Wore shoes twice, there is something wrong with them. Tried to return them and they said they can't take them back they were worn. Of course they were worn that is the only way you would know there was something wrong with them. Worst customer service ever.
They lie send fake replica jewelry I emailed to return it's from China they say it's too far to return and I pd 65 they want to send me 5 dollars back and keep it! It's not even worth 5 dollars what the heck someone needs to investigate these people will keep emailing me saying sorry I want my refund and they won't send me shipping label or take it back
Ordered pants and they sent wrong color. They sent another pair at my expense and wrong color again.
This meant two trips to store to return their mistakes.
They don't fix the problems they cause and do not value their customers. They are the next Blockbuster and Sears, waiting to die a deserved corporate death.
They use unreliable and incompetent delivery companies. Their customer service doesn't provide correct information about the delayed or missing deliveries. Why wouldn't they let the customer choose the delivery methods/companies when checking out like other businesses do? And what is this TForce? Has anyone heard of this delivery service? They don't speak English! What's the official language spoken in this country?!
Found a great buy on my fav fragrance and ordered right away before sold out. Got shipping notices so knew on its way. I got home from store and saw it said it was Delivered according to my email. Well, it wasn't! I called them right away and she said she will start a refund. I said I don't want a refund, I want my product I ordered! I asked if she could contact shipping company and she said no. I then contacted them myself and was told any shipping issues talk to Nordstroms. So after driving around the neighborhood, hoping it was dropped off close by, I'm back home and not sure if I can ever trust them again. This same thing happened to me last year. I purchased some shoes to take on vacation. Said Lasership del'vd. But no package. I don't know why they would use a shipping company that sucks. I guess they don't care. Funny thing, shipping comment said handed to me!
Holy crap. I ordered rain boots in black and red, size 11. I was sent size 9.5 and meanwhile, the last 11 was "lost." I returned them. Ordered the same boots in black and blue. Was informed that they sold out. Ordered the same boots in black and green in size 11 and was sent a completely different style shoe in size 6.5. I returned them. I ordered the same damn green and black boots again. We'll see if I ever get them. I needed them during the rainy season! At least they refunded the shipping costs...
I purchased a gift for Christmas for my wife. It was damaged and paid $9.95 for shipping. It didn't work and actually ruined two bottles of wine as it was a wine bottle opener and actually pushed the cord into the bottle. So I goto return the item and they want to charge me an additional $9.95 to ship a damaged item back. So I pay to return an item and I only get $17 of the $40 I originally paid with no product. This is pathetic customer service and standing behind the product you sell.
I ordered online with this company for the first time back in august. They sent all the wrong sizes and would not let me exchange the sizes. I was only required to return the items and get a refund. I had been waiting for a very long time to get the refund and had sent email inquiries on the status of that process. Nobody got back to me and I finally had to get on live chat to find some answers. I was finally told that there was a delay in the return process on their end. NOBODY thought it professional enough to notify me of what was happening! After talking with customer service rep on live chat he supposedly talked with his "seniors" and the refund was ok'd... like that was going to fix it! Because now I have to wait 5-7 business days for that to even process and it should only take 24 hours. Because of this unprofessionalism I will never shop here again and will continue to plaster bad reviews all over the place because this service is unacceptable.
I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes and a set of rings. One of the shoes was the wrong size and so were the rings. Sent them back and got a "refund" on the shoes in the amount of $18 on $70 shoes. Also had to pay shipping. The rings were never refunded and I had ordered a second set on their guarantee of refund. The second order was also wrong, and I paid AGAIN for a third set, which was correct. Finally. At this point however I am out for 2 wrong sets of rings and the shoes. They say they never got the returns, which is wrong according to tracking and according to their own reps at the time. I do not recommend using them, Nordstrom's is not the legend they used to be.
A second Nordstrom Rack package shipped via Lasership has gone missing. Based on Lasership's reviews, this is the worst shipper in the USA. Five days after getting a message that my Norstrom Rack package is out for delivery, I got an email form Lasership stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." Nordstrom Rack needs to use a more reliable shipper.
I placed an order with Nordstrom Rack online on 12/31/2020. Of the 5 items I ordered, I was notified on 01/08/2021 that two were not available due to "inventory issues". The same day I received what was supposed to be a 14k gold ankle bracelet with cross charm. I received a 16 inch sterling silver neck chain. When I contacted customer svs the individual I spoke with was difficult to understand and wanted me to print a return label-I told her I didn't have a printer and she stated I could "go somewhere and print it out". I will NEVER again order from Nordstrom and I am dreading what I will receive for my two outstanding items!
