I ordered a sweatshirt, it was a flash sale which when I checked out it was full price. I was within the time limit, I immediately contacted customer service. They responded with it was a flash sale, I explained I was within limits. They said well if you keep the item, we will give you the difference back. Well to return to CHINA would cost me more.
Fast forward got item it was the poorest quality, it was shiny satin not a sweatshirt, the print was stamped on not matched up at seams. I won't even give to goodwill. It's horrible

I hate to put reviews, I honestly try to only put good reviews but my experience with this company was so terrible I had to warn anyone considering buying from them. If it sounds like I'm upset I am. I bought a gift for my mother in law maybe a month in advance that she truly wanted and upon making my purchase weeks had gone by and I had not heard anything from this company about were my purchase was. So I reached out and I was rudely reply to which I have screenshots of two conversations of two different people. Terrible customer service. I will not be recommending. I honestly wouldn't be bothered if I was not only notified that my purchase was delayed but also out of stock after 6 weeks of waiting. And at first wanted to offer me 15% refund because it was delayed to now a refund after sharing it was out of stock.

Sometimes my items ordered takes longer then anticipated! Still waiting on 2 items ordered around the first of March!
It took 3 weeks to receive the first shipment of 3 packages. I ordered 3 shirts, 2 shorts, short overalls and 3 dresses. Out of all of those only 2 items fit. To return them, you have to place a return request. Then I find out that I have to pay for the shipping to China which was going to cost a 3rd of what my order cost. So I'm out the money and the clothes because I'm just going to donate them to Goodwill!

I never received confirmation of my order nor did I receive an email in response to my email. In addition I received the wrong size. The material is awful and when I tried giving it away I was turned down.

This company is a joke. I placed an order 4 weeks ago finally received one item which looks nothing like the picture on their website then the other two items never came. Ask for a refund on the other two items and was told to wait a little longer. I was told to email a picture of what I received and still haven't heard a word from them. Guess I'll eat the loss and never order from a company like this again.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
