I ordered Tissot watch they sent me email next day saying package was ready for UPS! I work at UPS and it never even hit our drivers truck no scan in 10 days after I had shipping upgraded! Called 15 times and got runaround on several 45-75 minute calls the item was supposed to be one of three left while I'm talking to customer service I check site and watch is back on there for $160 more tell me to order it and they will return difference in 14 business days(3 weeks)! Ask to credit me the money sale me watch at price I paid and send it next day air! Shall see how it goes but I wouldn't order from them again! Spend a little more money somewhere else!
They charge my credit card in us dollars 268.64, never sent the item because apparently it wasn't on stock but it was on their website... and then reimburse only 256.34 $

Mario Leather Derby shoes in my size. It was a brand I knew to be high quality at a still hefty, but manageable price. The order was in process, and due to COVID19 I figured things were just delayed. They never showed up. A month and a half later I talk to customer service. It looks like they never actually processed the order (no way for me to tell that) and as a result no shipment order was sent to a storage facility. They are now out of stock in my size.
The service agent was very nice and apologetic, but all they did was offer to allow me to purchase a shoe that was up to $30 dollars more expensive at the same price as my original shoe. There were a grand total of TWO black shoes this applied to, both of which were ugly and not at all what I wanted. What a joke. No "hey sorry about our screw up and wasting your time, here is a voucher or a credit you can use on any shoes." I will not be purchasing anything through this company again. They clearly do not actually care about customer service.
I placed an order using a gift card. Card was "spent" so I threw it away. A day or two later I received an email that the complete order could not be full-filled. I am guessing they credited the money back to the card that hit the trash. I've tried 3 times to get a service person to re-issue a card. I've been on hold all three times with customer service for over 30 minutes each time until I have to give up. Nice way to steal my money. I spend a lot with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. They advised they had also refunded the charge they placed on my credit card. Three business days later my credit card still did not show a refund. While everything is more difficult for businesses during a pandemic, I've had this experience with Nordstrom previously- so this is in fact a Nordstrom issue, not a COVID issue.
I ordered my father two pairs of shoes for his birthday. The order was placed on May5th and said it would take a little longer to ship because of covid19. Understandable. 11 days later still no email on shipment. I was refunded the money and my order cancel saying I requested it. That did not happen! If i had not gone online I never would have known because I got no email. Now both pairs of shoes are sold out. LIVID and will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered a pair of Brooks Transcend 6 running shoes from Nordstrom Rack because they seemed to have a better color selection than Brooks' own website. Within two days of ordering I received a tracking number and a very reasonable estimated date of delivery. Days began to pass and I noticed the package was never actually delivered to UPS. Instead, only a label was created. I reached estimated delivery date at the same status. I called customer service and was told they could do nothing about it and would not cancel my order. Then, I contacted via Facebook Messenger and I actually received help. Whatever that individual did, the shoes finally shipped. I received the package today and opened the box to find a totally different, much cheaper model (Launch 6) inside the box with the sticker on the insole for the more expensive model I purchased. I was blown away - this was either 1) a huge mistake on their part; or 2) a blatant attempt to deliver a very similar looking and much cheaper product in the hope the purchaser would not notice. I immediately contacted via Facebook Messenger again and sent pics. Now I have to go through a return in the hope I will eventually get a refund. This has been an awful online purchasing experience with ridiculous shipping problems and potential malicious delivery of the wrong product. I would never purchase from Nordstrom Rack in the future and will caution everyone I know against it.
DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT NORDSTROM RACK! I had a horrible experience today. I received an email that certain jeans were on sale through May 6 (today is May 4). I clicked the link and put 2 pairs in my cart and looked through the site to see if there was anything else I wanted and once I determined there was not, I went to check out and it wasn't showing the sale price anymore. I did their live chat and waited over an hour for the customer rep to disconnect before answering my question. Then, I called and was on hold for over an hour before I got to talk to someone. The rep (Cristin Diaz) told me he wasn't aware of the email, so I sent it to him. He admitted that is what the email said, but wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to a manager (Chamae Acosta) and she was so unhelpful. She wouldn't honor the sale since I didn't have screenshots showing the lower price. I don't take screenshots before I purchase something. Never do business with this shady company. I wasted almost 3 hours and they wouldn't honor approx $32 discount. I will never shop or do business with Nordstrom again (this includes Trunk Club) and you shouldn't either!
Terrible service. Ordered 2 pairs brooks tennis shoes. Waited a week before any response. Then they cancel the entire order saying a inventory dispute. Sorry about your luck email is all I received. I missed another chance to get what I wanted waiting for them. STAY AWAY.

Don't let the name fool you. I bought a dress cause it looked cute (on the model) took over 2 weeks to arrive. I tried it on, i'm 5 feet 5 inches, and weight 115 pounds. This cute dress on line was not only cheaply made it looked cheap on. Not sleazy cheap but crap material etc. I can't speak for the other clothes they sell, as I will never purchase again. Went straight in the donation bag. Didn't bother to return considering the amount of time it took to arrive.
Nordstrom Rack has a lot of the items I love and sometimes I can't find them anywhere else but NR. My issue it with the shipping. I realize what they do it $#*! it UPS and then it gets shipped or picked up by USPS for cheaper shipping. I live in Pennsylvania and I was told my package was at the warehouse in Pa. I ordered the items and they were still at the warehouse not shipped for 9 DAYS. I called to see the status of my orders and they canceled them. The worst experience ever. And this is Nordstrom!
I ordered shoes from Nordstrom Rack. I realized the address on my cc was my old address and called back a few hours later to change it. I was told it couldnt be changed and that Id have to do it and he hung up. I chatted/connected and After much conversation and problem solving the agent said it would not be an issue and they would catch it 'per her supv' and send it to the correct address in TN. Several days later, I see it went to Medford where I no longer live. I have contacted Nordstrom/Haute who charged me 200. For merchandise I did not receive. I have no idea where my merchandise is or if its been delivered to other address or not. I have received no resolution. The first customer rep lied to me and didnt change anything. The 2nd rep said shed ask her manager then said mgr would call within 5 min and she NEVER DID! I feel like Im being held in merchandise hell and had to pay 200.00 for it. Money I desperately want back if Im not going to get my merchandise. As of today it has been approx 20days of crap service and no merchandise and no fixes. SHAME ON YOU!
I won't shop Nordstrom Rack online again. I've spent thousands with NR the past few years but I had to fight them for 2-3 months on past 2 orders to get my promised refunds.
