So every machine you purchase comes with the "globogym" subscription (iFit), and apparently they will auto- renew yor for the service unless you go online somewhere and cancel it (try finding the location). It is a total pain in the butt to even figure out how to cancel. From my experience, their customer service won't even give you an answer when you try and cancel the renewal. It feels like a complete scam by a company trying to establish an annuity revenue stream for their products.
I placed my order for a treadmill in January 2022, here it is April 2022 and still have not received it. I call every other week and I keep getting excuses. This company is a joke. I will never buy anything from them. I'm on hold as I'm writing this. I make sure I tell everyone about it. Do yourself a favor... DON'T ORDER FROM NORDICTRACK!
It Is fraudulent to send a renewal notice for something I never subscribed to in the first place.
Even after rejecting IFIT multiple times, and never having been on it, they send you a renewal notice to try to charge you $400 in a one time payment. They say it will automatically renew.
The only way to cancel it is to log in to IFIT. The only way to Log in to IFIT is to sign up. This is how they force you to buy IFIT!
IFIT is just a bunch of Physical trainers running outside. This is available for free on YouTube or your local park.
They know nobody wants this garbage software so they force you to pay an extra $400. This is illegal.
Stay away from anything IFIT or NordicTrack. This is a shady company.
I am in love with my new ProForm Pro C22 bike. It is everything I could of wanted and more. It's easily adjustable for anyone of different sizes and shapes. I love the huge touchscreen. It swivels so you are able to use the screen off the bike as well. I am obsessed with the free year of the iFit membership. There are so many workouts and different trainer and you really feel like you are there. Highly recommend! I received this product at a discounted rate for my honest feedback.
This is a really nice bike it's not to small or big. It fits perfectly in my Living-room. They screen on it just amazing. It's huge. The picture on the screen is just great! I also love how the screen turns all the way around. I can workout on the floor and still watch the giant screen for my workouts. It also comes with the free year ifit which is soooo great. I love the videos. Comes with nice free weights that store on the back of the bike. Really a awesome quite machine. I would definitely recommend by me.

Missing. Nordic track couldn't give a status on when the part would be recieved.
So I asked for a refund.
We are now 4.5 months on and Nordic track at first said they would collect the part. Then they said they wouldn't. They they would, so the treadmill has been sat outside for weeks, and today again they said they wont collect and I have to dispose, but still they are chasing me for a photo of the serial number and the cut power cord.
The customer service is HORRENDOUS, I would rather cut my arm off then deal with them again.
I have owned a s22i Norditrack bike for less than three years. My wife and I have used the bike less than 100 times. I went to do a ride last night on the bike and noticed that there was no resistance when I peddled during my workout. I contacted customer service and was told that I would need a technician to respond out to fix my bike ($125). Then I would have to pay for a part ($115 very least). After doing all of this, I still wouldn't know if this same part would just stop working in two years and I would again be in my current situation.
I was told that my warranty for the frame was 10 years (absolutely crazy because the frame is solid steel so how could this break?). The warranty on my parts expired in April of this year.
I'm lost for words for the price we paid for the brand new bike, yearly membership, and possible cost of fixing a part that should not have broke with less than three years of use.
Terrible business and aweful bike. Do not purchase this bike unless you are fully aware that you will be paying for yearly fix-it costs to maintain this bike. Lesson learned, do your homework. It is much cheaper to buy a lower costing bike and have not work then to be in the situation I am now in.
I didn't purchase this bike thinking I would not have to repair it at some point. Again, less than three years of use and it's now junk! Don't make things like they used to anymore.
I just recently recieved my first treadmill and i am beyond pleased! It was pretty simple to put together and the instructions were detailed and easy to read! I am really enjoying all the different challenges this piece of equiptment has to offer.

I bought the Exp series, but the item had a faulty part. The ifit workout guide when automatically changes incline level, the treadmill belt automatically stops and freezes in the middle of a workout and the entire treadmill stops working even after exiting out of the video.
We reached out to customer service to replace the part or fix the issue. It has now been over a month and we have not yet received an update on our case to any response from them on how they will resolve the issue for us. We bought the product a little over a month ago, and this happened on the third day of using the treadmill and we have not been able to use it basically ever since it was installed.
Moreover, the 30 day ifti trial has expired without us being able to use it at all!
I purchased a NordicTrack elliptical after deciding I was no longer going to a facility after Covid. Included with purchase was an iFit membership. I signed up. The workouts are really good. The teachers are super exciting and never boring. You can choose the length and intensity of your workouts. You can even let the program change the intensity according to what the trainer is doing. It is a no brainer. Easy on the body and all age appropriate. My friend put it together. Took 1.5 hours. NordicTrac definitely lives up to its reputation. I am glad I made the plunge.

