I have Never dealt with a worse company in my entire life, worse than Sears. To even get through to customer service, or refunds, or any department takes 1-2 hours, if you're lucky. I was literally on hold for 3 1/2 hours to inquire about my refund that they never processed and still didn't get any help and had to dispute with my credit card company. If you haven't purchased an item, i suggest you look elsewhere. Nothing but problems that never get resolved. They lie to you when you do get them on the phone, they do not respond to online inquiries or case #s. I am so sorry that I chose their products and are now stuck dealing with them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF ALL COMPANIES!
***BEWARE - DO NOT BUY***
This review is for the Proform C22 bike. Starting with the set up: instructions are easy to follow and it is easy to set up solo except for the last couple of parts. The screen is huge (which is a plus) but it is heavy so it's beneficial to have someone else help with assembly. The bike works great. I am not tech savvy and it was super easy to get the free iFit membership up and running. My husband is over 6' tall and I'm short so we both love that it's easily adjustable and we can both use it comfortably. The screen is touchscreen and very easy to navigate. We have not had to contact customer service so I can't speak to that. Overall we are more than pleased and super excited to being our workouts home! We were given this bike at a discount in exchange for our unbiased opinion.
I received the ProForm Pro C22 bike and I love it! The set up was very easy and I was able to get the right bike fit for myself. The bike is comfortable, easy to use and the screen is great for seeing for your workout! I find that I get a better workout using this bike than I do actually riding outside. This bike came with a one year subscription to iFit which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone who enjoys riding and wants a good workout. The only workout I actually enjoy doing is bike riding so this is perfect and you don't have to worry about the weather! I received this product discounted in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
Bought a treadmill that elevates in 2002. Had to put it together. Had it serviced for a drive belt that went out. 3 weeks ago the drive belt and the drive motor went out. Tried tot get thru to NordicTrack. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone. No one answered. Went on web site and did the CHAT. What a joke. Was told I would have to have one of their techs look at it (I used the one they had recommended from the previous time). I called back and stayed on hold until I got a live body. She had to go back and worth but was finally able to ship me the parts I needed.
In the meantime I ordered an elliptical. We spend 3 hours putting it together only to find a part (axle spacer) was missing. It looks like a big washer. I tried calling over the weekend but they are closed. I sent a email to the customer support people. It showed they would be contacting me Monday. It is now 3:30. Since I did not hear from them; I called again. Was on hold for about 10 minutes. She said their email was backed up (wonder why). She ordered the part but said it would take at lease 3 days to get it to me. They can not over night because they do not have that option. They sure did not have a problem taking my payment before it shipped! Horrible customer service and NOT easy to assemble.
I was so well pleased with my interaction with NordicTrack's customer service. Not only do they provide the highest quality products, but the service is second to none. Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Purchased a treadmill from their online website in March 2022, delivered and setup in April 2022. Delivery/setup team advised parts were missing for the side arms. 4 weeks later, 2 of the 4 parts were received with a message that the remaining parts were back-ordered. I can not use the 2 parts without the other missing 2 parts. I still cannot use this treadmill safely. After several texts, emails and hours of waiting on the phone - no resolution or satisfactory solutions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING NORDICTRACK PRODUCTS
I've called Nordictrack several times for various reasons (1. They didn't send a correct part, so I had to call and get them to send a replacement part; 2. The replacement part was never sent, so I had to call to reorder the part; 3. My warranty/maintenance info was wrong on their customer website, and I had to call numerous times for them to correct the info; 4. I called to schedule a repair that is under warranty and was transferred to three different people before they just hung up on me and my bike still needs repair) and every single time, I have to talk to several people about the issue I'm having before one of them will take an action on the issue I have. I feel like they purposely train their phone operators to try not give any service whatsoever for as long as possible so that they don't have to do anything they are contractually obligated to do. Thankfully, my bike works pretty well for the time being (it just needs a minor repair on a non-functional part), but I dread calling for future maintenance because all the phone operators I've talked to are so difficult and will not work with you.
This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product and I do a lot of purchasing so that's saying a lot! The Nordictrack Commercial Treadmill 1750 that I ordered came damaged three times and I had to refuse delivery. They have now processed my refund without the $249 I paid for shipping/white glove delivery (assembly of treadmill)! I never received the treadmill so what are you charging me for?
The first time the treadmill came to me damaged it was apparent that a forklift had actually pierced the box all the way through which bent the entire frame! Each time I called Nordictrack there was no explanation or assurance that this product would not ship out to me again damaged nor were they able to expedite the replacements. On top of this the shipping companies Nordictrack uses are equally unprofessional and abrasive, I was hung up on twice and told it wasn't their problem. After months of trying to get this treadmill I have given up. Stay away from Nordictrack and Ship Right! What a complete waste of time.
I continue to be absolutely floored by NordicTrack's horrible customer service. Refund my full amount you crooks!
