I purchased the treadmill and the customer service was great. I had an issue connecting my bluetooth so I contacted them via facebook chat and they were very efficient and the error was on my part. Was very happy with the quickness and their response. Way to go! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I'm recently got my third piece of equipment from Nordic Track and I'm so pleased with the quality. The warranties provided makes me confident in the company. 2 years ago I had to have a piece fixed under warranty and it was so easy to get a tech to come and fix everything. I plan to be a long-term customer. I received a product discount for taking time to share my experience in this review.

I recently got a Nordic track therapy massage gun and had a few questions about it. When I called Nordic track I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was really nice and extremely helpful! For many years I have purchased NordicTrack fitness equipment and each time I have been pleased with my purchase and the longevity of these items lasting. I recently received a treadmill from them and everything went really smooth from the order process, to setting up, to using it. I have been waiting for over 3 months for a repair and absolutely no follow up and meanwhile I spent countless hours on the phone to speak to someone and nobody came nor responded to emails that I am sure went into a black hole. Terrible, terrible, terrible... and they clearly take vantage of customer's patience.

I was provided a piece of equipment in order to thoroughly test it and give my opinion. NordicTrack certainly isn't a new name to my ears. My parents owned equipment made by them, so they've been around the block a time or two. I was able to assemble my treadmill with my husband in about 2 hours. I had a question about a missing washer (turns out it was just stuck to another one) but I contacted NordicTrack through Facebook, and got a very prompt reply. It was nice that the only extra tool I needed was a Phillips head screw driver. Once assembled, it looked nice to the eye, and felt strong and stable while in use. I've enjoyed my daily runs (more like jogs at this point) and really get in a good workout. The onboard iFit program is really phenomenal as well. There's no limit the variety of workouts, and the scenery really spices up what can sometimes feel like a chore.

Great Customer Service!

I recently chose to get a treadmill through this company. For the most part I could put it together myself with a couple times I need help from another person. After getting it all together something wasn't correct so I decided to reach out to their customer service for extra help. What a great experience! They were super helpful but also responded in a timely manner. Moreover, the machine itself makes a great addition to our workout room. Very pleased with how it runs and the awesome features on the function board. The fan has a lot of power and helps to cool me down! I was given a discount on this product in exchange for my honest feedback.

Honest Company

NordicTrack has met my expectations in every way. My product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. They were able to assist me when I had difficulty assembling (building things isn't my strong suit!) and the employees I interacted with were kind and professional.

Horrible service.

I have had a Nordic Track Rower for the past 3 years. The main strap has failed 2x and it has taken 3 months to have a new one sent. I have used their main phone number 3 times to speak to a representative and have waited in excess of 1.5 hours on hold and when finally connected with a human, they are people with very little knowledge and are in a foreign country with a language barrier. They promise a resolution and parts never show up and the process has to be repeated. Super bummer and ultimately, you have to pay for overpriced parts otherwise scrap the machine. Super disappointing and I would not recommend this company. We are in an unfortunate situation as we own 3 of the Nordic track machines. Don't waste your time.

My interactions with Nordic Track have been really great. Very satisfied with the level of customer service and support. The set up team that came to my house to assemble my machine was not so great. They caused damage to the trim of one of my doors, argued with me about placing the mat that was supplied underneath the treadmill (claimed it wouldn't fit), and then the arms of the machine weren't tightened, screws fell out, they pierced the plastic on the top part near the screen by using a power drill instead of an electric screwdriver or manual screwdriver.

I'm still giving Nordic Track 5 stars because they deserve it. I think the delivery/assembly company is third-party.

I've recommended this to several people and I know two have purchased the same machine and love it.

Disclaimer: I received a free product in exchange for an honest review.

We have had great success with our NordicTrack products. They are solidly built, last a long time, and do exactly what you intend them to do. The latest one we have has all the normal treadmill features but also includes nice speakers with bluetooth audio and a screen for iFit. Nothing overly fancy that you worry it might easily break, but enough features that you have what you need. Our last treadmill worked for years and years and we only got rid of it because we wanted something newer. So overall, happy with the products and would buy again.

Received my treadmill a few weeks ago, and I love it. We put it together in one day with the use of the 3D directions on our phone, and began using it immediately. Even my teenage son uses it. He turns on his music and gets his miles in. Received this product at a discounted rate for my honest opinion.

Best purchase of 2021

I've always heard great things about NordiTrack so I was excited to see the hype for myself. 30 minutes a day is all I need for a good workout whether I'm walking, jogging, running, or doing intervals. It delivered pretty fast and I was able to set it up all on my own. I immediately started using it daily and so did my family members. We've all loved it despite how different our goals are. Exceptional products

I've have experience with several products and have never been let down. NordicTrack always exceeds my expectations from the quality of products, to the craftsmanship, lastly to the innovative products.

Their ifit trainers are also top notch and keep me motivated. The ifit lecture, work outs and informative classes are exceptional. You can pick your type of workout, level and even the scenery.

Long-term Customer

I've been buying fitness equipment from the Nordic Track family for over 20 years. I know I can count on Nordic for good, quality equipment at a reasonable price. Putting our treadmill together was a bit challenging until I actually took the time to look at the free app. Definitely utilize it to make set up easier. Once set up, everything is easy to use and iFit walks you through everything.

This bike is very nice and great quality. It did not take long to put together and I love all the features that it has with it. The screen is a very nice size and it is a very clear picture. I like how the bike also came with two three pounds dumb bells that actually has a spot built right in on the bike for them. It also has a place on your bike for your water bottle. The pedals have straps on them to help make your feet secure. The bike also has wheels on it to help securely move it, if need be. I'm very happy with this bike.

Spent hours on hold and speaking with customer service. Both times, they've sent parts. The second time the tech didn't even waste his time replacing the parts NordicTrack sent.

He says this is how it's designed to work. If true, why have 26 software settings?

Been on hold with Nordictrack customer service for an hour and 20 minutes and still holding.

Horrible product and horrible customer service!

Bought a grand tour bike. First, let me say buyer beware. It says on their website if you don't like it, you can return it within 30 days. That stated make sure to go to the warranty page. There it will tell you that sure you can return it. But they will charge you 340 dollars to return the bike. This covers the cost of shipping and restocking. In other words you are to pay for them to put a messed up machine back on the line to be sold at full price. I got the bike and Bluetooth does not work on it. Right out of the box and already problems.