I ordered a pair of boots off of Nordstrom rack online on 11/30/2015 (monday) and today is 12/9/2015. It said they would ship within 1-3 days, but still have yet to get them. I have not even received a shipping confirmation e-mail. I have tried to reach the company multiple times, phone was 45min wait and their online chat is even longer if it works! So I bought these boots and I have no idea where they are, if they have shipped, or if they are even in stock. Who knows if I will every get them... they have great prices, but if I knew the order would never come I would have just went into the store.
Ordered a bangle from nordstrom rack online. Website said that the bangle was available but it turns out it wasn't. Nordstrom had actually labeled a different bangle with the name of the item that I had purchased. When I called to have this bangle exchanged they told me they only do returns and I should go online and reorder the bangle... which obviously they don't have. Luckily the website now says that the item is sold out, but I have a feeling it was sold out long before this. Customer service is terrible and they are a company of false advertisement of availability which they blame on the computer. Don't order online you never know what you will get.
Nordstrom is the champion of "Customer Service"! Their customer service is outstanding, impeccable to a falt! I can't say enough about the crew at Nordstrom, I give my highest regards to the store that defines what it means to give awesome customer care to everyone no matter what you look like!
Shopped only once... purchased shoes they really hurt so i called to find out how to return them. We have no printer and i had to fight it out! Finally i convinced the fools to just GIVE ME THE RETURN ADDRESS! Wrote it out. Dropped it at post office... goodbye!. No more!
I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from the website. I got my confirmation email that said that I ordered the shoes. I never got an email telling me that my shoes were shipped and a tracking number. The only number I had was an order number. The week before the shoes was supposed to arrive at the Nordstrom store for me to pick up. I got an email saying that the shoes were not in stock. Which was weird because on the Nordstrom rack website there was no indication that the shoes were out of stock. Shame on Nordstrom Rack for not letting me know that the shoes were out of stock. I'm just gonna go buy shoes now from the Nordstrom Rack store from now on.
Today I discovered a branch in Brooklyn@ The Gateway mall since usually I would shop@ Union square, I decided to gave it a try. I wanted to get a pair of shoes upon walking through that section. I found a pair. There goes this sales rep saying" Can I help yoh"? I asked her if she can check the system to see if they are a bigger size. She was Katie t enough to check, which she didn't find. She give me a next option asking if I would like it to be stretch instead... I never felt so happy. Right away I asked her for her name and thankyou her for her service.
Once again Thankyou JOHNNA. I wished every store can train their staff they way did serve customers for them to leave with a smile and feeling to always want to do business...
I just spent over an hour putting in an order for over $300 and they said they couldn't find my address?! And then they tell me to try again in a few days. Not only do I not have time to do that but I will the miss the clearance sale and my order will increase significantly. I then spend another 15 minutes "chatting" and he tells me to give him the order numbers and he will "try" to enter and process it. There are 13 items! The lines may be long in the store but the on line is longer and may never happen. I deleted my order. BTW the address in the order is the same one I have had for 10 years!
After spending too many hours on the phone day before yesterday unfortunately Nordstrom's customer specialists and supervisors were not able to help me place an order for a pair of boots and the service rendered was not the best mostly due to what I believ was a glitch in their system. I decided to call their Corporate Customer Service Department and share my experience. The response I got was simply outstanding! I am a believer in good customer service and I have learned to share the good and the bad. Thanks a lot to this excellent professional who did not hesitate to make a customer happy. And yes, I got the boots today!
I've read a lot of reviews written here, and i had the SAME problem. I ordered a pair of shoes a little over a week ago for a party & was super excited about them. A few days later, I got an email saying the item wasn't available, and they were 'sorry' for the inconvenience, and I wouldn't get the item. I can see from other reviews that Rack has been doing this a LOT. I sent an email to them asking why they wouldn't say an item was sold out if it's sold out, and got no response. I have received other items from them which I do like & are of good quality, but this particular event really offset me, and I was disappointed as they are supposed to be a higher-end store.
Answer: Yes, they canceled my order, then still charged me for it.
Answer: It took roughly 2 to 3 weeks to process my order. I placed a similar order with a different company and received the items by the end of the same week.
