I ordered a large order from Nora Cora and they came in very slowly over 6-7 weeks. The quality was terrible and the sizing was all over the place. There is apparently no way to return anything to complain. I would never buy anything else from them Everything comes in without a label or washing instructions also.

I ordered two dresses. When they arrived, they were some crazy thin polyester-like "fabric". So I immediately went to their website to return them. You have to request to return items, and they are supposed to send you instructions. They never sent instructions. I contacted them through the website 3 times. Finally, I got an email stating they were canceling my return request BECAUSE THEY HADN'T HEARD FROM ME. I'm just going to have my credit card company deal with them. NOTE: I also never received an order confirmation, delivery confirmation or any other emails regarding my order. I've never dealt with an online retailer that didn't confirm those steps along the way. Worst online experience ever.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
