First of all, this order took almost 2 months to arrive. Once it arrived to my front porch, the clothes were dirty, as though the bag had been ripped during shipping, stuffed back in the shipping bag, and clothes had a horrible odor.
There is NO customer service, tried to reach out via email, still no answer.
I am out $180.00.
The shoes were so squished, they are not even wearable. Cheap plastic shoe.

I finally decided to order a new wardrobe for summer. My girlfriend loves this site for clothes and shoes.
I can't wait to get my first order!
I would like to see a better description of the fabric. Things that say "cotton blend" can be anything from t-shirt material to mostly polyester. Also, the sizes seem to run 2-3 sizes smaller than usual.
After writing my previous review of Noracora, I was contacted for a 15% discount if in fact I retracted my review prior to their refund. I countered (with I believe was asking for a 25% discount before a retraction). It appears that what they do is allow time to elapse, and then inform you that since they have not heard from you within THEIR allotted time period the offer is void. My purchase is going to Goodwill!

So far VG but I need to check out quality of items when they arrive and the time it takes for the product to reach me since this is my 1st time ordering from this site, but so far ok
I must say that I find a lot of your clothes very very cute! However, I find that it just takes too long to receive the items I am excited to get! If there were any way you could speed things up like maybe having a location in the USA, that would certainly help escalate our orders. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
