6 times and already to see if the shipment could be re-routed and the operator said yes to call back once I receive the tracking number. Their website doesn't allow you to do anything to change the order. I called the representatives and they keep lying about successfully re-routing my package. I contact FEDEX and they confirmed that they never received a change of address request from NORDSTROM Rack. So the customer service just let you waste your time and do not do anything to help you.

I have ordered couple of times from their site. Shipping was fast, returns were easy. I had no issues with anything. Would totally recommend this store.
Shipping is too expensive to be so slow. I'm guessing they figure those profits in with their other profits. Total rip off and will not buy anything else here.
These folks are a mess every time I go into one of there stores they follow me life a thief. But hey guys I'm not a thief. Worst store to shop at ever I'll be taking my business else where.