I purchased a Nordic Track treadmill (and utility weight bench) in November of 2020 with White Glove delivery. The Sales department was very nice but once I made our purchase, the assistance from Nordic Track has been horrendous. The utility bench arrived with a broken piece and some missing washers. Not all the items we had ordered from Nordic Track arrived and the White Glove delivery people (who had received our treadmill) refused to touch any items sent directly to us such as other equipment and the mats for under the units. The White Glove delivery person took the treadmill out of the box outside the house and slid the treadmill framing down the stairs banging it against the wall and stairs. They would not set up the unit other than to plug it in after assembly and saying they need only to show that it powers. Nordic track is telling me for the past almost two weeks that a supervisor / manager will be calling me back. No-one has called yet. I have called and called to them with no assistance. Nordic Track used to be such a great company. What happened?
Does anyone know of a phone number or way to reach the executive office for assistance? We have used online chat as well as phoned to Sales, Customer Service, Warranty, Returns, iFit, and to TD, and by phone have only reached Sales where we have been given lip service that we are on a list where a supervisor / manager supposedly will call us back. I do not expect to ever receive a call back from them. Has anyone gotten satisfaction and if so, how?
I've always struggled with maintaining my ideal weight, but until recently it was more of a vanity issue. I knew that if I made the investment to buy any exercise equipment to have at my home, I'd buy Nordic Track. When I got the opportunity to receive a Nordic Track Elliptical at a reduced price for my honest review, I had to take advantage of it. When the machine was delivered, I opened the box and brought it into my house piece by piece so that I didn't have to wait for help. I assembled everything myself, but I recommend that you do it with 2 people, as I needed to go back and tighten everything and relevel the frame and stabilizer. This cost me some extra time, but the whole process took me just over 3.5 hours by myself. I activated the elliptical and my i-Fit account. I checked out a lot of different available workouts and found out that one account can be used with multiple types of machines and even without machines too! That is so cool of Nordic Track. So far I have some trainers that I go back to more than others, but like them all. I've been using it regularly for about 5 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds. Now I am even considering buying another Nordic Track and being able to do even more workouts!
Delivery was delayed by weeks. We were told we would be contacted to make it right, we never were. One of the machines was defective and broke the day of delivery. They fixed it and promised to contact us to give us an extended warranty since we were concerned about the product, they never called again. I posted a review online and they responded saying they were very sorry about my experience and that they would get it fixed right away. I never heard from them again, despite reaching out via email to see what they were going to do. The same machine broke again today, it is clearly a defective product. Among other issues, there is no power switch on the incline bike and the screen can't be turned off, so you either have to unplug it and wait for five minutes while it boots up every time you want to use it, or have a glowing screen all day and night. The incline treadmill has the same issue. There is a fix shown in online reviews, but they have put a code lock on the admin mode so you can't fix it, and customer support won't let you in or fix it any other way. I have been on hold a total of approximately 20 hours over four calls. The last call I had the tier 1 customer support person told me there was no way for me to talk to their supervisor, and that they hadn't been able to send anyone to a supervisor in weeks. He promised (third time I'd heard it) that a supervisor would call me within two days. I have NEVER recieved a call back from any of their promises. I would not recommend this company, their service, or their products to anyone. Buyer beware.
After my treadmill arrived, my husband started to assemble it. He noticed item #93, the crossbar, was missing, and that the treadmill could not be assembled completely or work properly without it. We made several attempts to contact NordicTrack via email, online chat, and by submitting contact forms on their website. Because we were unable to reach anyone at NordicTrack, I reached out to Amazon (I purchased the treadmill through Amazon). The Amazon representative tried contacting NordicTrack herself and was also unable to reach anyone. Obviously, Amazon cannot send me the missing part, and because neither Amazon nor I could reach NordicTrack, I ended up having to return the treadmill and receive a refund.
I understand that mistakes happen, so simply having the missing part would not have been much of an issue. I simply would have waited for the missing part to arrive. But the fact the NordicTrack is unreachable, so my only remedy was to return an unusable treadmill that my husband already spent hours starting to assemble is ridiculous.
Hello, do not buy any products from this company. Yes they are much cheaper than other equipment but if you get a similar problem to mine you will regret it. I received a defective elliptical machine, it made all types of noises from clicking, clacking to banging. I reported it after i setup the equipment and brought it into my home.
I filled a support ticket asking for help and someone to come out and fix it. After 30 days they still had not gotten back to me. I filled a dispute with my credit card as it is not fair that they send me a defective equipment and they have not acted on trying to fix my problem.
Credit card got my money back, and finally nordictrack contacted me to return the equipment which i was more than glad to do. Heavy piece of junk. The equipment was returned and then they rebilled my transaction on my credit card. Now they refuse to give me a refund for 90 - 180 days until they resolve there internal finance issues.
I have never in my life had to wait so long for a refund and I am still waiting. I am getting ready to sue this company for my money if i dont receive my refund soon. Be warned and move on and purchase your equipment from a reliable, reputable company. This company is not reputable at all and they are a bunch of thief that will try to keep your money from you.
I have always thought NordicTrack was a great name in exercise equipment. We received our equipment quickly and set up was easy. Instructions were also easy to follow and parts were labeled well.
