I am so upset with this store I am posting this everywhere. I dont want people to loose money like I did. Do not buy from this store! The photos are deciving. You have to pay your own returns to China. The quality of the shoes and clothes are VERY sub-standard and often DO NOT look like the photos. I bought 2 pair of shoes, 5 clothing items and 4 accessories. The shoes run 1-2 sizes larger than your size. They are made from cheap plastic but you can not tell that from the photos because they only show one really good photo to decive you. They look nothing like the photo and are of the worst quality I have ever seen. You have to pay for returns back to China and will loose most of your money in return fees. The clothing was poorly made and not at all like the photos. Nothing in my order I would or could wear. The necklace I ordered was in silver on the photo on the website, I received it in gold. It was the lowest quality you could imagine. You get what you pay for. I lost 150 bucks because nothing is wearable or would I be caught dead wearing it. As you can see from the photo below this is what I got the nice photo was what I ordered. NOT at all the same. The sole was made of thin hollow plastic not rubber.

They are horrible. They give you 15 days to make returns but don't respond to your request to return until after that date if at all. In addition you have to pay to ship it back which isn't worth it. They are not true to size ( extremely small) and inferior fabric. So I've donated the multiple pieces I ordered. I order on-line all the time but made a huge mistake trusting this company.

The quality of the clothes is fantastic, the service and delivery during 2020, the super fast and free delivery to my house has been impeccable.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
