We submitted a customer service request on 11-3-22, as of today it is 1-6-23 and we have zero resolution. What we have been given is the run around constantly. First we were told we needed to register the product, which we had and submitted a screenshot of our registration. We received no response, we contacted 14 days later, asked to supply more information, which was already given multiple times. I asked to have a supervisor's e-mail, again 14 days wait. Sent another message, finally received an e-mail to a supervisor, so copied them on the e-mail. That was on 12-14, and nothing. I messaged again on 12-29 and once again, silence. Clearly, NordicTrack does NOT stand behind their product and we made a horrible decision purchasing from them!
I purchased the treadmill in 2021 and the treadmill has broken 4 times. Due to downtime waiting for repairs the treadmill has only been useable for about half the time. The control board has been replaced twice. The running board (rated for a 300 pound user) is made of particle board and cracked under this 190 pound runner. An adjustment bolt also snapped creating a dangerous situation where the rear roller tilted forward and the belt abruptly stopped as it snagged on one side. I am still on hold with Nordic Track's member services 3 hours 19 minutes and counting...
We bought a Nordic track commercial 2950 last year. When it works it is great but we have had to have it fixed several times and it has been an awful experience. To pay thousands for a machine it should work properly and they should stand behind their product. Last week they came to fix the console which not going up and down. Now the whole machine doesn't work. I have been on hold for over an hour. This is so frustrating.
I bought the new Elite X22i in April 2022 and have less than 50 miles and 10 hours of use. Guess what? It is broken. The incline/decline does not work and the treadmill belt stopped abruptly mid-run. Scary and potentially dangerous. Their response? Let's send a technician as you are out of the return period. I do not want a technician I just want to return a defective product. Nope! I could have returned it within 30 days at a cost of $250+ for me returning a defective unit. Never, ever buy one again. Look elsewhere. For what this cost join a gym.
Received with a warped flywheel spent the last 2 months trying to get it fixed replaced or returned. When mentioned to CSR that I had purchased service plan it was dismissed. I gave them pictures and videos of part they said the will send a replacement but it's on back order(of course it is) it finally arrived with no instructions on how to replace it but they said they encourag customers to fix it themselves and it could take a while longer to get someone to repair it. Purchased 12/17 it's now 2/15 and still waiting to get it fixed. And they also say no compensation for my troubles but they sure were expecting their payments. Maybe should have bought a different brand
I purchased my NordiTrack treadmill online December 14,2019, and it was delivered on Saturday, December 28,2019. I did not confirm the delivery time but they showed up anyway. Thankfully, I was home and able to receive. The delivery crew were just ok. I had to tell the team lead twice where to put the treadmill. The second time, he seemed to have a bit of an attitude but did follow my request. I bought a 3-year extended warranty and am hoping I don't need it after reading some of the reviews!
Our members love the bike... but the seat "adjuster" was cross-threaded by the white gloved installation team. We reported the problem... it has been 3 weeks now and no replacement... and NO DATE for receiving it! So the bike is almost useless because the seat slide forward and backwards freely.
Also, the WHITE gloved install team did not tighten the seat pitch correctly so the first time someone sat on the seat it flipped up! We had the exact same model and delivery at my condo building with the EXACT same seat pitch issue. Thank goodness I have a full set of allen wrenches to make the correct adjustment.
The guys delivered it on time. Put it our living room and left. If I had to do it over or again, I would pay the extra money to have it assembled on-site for the sake of convenience.

This NordicTrack bike is a game changer. Each morning I now get to sit on my bike and take an adventure with a trainer and go so many different places right from my living room. Then the customer service that they have is so helpful new technology can be a little initiating however the customer service representative talked me through the update and made sure I knew all about the rewards I could earn by meeting certain milestone goals.

NordicTrack has always been known as a well built, strong & sturdy brand. Now I am excited they have added some fun & stylish features to our newest treadmill! We really have enjoyed the Bluetooth function which allows us to connect our favorite music streaming app or even listen to our favorite movies on the loud speakers while our phone is propped up in the large storage trays. The way the treadmill automatically adjusts the speed & incline during your workout is pretty cool too! We have very much enjoyed our treadmill & highly recommend NordicTrack! This brand has always had top notch fitness equipment. We recently got a treadmill and it is amazing! It runs smoothly while walking or running. The speakers are super clear and the fan helps to cool you off when needed. The safety key works as it should. The controls on the board are simple to use with one touch. My favorite part is that it folds up easily to be set to the side of the room to free up space to do other workouts I'd like to do too. I was given a discount on this product for my honest feedback.

Our treadmill is absolutely amazing. I have see this brand for years but never owned a NordicTrack and now I wonder why I didn't make the leap a long long time ago. Our whole family can use it because it has workouts/fitness regimens for all levels of fitness. My workouts usually consist of a combo of walking/jogging but my youngest son loves to run on it. My husband does a combo as well but also uses the higher incline. My oldest son uses it for PT to help him recover from his health condition because he can do them at home and that is key for him. The build in fans help keep you cool while you are working out and it can easily be folder for storage when its not in use, though that has not happened in our house because someone is always using it, This has really taken our home gym to the next level and we absolutely love our treadmill. We got this treadmill to start working out from home. It was a little difficult to assemble, but came out really sturdy. It feels like a good gym quality piece of equipment. The treadmill runs quiet and comes with a fan to help cool you off while you work out. Very satisfied with this so far!

I recently ordered a NordicTrack Elliptical, it arrived quickly and the freight delivery guy was friendly. It took 2-3 hours to put together with the help of one of my young kids. We've used it every day since putting it together and my kids are usually rushing me along because they want a turn on it too. The elliptical connects via bluetooth to my phone without any issues and the videos are able to adjust the resistance levels (but not the incline) on the model I have. I'm very pleased with my elliptical and would consider other types of equipment from them next. I did receive a discount but this did not impact my review.
I needed a treadmill so I could continue on with exercising when the outside weather is less than ideal. The setup is simple with an app that help guide you very easily. I love how the hardware is vacuumed seal with explicit details of what step you will need them instead of scattered in a random bag.

This Smart treadmill can auto adjust speed, and incline/decline and it tracks your individual progress, making every workout a challenge. Made well, and is very sturdy. I am very pleased with my treadmill. Easy to assembly, and all tools and hardware is included.