The NordicTrack EXP 7i treadmill is ideal for use at home. It is quiet and offers a variety of workout options that fit what I'm looking for in my workouts. Assembling was easy to follow and understand with the BILT app recommended by NordicTrack. They made it close to impossible to mess up on the assembly part. All of the screws and parts are labeled by step numbers in accordance with the instructions guide. The machine itself is very easy to use with the touch screen and one touch key pad. The screen isn't very big compared to the big board, but is very nice to have with the program. It has Bluetooth capabilities as well. When not in use, it can be folded up to save space. Folding up and putting down the treadmill is simple and convenient. It gently descends on its own, which I think is a coolest feature I've ever seen on a workout machine. When I required assistance with replacing screws, the NordicTrack customer service was excellent. *I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.*
I absolutely love my new Pro-Form PROC22 Bike! It's quick and easy to assemble! The directions were on point. It says two people are needed but I was able to do it by myself. I decided to get a different seat because it has a thin although cushy seat on it already. I also got bike shorts to make it a smoother ride for myself. But after awhile you get used to it. For a seasoned rider it would be no big thing. I needed to get back in shape and I'm over the moon with my choice in equipment. The seat and handlebars are adjustable. It has a 22 inch digital HD touchscreen, compact solid frame, adjustable handlebars and 24 resistance levels. It also comes with 3 pound dumb bells. The sound is great and has volume buttons on the side. The screen is adjustable as well.
It even comes with a year membership from iFIT! There are goals to earn shirts and magnets, etc. You can go right along with the fitness coaches or adjust for your comfort and still enjoy the ride. There are so many workouts to choose from.
It comes with a limited warranty.
I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.
Mine hadn't done that many mileage on my nordoctrack treadmill only to find so many issues with it.
I tried to claim on the warranty but they said I never extended it which I did. Sent them proof and it took over 6 months for someone to come over. Had they sorted this issues sooner we would have come across the next issue sooner as we could not use the treadmill for the 6 months whilst we waited for NordicTrack to fixed it.
After they fixed it it was working fine for a bit. We then discovered the deck board was faulty and snapped right down the middle.
They refused to assist and claimed it was out of warranty (which technically it was) although it would not have been had they not taken 6 months to fix the first issue.
It me £160 for a new deck board and I still had to saw and drill it myself so it would have been cheaper using a ply wardrobe door or something.
Anyway, new deck board is made of plywood where the original one was made of MDF, and not even the waterproof MDF 🙈🤦🤷.
They obviously know their manufacturing mistake because the new deck board sent was full plywood.
When we removed the old deck board we also discovered the guides screwed to the underside of the deck board, for the belt to move smooth, were not in the correct place also and the reason we have a chunk of the belt ripped.
Deck board was easy to do but just annoyed with myself as I could have spent £20 not £160.
I will never purchase a Nordic track again.
In my now opinion, all running machines are the same, they move at different speeds and go up and down at different gradients.
I paid the extra because i thought I'd get a better customer services experience but trust me when i say they don't care.
Lets start with the way it arrived > It was packaged well and the building process was documented very well on their BILT app as well as in their manual. I preferred the app as it was very interactive. That was a plus for sure and made this a bit easier.
The folding mechanism works great but we have enough space for now to have it laying out flat but functionality wise works well. The treadmill itself can accommodate very fulfilling runs/walks indoors for both my wife and I, the iFIT program is incredible and supports the treadmill really well. Thats something my old treadmill could not handle. From a noise perspective, its quiet compared to our old one so we are happy with that. As its lying in our basement, we dont have any noise concerns.
Next is the touch screen, Bluetooth, speakers, fan features > these all work just as you would imagine they would out of the box. Easily compatible with my android device so no issues there. The most enjoyed feature for us is the touch screen and having the ability to run alongside trainers to motivate you, that is new for us and we are loving it.
The build > Its manufactured really well and I can tell from putting it together, this will last a long while.
I recommend this product from NordicTrack, I got this treadmill in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
I received the treadmill two weeks ago. I made the mistake of quickly storing the treadmill upon receipt to get the delivery guy back on his way. I should have had him move it to its final resting place. I tried to move the pallet but it was entirely too heavy. I had to move the pieces instead, which wasn't difficult at all.
Once I started the dreaded assembly process, it proved to be easier than I though. All the nuts and bolts were labeled and grouped by steps. This however caused me to skip the step for sliding the end caps over the uprights prior to attaching the uprights. Which was my error, all in all the assembly went great. I would say have your power tools available, but make sure you get the screws and nuts/bolts started by hand.
Once I got everything assembled I had to give it a try. I was impressed by iFIT, I learned so much about Giza. To the point we're considering paying for the subscriptions. The cardio seemed effortless, mainly because I was so focused on learning about Giza and anyone who knows me knows I hate cardio.
I would definitely recommend this product.
I bought a weight bench from this company and I had a good experience with it. The package arrived fast, it was easy and fast to get it assembled. The quality of the material is good.
Answer: HORRIBLE, MULITPLE CALLS, ON HOLD RIGHT NOW... 30 minutes into it after 5-6 calls that lasted over an hour.
