My treadmill has been broken for almost 4 months. I called to have it fixed with NoridTrack. Their technicians have misdiagnosed the problem 2 times. And they said they were going to send another company out to try to fix it. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to 3 supervisors in the last 4 months, 1) Manuel Lemus, 2)Dilan Jocon, and 3) Kevin Garcia. They said I just have to keep waiting, that is the process. How long do they want me to wait? It's ridiculous that I have to continue to call them and repeat my story to everyone I try to follow up with. They said there is no one above them that I can speak with. I guess this is my only option to try to get their attention. NordicTrack please help! Oh, and I forgot to mention the amount of money we have spent on parts is almost the price of a new treadmil.
