Website is easy to use. But the dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered. The material is no where close to what is described as denim or what is pictured as denim on the website. It is not denim but a cheap cotton blend and definitely not the color ordered. I will not be ordering anything else from Noracora.
I received a pair of slip on sneakers that don't look ANYTHING like what I ordered. I sent an email to NoraCora to advise I'd like them to provide labels to return shift. Such a BIG difference in the product do. It feel I should pay for ship return. Haven't heard a word. Over two weeks. I'm moving and very busy so I'm not following up as I should. If I hear nothing I will throw out or donate the shoes AND never purchase from NoraCora again. I'm still waiting for a black and a red jumpsuits I ordered. Did get a message once that were delayed. Nothing since and multiple weeks have passed. #UNHAPPY

Not sure what the return policy is? Merchandise arrived in a timely manner but did not like the 2 items as much as I did viewing the ads
I liked the dress but they were a little tight and I guess that was my fault by ordering a size too small.
The dress is cute but delivery was quite delayed. Also the dress I received was size Xxl not the medium or large I usually wear and ordered. Sadly it fits. Haven't gained a lot of weight so I think sizing is off

Noracora is a scam and sham website. They show pictures of pretty clothes that look well made but when you get them you find out the clothes are not the ones in the pictures on Noracora's website. The clothes they send are cheaply made rags that will not withstand even one washing. They take forever in sending orders and do not provide any customer support. I suspect they may even sell your information to other sham companies. STAY AWAY FROM NORACORA! BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY COMPANY. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