The NordicTrack Treadmill EXP 7i is a high-quality treadmill. The treadmill works well and is really quiet. Delivery arrived in perfect condition, but it was quite heavy to get into the house. The assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow thanks to the BILT software, which displays the pieces and screws in 3D shapes. The screws were labeled with step numbers that corresponded to the number in the instructions. Although instructions were easy to follow, it was tough to put the machine together due to some issues with the screws not fitting properly, and predrilled holes not aligned with each other. I had to contact customer service for assistance. The customer service department was accommodating and responsive. NordicTrack's customer service immediately resolved the issue by shipping me new screws. I received discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.
Nordic Track might have been in business since 1975, but their customer service hasn't evolved. Been trying to get someone to help me resolve the problem with shipping. Made a purchase March 12 and on the last leg of shipping, the shipping company can't deliver until April 1. Nordic Track could have canceled the order and started a different one to send with a different company or could have refunded some money for the issue, but I can't even get anyone to respond, the customer service is HORRIBLE don't expect help from these guys. Do yourself a favor and purchase from ANYONE else. Stay away from Nordic Track.
I gotta say this bike has changed my life! This bike is very afforable for a family, and has helped my entire family get into shape during this pandenmic. I'm a stay at home mom, with not a lot of time on my hands or have help with my family. It is very easy to use, especially for someone out of shape after three kids, and a beginner like me. The classes are engaging and entertaining, helpful that they offer many classes for diffent levels of skill. I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I recently got a ProForm spin bike and the whole purchase and setup process has been nothing but pleasant. Shipping was extremely quick and the product arrived very well packaged. Set up was a breeze and the bike is nice quality. I have absolutely been loving my new massage therapy gun. It has been so great on my sore muscles and anytime I have needed a recovery day. What's really fun is that you can add your massage gun to your iFit account and use their programs on your recovery days. It has been a great bonus! My favorite of all though is the design and storage of the massage gun and carrying case. The massage gun is small enough to hold comfortably. It also has a smooth finish that you can easily hold and maneuver as you use it. The four massage heads are super easy to insert and remove. The case keeps the massage heads, massage gun, and charging cable snug while you travel around with it. This has been an absolute wonderful massage gun for all of my sore muscles!

I purchased an elliptical and canceled my order in a timely fashion when I read the reviews about it after I purchased it. I never even received the elliptical, but they charged me about $650 to send it back, and claimed that I had access to iFit, which I never used, because I needed a machine to use it! They are a big rip off and impossible to get in touch with, having a horrible customer service department. I tried to contest the charge, realizing that the elliptical was en route and that they had to reverse the shipment, but they would not even work with me and again, were unavailable. The review that I read had a horror story about the quality of the elliptical. Their return policy is horrible in general. These people had a really hard time with the poor quality of the machine and had to pay when their machine wasn't even working or usable!

Absolute worst shipping/tracking experience. Purchased bike from NordicTrack directly through their website on 6/5. Today is 7/16 - no bike delivered despite about 10 calls to both NordicTrack & the contract shipping company AGS. Multiple days the shipping company has not delivered in their agreed window despite me calling them multiple times each day to confirm I was home for the 4 hour window and asking them to make contact with the delivery team. I don't have time to sit around at home every day for 4 hours and pray that someone shows up day after day. No one bothers to call you when delivery is missed, nor do they bother to try and make it right. Oh, by the way, NordicTrack will charge your purchase on the day you purchase it instead of on delivery. I've had it with this company and their contracted shipper and their sub-contracted delivery team. Everyone says they will call, everyone says it will be delivered tomorrow, everyone says they contacted "so-and-so" to work it out, and here I am without the $2,000 equipment many weeks after I was charged. My friend laughed at me a couple of days ago because he heard me on the phone and said, "you didn't order from NordicTrack, did you?" When I replied yes, he laughed so hard and said he had exactly the same experience awhile back. Never again. Stay away!
20 days and counting. For the price of the machine and the money these jokers spend on marketing their product they should be able to pay someone to answer their phones, chats and emails. The only way to get someone to care is to call the sales number (no surprise there.) They just put you back into a permanently one hold queue that they pass of as tracking inquiries.
I ordered a treadmill 20 days ago and received a tracking number. When the product appeared to stop moving I tried countless times to find out what was going on. Nordictrack do not appear to employee any customer care people so emails go unanswered. They have a live chat option that always tells you there is no one available to chat and automatically goes to their email option (see previous.) The only other option is to call. I've endured for 30 minutes on hold, no message to tell you how long the wait times are or even if there is anyone answering calls at all.
Conclusion; these cowboys want your money. After that you are on your own.
I purchased a treadmill from this company and it arrived nonfunctional. They sent out new parts and found someone to work on it and it is still nonfunctional. They sent out the wrong parts and I guess I get to have a broken treadmill for another month or so. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I asked for them to just send out a new one, but they ignored me and said we will send out parts. The parts arrived and they were not correct. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. That seems to be what they are into, so if you want a broken product at a premium and want to be hassled this is the company for you.
Answer: HORRIBLE, MULITPLE CALLS, ON HOLD RIGHT NOW... 30 minutes into it after 5-6 calls that lasted over an hour.
