I ordered several items on 3-21-21. Money was taken out of my MasterCard account on 3-22-21. When I check my account it shows "no orders made" and items still show in cart. I have emailed Noracora daily. They say that they will respond to email within 24 hours. I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed since there is no phone number to contact anyone.

To attain free shipping, it's costly. When you qualify for free shipping the delivery time is 10-20 days. I registered today and was informed that I would be entitled to 18% discount on my first order. It wasn't forthcoming. Your selection is vast and it is appreciated.

But you have to think a season ahead for clothing because they will take your money and keep it for months before they ship anything. Today is 6/28; my order was placed on 5/5; haven't seen anything. My new clothes arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. The treatment was excellent when I asked about my order by email, the clothes arrived at my house soon, I feel that they are of good quality. I'll sure want to shop at Zolucky again!
My experience with my first order was pleasantly surprised! I've purchased 10 items for beachwear and received a free gift. One Large size dress ran small in the breast area and another X-Large dress ran true to size. So, I'm hoping it will shrink in the wash. Now, I'm still waiting on three back order items. I had to pay in-advance for my full order; so, I'm hoping to receive the items soon or my money back through Pay-Pal. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
