We have been shopping for a treadmill for some time now and I am very pleased! It was easy to put together for 2 people because the instructions were so detailed! It even had the the screws and washers listed by steps. I love the 1 year free iFit that comes with it. The iFit had amazing videos from controlling the incline to motivating you to keep going! I received discounted product in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great product

This is a great product, came quickly, easy to put together, and easy to use. Started my fitness journey after recently retiring. I've noticed it's kinder to my knees than the treadmill. Overall extremely happy with the product. Highly recommend

My Commcercial 1750 worked like a champ, until the latest software update rolled out. I watched the update taking place, then watched my display go completely dark and unresponsive. Power supply is good, no functionality from my treadmill. I called NordicTrack and was told I am on my own as my warranty has expired. I asked how they justify a bad software update as a warranty issue. That's like someone rear ending you in your car and their insurance company refusing to pay for it because you don't have a warranty on your car. I spent hours on the phone, and they really do not care. $3,000 treadmill down the drain. They were happy to give me the number for their service company who would charge me $160 to come look at my equipment and then tell me about the $800 to replace the circuit board that their own software update ruined. Well played NT. That will be the last piece of equipment I ever buy from you, and I will make sure I share my experience with every person I know.

My new equipment arrived quickly and was easy to setup as well. I did have a question that I called customer service about and they were able to help me with it. It really seems like this company has innovated over the years to be a premium experience from start to finish. I couldn't ask for more from my experience so far! My treadmill has been broken for almost 4 months. I called to have it fixed with NoridTrack. Their technicians have misdiagnosed the problem 2 times. And they said they were going to send another company out to try to fix it. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to 3 supervisors in the last 4 months, 1) Manuel Lemus, 2)Dilan Jocon, and 3) Kevin Garcia. They said I just have to keep waiting, that is the process. How long do they want me to wait? It's ridiculous that I have to continue to call them and repeat my story to everyone I try to follow up with. They said there is no one above them that I can speak with. I guess this is my only option to try to get their attention. NordicTrack please help! Oh, and I forgot to mention the amount of money we have spent on parts is almost the price of a new treadmil.

HORRRRIBLE customer service

Do yourself a favor and don't even consider dealing with this company! My husband and I ordered a bike from them and quickly realized we wanted to cancel the order. They provided no option to cancel on their website and didn't answer our calls to customer service when their website said they should be available. We emailed multiple times, messaged on Instagram and Twitter. We tried just about every way to reach them to cancel our order! When we finally reached someone by phone we were informed it was too late to cancel and would have to be processed as a return. They said it was their policy to charge $250 for a return PLUS 10% of the order, PLUS tax. I have never heard of a company not offering an option to cancel on the order summary within minutes of ordering and they refused to waive this fee for us. The best they could do was bring the price down to $265 (the $250 plus tax) which is a TON to pay for not even ever having the item delivered. I am so appalled by the way we have been treated by this company. We were looking to buy several pieces of equipment, but they have lost us as customers for life. Please be warned before dealing with this company, i feel like we were majorly taken advantage of and I do not doubt that they waited to respond to us in order to be able to push our order far enough into the process to be able to charge us. Absolutely disgusted

Very happy with my NordicTrack treadmill! Very sturdy - my favorite feature is the way that the bottom lifts up and down for moving. The mechansim is very smooth, which makes it easy to put down without worrying about it dropping on me. Printed instructions were brief but there was helpful videos and more info that they referred to online that made it more manageable.

I was given a discount on this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, which this is!

Not Delivered

Do not buy from Nordic Track! We bought a treadmill and it was to be delivered by now. We have already been invoiced for it but we don't have it. It's been sitting on a truck, an hour away from us, for a week according to tracking. We were told it will be another week to 9 "working" days before we get it. We were told by Luis, who says he's the supervisor, and Jacqueline who says she is the manager that it was just too bad

Do Not Buy

I purchased a new Nordictrack treadmill and during assembly I noticed minor parts differences between the instructions and the item. Upon completion of assembly it was apparent the incline motor was inoperative. It took from Monday until Wednesday to finally speak with a Nordictrack rep.

They sent me a new motor... kudos. Right? Wrong. They sent a motor completely out of spec to fit this treadmill, made by a different manufacturer.

I purchase a treadmill and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. I had this treadmill for over a month now and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Nordic Track is a brand I trust and would recommend to my close friends. I reached out to customer service with questions regarding delivery and I was able to get accurate answers. I have no issues with my treadmill. I have to say that I have been very impressed with our new NordicTrack treadmill. I use it for walking and incline workouts, but my wife uses it for running. Its versatile and has programs that fit both of our needs. We are very pleased. I did receive my equipment at a discount for my unbiased review.

Your $2500 you spent on this treadmill is basically trash when it breaks down. Although we paid 159.00 for service in November 2021, we weren't able to get a technician out to look at the treadmill until March 2022. You don't get much information from Nordic Track and you are basically given the runaround. Our technician finally came out, inspected the treadmill, and then left. After contacting Nordic Track for an update, they said I would have to pay 65 additional dollars to have a technician come replace the parts. There is no respect for their customers in this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. If you are looking for a treadmill, this company will disappoint you. I suggest going to another treadmill company. Thanks for reading!

I had been seeing commercials for the NordicTrack treadmill for quite sometime and it peaked my interest. When I saw some of my favorite Olympians using it, I knew I had to give it a try. Although the machine is very heavy, it was packed very well and organized and it was easy to assemble. The instructions were self explanatory. It took around 2 hours with 2 people to put it together. The machine is very nice. It has many speeds and a very high incline. The iFit program it is used with is top of the line. I literally do not even feel like I'm working out! I received a discount on this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

So far this treadmill has been a great addition to our home gym! It was easy to set up and the customer service was great when I called with a question. The treadmill offers Bluetooth and WiFi connection and a great sound system!

Overcharged

I ordered a treadmill in treadmill and mat from this company on Sep 6 and it was suppose to ship Sept 16. After many delays I received the treadmill on Oct 20. I also purchased the warranty. I was billed $2285. 89 for the entire order which included $1799. 00 for the treadmill, $50.00 for the mat, $126.94 for the warranty, $199.00 for delivery and $110.95 for tax and have a copy of the invoice. The mat did not ship till later and when they did ship it I was billed another $50.00 plus $3.00 tax. After several tires to reach someone in the company, they said I had to file a billing dispute which I did. I received a notice today stating my claim was denied. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I got a NordicTrack treadmill that I've been considering for a while as I've been stuck at home a lot during Covid. It has made my workouts much more enjoyable. The equipment is made well and has settings for speed and incline to meet any needs. The beautiful scenery from around the world makes me look forward to my walks. Nordictrack shipping is terrible! Ordered rowing machine. Nordictrack states order will be recieved in 10 to 15 days from shipping. Waited over a month from date they say they shipped. Never received shipment. As of this writing, still have not seen equipment. Had to cancel the order for a refund. I was told refund should be received in 20 to 30 days. Watch out ordering from this company. Their refunds take as long as their shipping.

Happy with my bike

Nothing but good things to say about this product and the company. I got a Spin Bike that comes with iFit free for one year, hich was a big bonus for me. This was my first bike with a program on it such as iFit and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to operate. All of my questions got answered pretty fast and I am very happy with this purchase. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.
