I have order many items through Noracora. My first caution is to check the clothing sizing for EACH item you purchase, as the sizing guide varies greatly per item. Secondly, check the fabric of each item as many items such as "sweatshirt" are not fleece, but polyester. Third, their customer service is not very helpful regarding packages not delivered. My package was lost in transit, they would not consider a refund. After 2.3 months I filed a claim through my payment carrier--they received no helpful information and advised me to file a report at the police department. I went to sitejabber and submitted a negative review, this got their attention. They agreed to a refund if I removed the negative review. It took 3.5 months, but they finally refunded me for the lost items. They do have some good products, but their customer service is lacking.
I ordered quite a few items and received some. There sizes are inconsistent--I recommend looking at the size chart for EACH item as they differ for each item. The company states that they shipped some items that I ordered in early November. I never received these items and they state that once the items have shipped, they cannot issue a refund. I checked the tracking and the items are "in limbo" in the midst of shipping since December 4th. It is March and the items still have the same tracking information (nothing has changed) and the company still insists they cannot issue a refund. I do not recommend this site. I filed a claim with PayPal but they told me I have to file a police report.

However, I have found that some of the sizing could be better (some items are a really good fit while others are too large even though the same size was ordered) and several times the colours shown on the website are not quite the same when the item arrives. Otherwise, the clothing is very nice.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them.
