NordicTrack is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not by any of their products. Choose Peloton. If repair, or replacement of a part(s) is required to existing equipment, spend the time to determine if purchasing new equipment from another company is the better option.

I haven't had a NordicTrack item yet that I haven't loved! Most recently I got a treadmill in exchange for my honest review and I am loving it so much! It's so nice not to have to get out into the cold or rainy weather when I need to get a workout in,

I had a great experience with this company. The prices where excellent and very comparable and really made me feel like I got a great deal. I had several questions about my nordic track therapy massage gun and they answered all of them quickly and pleasantly when I contacted them. I got the NordicTrack EXP 7i Treadmill and absolutely love it! I have never used one that had a screen! I've been a member at multiple gyms but was unhappy with the out-of-date and basic treadmill. I was very impressed with all the programs and options! I am a mom of 2 toddlers so working out was always hard, but now I'm able to work out in the comfort of my own home. My favorite setting is to walk on the beach with the trainer of my choice. They motivate me to keep going and complete the program. Assembling the treadmill was harder than it looked, but with my husband's help, we got it. The instructions were super easy to follow because it was step by step video. I wish the screen was bigger, but for the price, it's perfect.

I have been dealing with a problem for almost two months. I have issues with tech they send out, he refuses to change all the parts. He insists it's just console. He leaves and I have problems again. I call customer service they just keep saying they'll send him out again. Meanwhile I'm paying for these visits.

Hands down the best treadmill I have ever owned. I love the iFIT system the treadmill has. I am able to switch up my workouts or do my own thing. Setting up is easy and user friendly. Runs great and is very quite. I don't wake the whole house up unless I turn the speakers up! Bluetooth was easy to connect to my phone to play music while I do my cardio. I will purchase other NordicTrack equipment in the future I'm sure.

I received my treadmill and it was easy to assemble. The tools came with it. It's very sturdy. The software and graphics are amazing. The trainers keep you motivated as well. Fans keep you cool while you are on it and there is blue tooth for sound.

Worst service ever! I have been fighting with Nordictrack since July over my commercial 2450. It took weeks for the technician to come out. It's just over a year so I had to pay $160 but parts were covered. They found glass in the motor. The tech assured me it came this way because he could tell the motor cover has never been opened. Took pictures and ordered parts so I thought. Three weeks went by and nothing … so after finally being able to connect with three different people the parts were never ordered. I was told it was my job to order the parts. Why would it be my responsibility to order parts? Waited another week for parts to come and another three weeks for tech to come out. Tread still squeaked so loud, he needed to order more parts. He ASSURED me he would order the parts. Another week went by and the parts were not ordered. I call today and they said my warranty was canceled due to negligence? How can this be? I'm currently waiting to hear back from the supervisor who cancelled my warranty. There is zero reason my warranty should be cancelled. I'm beyond frustrated and so upset I'm paying a machine that we can't use. The customer service is basically unreachable and when you do you are transferred several times to rude, scripted, helpless agents.

I received my ProForm Performance bike a little over a week ago. This bike has blown me away. It has so many awesome features and I'm just getting started. I'm sure there are more things I haven't gotten to yet. I can't wait to continue my fitness journey with this bike. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

This has really helped me stay in good running shape for my job. I like the iFIT program the treadmill is equipped with and like that there are on demand trainers that can answer questions. The customer service is also good, they responded quickly to my emails and were very helpful. The treadmill is very smooth and it has been great for my bad knee vs running outdoors.

Your company is horrible I purchased a treadmill 4000. 00. I am upset about your company. You never called me after countless calls and emails. You sold me a lemon. No manual was provided when i got the treadmill. Then you send out a tech. Then the tech didn't know what was going on and the tech serviced it but did not use any oil. This caused the belt to stop working. So now with in a year i have to buy a new belt. You are not assisting in any way. This is a terrible company.

IFIT gave me this product and here is what i think, you need this therapy gun. I've had it for well over 20 days now and have used it it ritually. I stand for about 8 hours a day for work and I don't wear the appropriate shoes for stand so yes, my feet always hurt when I come home. This therapy gun has been amazing! It has helped roll those knots out of my feet, my calves and my thighs. I even use it on my shoulders and my neck. What I love the most is that it comes with IFIT programs! No other therapy gun comes with programs to show you ways to relax and work your muscles. It has various speeds and comes pre-charged.

I had been in the market looking for a treadmill that I would enjoy using at home when the weather didn't permit me to run outside. This treadmill has met all my expectations, from durability to how fun it is using iFit with it. I am delighted with this product.

I recently added a NordicTrack bike to my home gym and it is an amazing bike. I have previously purchased one on Amazon and it was horrible quality. I decided to spend a little more and get one with iFit built in because I love it on my treadmill. I couldnt be anymore in love with this bike. NordicTrack has got it going on! Love my NordicTrack Elliptical! I've used it several times since I received it over a week ago. It provided such a great workout, the arms and peddles glide smoothly and it was easy to assemble. I did receive this item at a discount for my unbiased opinion.

This company creates the professional gym experience with an at home price point that is affordable; leaving you the ability to workout in the privacy of your home. The product is slim and sleek yet sturdy and well made. I am tall and feel it still supports me well. My husband is 200+ pounds and it supports him well also. We don't have the wobbly or creaking sounds of a cheap made product. Assembly with two adults was roughly 90 minutes using the QR coded step by step video link - it is a must. It is compact enough to fit in the corner of your bedroom for an easy store between uses. Everything glides well making the Transition from beginner to beyond easy. I have gotten 2 items from Nordictrack in the last few months. I am really enjoying working with the company. Most recently I got a Pulse Percussion Massasge therapy gun and it pairs well with my treadmill. It works very well for sore muscles and is easy to use. It comes in a nice case with attachments. It is very reasonably priced. Nordictrack products are well built and work well. I highly recommend this company, the products are well built and the prices are fair. I have a Nordictrack bike that I love. It was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy and well built. Have not had a single issue with it since I bought it.

Over the last 4 years I have purchased 4 different Nordictrack exercise machines. Each one was to have 1 year iFit included.

In the last 9 months I have purchased a 900 rower and a fusion cst. Both came with a card for 1 year of iFit membership.

However when I entered the codes, the rower's in January and the fusions in February, I was not given the 12 months for either one.

I contacted both iFit and Nordic Trac and have not received a response.

I have spent over $10,000.00 based on their advertising and am now extremely upset. My current iFit membership expires soon and they want $400.00 for a year.

I believe they are taking advantage of buyers and especially seniors such as myself.

Do not buy anything from Nordic Track!
